Web based real time communication enhances the current online education platform by blending it with virtual universities by the means of internet. This article explored the designing perspective of College Online Education Platform in order to provide distance education services, instant messaging, interactive online classes, video answering and video viewing functions. A media server cluster load balancing algorithm based on consistency hash algorithm and genetic algorithm is proposed in this article. This article is focused on designing and practical implementation of a fusion communication platform combined with WebRTC and related technologies to deliver online education system in colleges and universities. The online education system is tested and the test results show that the online education system designed and implemented in this paper can meet the expected needs. The media server cluster load balancing strategy proposed in this paper can ensure the cluster overall load balancing. At the same time, the node weight can be dynamically adjusted according to the real-time state of the clusters. The outcomes obtained justifies the efficiency and practicability of the proposed methodology.

<p class="Abstrak">Untuk mewujudkan ketahanan pangan, diperlukan mekanisme pengumpulan data secara real-time dari produsen  bahan pangan, pendisitribusi bahan pangan sampai pengolah bahan pangan. Using computers to conduct human body simulation experiments (e.g., human sport simulation, human physiology simulation, and human clothing simulation) can benefit from both economic and security. However, the human simulation experiment usually requires vast computational resources due to the complex simulation model which combines complicated mathematical and physical principles. As a result, the simulation process is usually time-consuming and simulation efficiency is low. One solution to address the issue of simulation efficiency is to improve the computing performance of the server when the complexity of the simulation model is determined. In this paper, we proposed a concurrent optimization scheme for the server that runs simulation experiments. Specifically, we firstly propose the architecture of the server cluster for the human body simulation, and then we design the concurrent optimization scheme for the server cluster by using Nginx. The experiment results show that the proposed concurrent optimization scheme can make better use of server resources and improve the simulation efficiency in the case of human sport simulation.

Secure enterprises have Local Area Networks (LANs) that store and process sensitive data that should not be accessed from outside. At the same time, no modern enterprise can successfully function without a LAN which provides the Internet access for the computers of the sales department, technical support service and E-mail server. In order to ensure information security, these two network segments are usually physically isolated from each other by means of exception of any cable interconnections. Enterprises with high demands for server uptime use server virtualization, which requires connecting physical servers to disk storage of virtual server image files. When highly reliable servers are needed only in one of two independent corporate network segments, the cost of creating such a server cluster is reasonable and fast paying off. But when a company encounters the need to place a small but highly reliable server into another network segment, the following problem arises: only server cluster with expensive components can provide the required reliability, but to solve the tasks assigned to the new server, the cluster computing capacity would be too high, and deploying of a cluster would be extremely costly and economically unjustified. On the other hand, the required computing capacity for a new server would be taken from the existing server cluster by creating a new virtual server without any expenses. However, in such case it is necessary to ensure isolation of the new virtual server from the network segment the physical hosts servers are connected to. The article examines the methods of configuring the LAN that allow to isolate virtual and physical servers at the network level. The authors also consider the episode when it is necessary to transfer files between the two computers located in the LAN segments isolated from each other and gives the appropriate solution.
