This text explores the issues of (in)visibility of fathers in the process of helping and supporting the family, little recognized in the Polish reality of social work with children and families. Despite the ongoing discourse about the engaged fatherhood, fathers in social work are still seen from the perspective of absence, danger and exclusion. They are much less involved in the family support process than mothers. The reason why so few men are actively involved in these activities is not only because of their physical absence in their families, but also because of the difficulty in involving them in the interventions experienced by social workers. There are few studies on this issue in the Polish literature. More data on the reasons for the situation is provided by research conducted by scientists from other countries - they show the reasons why cooperation with men is difficult. These studies are the subject of the analysis of the presented considerations. The analysis was carried out taking into account three perspectives: social workers, fathers and mothers. The whole inquiry is complemented by reflections on the change in the organization of the helping process so that fathers become visible subjects in social work with the family.

Having a counselor with a different religious background from the client might lead to conflicting perspectives. This chapter intends to explore the perceptive of a Muslim client in choosing a non-Muslim counselor. The concept of helping process, which is highly respectable in the teaching of Islam, is explicated. Muslims are encouraged to help each other, especially those who are in need. Preferably, a non-Muslim counselor should have some basic understanding of the Pillars of Islam prior to conducting a counseling session with a Muslim client. The knowledge will facilitate the counselor understanding process of the clients without bias. It is anticipated that the information presented herewith would benefit non-Muslim counselors and help them in understanding their Muslim clients better. This chapter also examines the cultural issues that may influence the effectiveness of a counseling session between Muslim clients and non-Muslim counselors.

Within the diverse population of working women, those who experience pregnancy for the first time may face some particular challenges when it comes to their career development needs and issues. These include discrimination in the workplace, responding to social expectations and pressures, negotiating life roles, and evolving personal identities. This article discusses the major career problems encountered by this target group, both structurally and socially, with a focus on individual strategies to access personal agentic functioning and empower women facing these challenges. These workers are often overlooked in the career literature; yet, there is a range of career theories to draw upon to assist them in their needs. The application of the life-span, life-space career theory, and the narrative therapy approaches are explored in relation to the helping process. These two theoretical orientations were chosen as they address the particular challenges faced by pregnant women in the workplace, especially around negotiating life roles and an evolving personal identity. There is a need for a stronger understanding of these challenges and opportunities to support pregnant women as they seek vocational wellbeing, and how to tailor suitable, well-established career counselling strategies to meet their unique needs.

Kata kunci: SPK, AHP, Logika Fuzzy, Tahani, Penilaian KKN   Abstract The Community Service Program (KKN) is a part of learning given to students as a service to the community for the existence of Universities (PT) that are located in Indonesia to provide scientific contributions in the community. Assessment is carried out both individually and in group activities by the Chairperson of the LPPM as an evaluation at the end of the activity, in order to find out the extent of their knowledge. But in reality the assessment carried out is still fuzzy because the assessment is carried out on a subjective scale where each appraiser is different from one another about an object, for which a decision support system (SPK) needs to be built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on Fuzzy logic in helping process data from the evaluation evaluation results. The Fuzzy Logic-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is expected to be able to assess the target in order to find the right value of the recommendation before ranking in finding the best group. Fuzzy logic used in the best group recommendations on this problem is fuzzy tahani, with the results of data fuzzyfication provided that group values cannot be less than 1 in each variable. The first test was carried out to get the best group recommendations using fuzzy logic then ranked using the AHP method so that a systematic sequence was obtained in the order of (1) Transfer (Group 54) First rank with a total value of 0.364, (2) Upstream II (Group 1) Ranking Second with a total value of 0.275. (3) Tanah Merah (Group 38) Third Rank with a total value of 0.199, (4) Kuala Sebatu (Group 16) Fourth Rank with a total value of 0.161.  Keywords: SPK, AHP, Fuzzy Logic, Tahani, Assessment of Community Service
