There are many changes related to the development of the Internet and e-business, which significantly impact the logistics sector's service sectors. Electronic logistics is not a new segment or a new standard in the classification process for logistics companies. It leads to the development and improvement of a wide range of logistics services. Blockchain technologies can be used to improve and develop services, which are an integral part of this evolution. This research sheds light on the mechanism and application of these technologies in logistics services and the extent of their impact on logistical activities where some technical aspects of Blockchain are studied in detail, including smart contracts that use the Ethereum platform as an example.

Over the last few years the so-called new logistic technologies are rapidly developed. Information systems hold the central position in these technologies. Development of logistics in the developed countries not least are stimulated with the need of fast reaction of producers to market condition, aspiration to adapt in the changing situations in short time. The central idea of logistics is planning, management and control of entrepreneurial activity, all material and information flows connected with this activity. Information systems in logistics assume fast appropriate response to the market demand, tracking delivery time, optimization of functions in chains of delivery and supply. The research of modern backbone of information technologies in logistics is conducted in this article. Modern information technologies in logistics are analyzed. Modern technologies of information data processing in logistic streams and creation of logistic information technologies are also considered in the article. Some types of information technologies in logistics, structural principles and principles of operation of logistic information systems and also problems in the process of creation of logistic information technologies are described. The article is addressed to a wide range of researchers and experts in the field of logistics and information technologies.

At present, in Western industrially developed countries there is widespread introduction and improvement of logistic information-computer technologies that allows them to win in the competitive struggle for sales markets. Russia, in spite of certain success obtained recently, has failed to overcome a considerable slippage in innovative activity, on the whole, and in developing the logistic infrastructure, in particular. This predetermines the topicality of the studies in this subject matter. In his article the author focuses the attention on the extreme importance of solving the problems of developing and using the present-day logistic technologies for increasing the competitiveness of the Russian economy. In this connection, the article examines the key theoretical issues that are principally important for understanding the essence of the problems to be solved, including: the concept of logistic technology, the grouping of technologies with indication of corresponding basic modules, the priorities and tasks of developing logistics in the foreseeable future, the results obtained and the problems that are to be solved in order to liquidate the existing slippage in the sphere of logistic innovations.

Modern identification technologies such as radio-frequency identification, or RFID, have become increasingly important for streamlining production and logistics operations in almost every industry. In steel industrial enterprise, there is many logistic information which is still collected manually. It brings out many disadvantages such as inaccurate logistics information, irregular logistics, be lasted feedback and so on. In this paper, presents the feasibility of deploying RFID for the steel industry as a tool to reduce the production costs. Steel industry that is applicable to RFID-based tracking management system is proposed. And basically small and medium-sized steel industries, reflecting the characteristics of the building systems and by allowing for faster application time, while minimizing the capital investment.
