The main stages of development of ecological education in Ukraine are considered in the article. It is noted that the formation of a responsible attitude to the environment in humans should be a priority for continuing education of all higher education institutions that train professionals in various specialties, not just environmentalists. Ecological consciousness and culture must develop in a person from an early age and at last become a part of the general culture. Determinants in the modern conditions of human life are the values and level of culture, which form new forms of thinking and behavior aimed at preserving the environment and sustainable development. The social development of society and its economic growth should occur with an awareness of the value of the environment, its protection and preservation, with increasing levels of socio-cultural sphere. It is necessary to form the need for people to live in accordance with the laws of nature, awareness of certain requirements and prohibitions provided by these laws. All it will be possible, when a new type of ecological culture is formed. Modern environmental education has been formed over a long period of time and has gone through several stages: natural-historical, naturalistic, and nature-transforming. Today, society is focused on sustainable development, where the environmental education is crucial, has several concepts and develops in accordance with the goals, objectives and models of practical implementation. In practical world, there are different approaches to the implementation of environmental education, the main of which is the greening of existing subjects, in accordance with the specifics of their content and the introduction into the curriculum of a special subject of environmental content. Such approaches are still interconnected and complementary. The implementation of the tasks of environmental education, which is focused on universal values, ideas of humanism, harmonization of human relations with nature, improvement of the inner world of man by himself, requires the training of specialists in pedagogical educational institutions. Therefore, the improvement and development of the ecological culture of the future pedagogical worker is an urgent problem of research of modern scientists.

Biologic treatments have revolutionised the management of psoriasis in recent years; however, data on their safety profile in large populations and long-term effects are being gathered on an ongoing basis. Ustekinumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets interleukin-12/23 used in the treatment of moderate-to-severe psoriasis. Here, we report the case of a 32-year-old Caucasian gentleman who developed thyrotoxicosis following the commencement of ustekinumab treatment. Following control of thyroid status by the Endocrinology team, this recurred after recommencement of ustekinumab on two further occasions over a 5-year period. This is the second known reported association of this nature. Awareness of these possible adverse effects is imperative in managing patients and informing decision-making, and further long-term studies will help elucidate the precise safety profiles of biologic treatments.

In the heterology of G. Bataille, a person appears as a being doomed to death and revealing gaps in the depths of himself. That is why the idea of human corporeality turns out to be connected with the idea of inner experience, which represents a movement to the «edge of the possible» and through which death is revealed. It is death and the ability to discover it that makes a person who he is, affirming the transgressiveness of the human body and human being. Death, being absolutely heterogeneous, constitutes a person as a self-that-dies, revealing the gap that comprises its nature. Awareness of death leads to a feeling of eroticism, which contains the simultaneous affirmation of life in combination with the acceptance of death. Moreover, death is the semantic core of eroticism. The human is a «gaping hole» opening wide to the other, and all his being presupposes discontinuity and ecstasy, which means that only excess puts a man on the edge, allowing him to transcend all boundaries. In this case, the inner experience turns out to be in many ways a body experience, because the heterogeneous is constantly manifested in the ultimate experiences of the body and the ultimate manifestations of the human corporeality, where horror and lust, attractiveness and disgust are fused together. Human experience is the experience of the limits and gaps in which a person seeks to get beyond his limits, to surpass his anthropomorphic and body boundaries in an act of self-waste. Thus, being on the extreme edge, the human discovers death through transgression, but exactly in the understanding and acceptance of death he acquires true being and overcomes his own corporeality.

Learning with nature is a form of psychological therapy for all, including children with disability. Beyond the psychological aspect, access to outdoor green space can also improve social, environmental, developmental, emotional and behavioural, and even medical outcomes. In Malaysia, studies of learning with nature remain scarce due to the Malaysian education system’s focus on indoor learning rather than outdoor learning. This research aimed at determining perceptions towards the application of learning with nature among preschool educators. Qualitative methods were used for data collection, consisting of structured interview and field observation. Four preschools were selected as sample. Results show that learning with nature contributes to the positive development of the children. The approaches used to instil nature awareness include conducive landscape, environmental activities, outdoor class activities, outdoor free play, formal education and recreational programme outside a preschool. These involved both outdoor and indoor spaces and facilities.
