Each sphere of human activity develops according to certain laws, and each industry has an impact to a greater or lesser extent on the other. The article shows that rapid progress in science has made it possible to make a leap in many areas of knowledge, thanks to the emergence of information technologies, including the economy - serious changes have affected many business areas. The beginning of large-scale implementation of information systems marked the beginning of a new level of development of economic processes and the transition of Russia to the digital economy. In the course of studying the topic of expanding the digital economy, it was determined that Russia significantly lags behind developed countries in the development of information systems in the business environment. Progress is being made in developing the regulatory framework that is urgently needed to ensure economic and legal protection of investments in information technology projects. The key factors that complicate the implementation of such projects are the lack of financial resources to install the necessary systems, as well as the technical difficulties of their implementation. The research shows that the weak side of many companies is the complete absence or malfunctioning of electronic document management. The organization of this aspect is important for ensuring well-established communication between internal and external departments, as well as for data transfer between different programs. Maintaining business documentation within the system and completely eliminating paper forms is one of the elements of creating a favorable environment for the transition to the digital economy.

There are many changes related to the development of the Internet and e-business, which significantly impact the logistics sector's service sectors. Electronic logistics is not a new segment or a new standard in the classification process for logistics companies. It leads to the development and improvement of a wide range of logistics services. Blockchain technologies can be used to improve and develop services, which are an integral part of this evolution. This research sheds light on the mechanism and application of these technologies in logistics services and the extent of their impact on logistical activities where some technical aspects of Blockchain are studied in detail, including smart contracts that use the Ethereum platform as an example.

In recent years, fifth-generation (5G) information technologies has been the subject of studies all around the world, especially in developed countries. The most salient feature of 5G is enabling data exchange faster compared to the latest available wireless network technology 4G. The fifth-generation information technologies, called 5G, are expected to come into effect soon. Today, in developed countries, testing is being done intended for 5G. Turkey, meanwhile, is expected to use 5G in 2020. When 5G is fully available, the Internet of Things will be able to communicate with each other thanks to Internet, in all the areas of daily life, especially in production. In this case, people should get used to the new process. It is estimated that the adaptation process in question will be shaped according to the point of view adopted by technology. In the new potential system, it is predicted that there will be a wide range of change from production method to sense of education. With the widespread use of 5G, in individual psychology; it is predicted that changes such as self-centered, introverted, asocial personality traits may become widespread. In this new process, the proportion of individuals living “Ideal Individuality” instead of “Real Individuality” will increase; on the other hand, the number of individuals with low Real Individuality level is expected to remain very low. In this study, psychological change that can occur in individuals with “Real Individuality”, “Ideal Individuality”, “Individuality Design” and “Socio-Cultural Trends” with the widespreadness of 5th Generation information technologies by using descriptive analysis and editing methods are examined.

In this article, the authors considered the concepts of "information system" and "information technology", studied the interpretation of these concepts by other scientists and, as a result, managed to give their own definition of the above terms. The purpose of this study is to review and analyze information systems in Ukraine to offer more efficient types of information systems and improve the state of the insurance market in the country as a whole and the activities of insurance companies separately. As a result of the analysis of various sources, it was possible to formulate requirements for information technologies and systems, among which the most important are: automation of processes in an insurance company, assistance with various calculations, ease of interface and use, additional functions such as accounting, etc. We managed to identify the three most common systems, compare them with each other and indicate the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. It is also important that before introducing information systems into their activities, it is necessary to prepare the insurer for this: to develop instructions and rules for working with the system, to establish workflow, to distribute responsibilities between employees. Thus, in the modern world, insurance companies urgently need to implement information systems and technologies in their activities, because they are "assistants" in working with clients, greatly simplify the processes associated with insurance, affect the company's competitiveness, and help its development. And, to summarize, the development of information technologies in the insurance industry is still not over and companies continue to work on improving existing systems and developing new systems, focusing on market requirements, among which the authors highlighted: scaling of information systems, expanding the functionality of programs, simplifying the interface, etc.

The present article considers the need to predict migration flows using Predictive Analytics. The Russian Federation is a center of migration activity. The modern world is changing rapidly. An effective migration policy requires effective monitoring of migration flows, assessing the current situation in our and other countries and forecasting migration processes. There are information systems in Russia that contain a wide range of information about foreign citizens and stateless persons that provide the requested information about specific foreign citizens, including grouping it on various grounds. However, it is not possible to analyze and predict it automatically using thousands of parameters. Special attention in Russia is paid to digitalization. Using information technologies (artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data analysis) to forecast migration flows in conditions of variability of future events will allow to take into account a number of events and most accurately predict the quantitative and so-called "qualitative" structure of arrivals. The received information will help to develop state policy and to take appropriate measures in the field of migration regulation. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to amend existing legal acts in order to implement information technologies of Predictive Analytics into the practice of migration authorities.
