Automatic Person Re-identification by video surveillance is commonly used in different applications. Perhaps the human uniqueness criteria for tracking the presence of the same person across multiple camera views and a person’s growth identification is extremely challenging. To solve the above problem, we propose an efficient Auto Track Regression System (ATRF) based on a deep learning technique that uses an eminent representation strategy along with recognition. In this work, the Auto Wiley Detective (AWD) approach is proposed for the representation of features that can collect valuable information by monitoring individuals. After obtaining important information on the characteristics, it is possible to define the personal growth identity of the generation. The OPVC (Original Pick Virtual Classifier) is used for accurate classification of the queried person from a dense area by utilizing features of a person’s growth identity extracted from feature extraction by the Auto Wiley Detection Method. The proposed Originated Pick Virtual Classifier (OPVC) uses Platt scaling (originated pick) on probit regression (virtual) to train the featured data set for accurate person re-identification, which is boosted by the Karush–Kuhn–Tucker (KKT) conditions to reduce false re-identification. Since the gallery information is trained using the Backpropagation method and smoothened analysis through approximated output, the Auto Wiley Detection Method proficiently detects the required information automatically. This also helps to detect the person query image from the database, which contains a vast collection of video images based on the similarity features identified in the query image and the detailed features extracted from the query image. The classification is completed automatically, and then the Person Re-Identification from the databases is performed accurately and efficiently. Henceforth, the proposed work effectively extracts reliable height and age estimates with improved flexibility and individual re-identifying capabilities.

Three-dimensional GPR imaging requires evenly and densely distributed measurements, ideally collected without the need for ground surface markings, which is difficult to achieve in large-scale surveys. In this study, a guidance system was developed to guide the GPR operator to walk along a predesigned traverse, analogous to the flight path design of an airborne drone. The guidance system integrates an auto-track total station unit (ATTS), and by estimating the real-time offset angle and distance, guidance corrections can be provided to the operator in real time. There are two advantages: (1) reduced survey time as grid marking on the ground is no longer needed and (2) accurate positioning of each traverse. Lab and field experiments were conducted in order to validate the guidance system. The results show that with the guidance system, the survey paths were better defined and followed in terms of feature connectivity and resolution of images, and the C-scans generated were closer to the real subsurface world.

Excessive energi consumption play a role in increasing blood glucose levels (hyperglycemia), due to the inability of the hormone insulin to compensate the high blood glucose levels. Blood glucose receptor found in the hypothalamus of VMH (Ventro Medial Hypothalamus) and LH (the Lateral Hypothalamus) is able to detect and change the settings for the feeding activity. The aim of this study was to obtain the relationship between high sucrose feeding on male Wistar rats of behavior and activity. This method uses Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) as an animal model. Sixteen rats were grouped into 4 treatment groups. The first group was given additional feed 20% sucrose, the second group was given additional feed 40% sucrose, a third group was given additional feed 60% sucrose, and the last as a control group. This feed given continuously for 70 days.Observation of activities conducted using Opto-varimex® auto-track system ver.4.31. The results showed an corellation between activity based doses of sucrose.

ABSTRACT Excessive energi consumption of high-fat diet increase the body’s adipose tissue which also affect the increased secretion of leptin, this is because leptin secretion is proportional to the mass of adipose tissue. Leptin activates the lateral hypothalamus as the center of hunger and feeding activity. The aim of this study was to obtain the relationship between high trans fat feeding on male Wistar rats and feeding activity. This method uses male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) as an animal model. Sixteen rats were grouped into 4 treatment groups. The first group was given additional feed 20% trans fat, the second group was given additional feed 40% trans fat, a third group was given additional feed 60% trans fat, and the last as a control group. This feed was given once a day for 70 days. Observation of activities perform using Opto-varimex® auto-track system ver. 4.31.
