The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all people in the world, especially those at risk of kidney disorders. Early kidney damage in patients born with unilateral renal agenesis (URA) or solitary kidney can happen. These patients are at risk of chronic kidney disease (CKD), high blood pressure, and developing proteinuria. Unilateral renal agenesis is a cause of CKD. Therefore, it is very interesting that observe a unilateral renal Patient that Suffers from COVID-19. Hence, the management of these patients with COVID‐19 is an area of interest, and a unique approach is warranted. A 43-year-old male patient with unilateral renal presented to our hospital for corona disease. The case was discussed between the nephrologists, Infectious disease specialists, and nursing head nurses for a care plan daily. The patient had unilateral renal disease, and COVID-19 could have a detrimental effect on the renal, but renal tests were normal, and the patient recovered without acute renal complications. The treatment of such patients is the need for teamwork contain nephrologists, critical care nurses, and specialists in infectious and tropical diseases. This was a new experience in Iran.

Abstract The level selection of frequency band division structure relies on previous information in most gram approaches that capture the optimal demodulation frequency band (ODFB). When an improper level is specified in these approaches, the fault characteristic information contained in the produced ODFB may be insufficient. This research proposes a unique approach termed median line-gram (MELgram) to tackle the level selection problem. To divide the frequency domain signal into a series of demodulation frequency bands, a spectrum median line segmentation model based on Akima interpolation is first created. The level and boundary of the segmentation model can be adaptively identified by this means. Second, the acquired frequency bands are quantized using the negative entropy index, and the ODFB is defined as the frequency band with the largest value. Third, the envelope spectrum is used to determine the ODFB characteristic frequency to pinpoint the bearing fault location. Finally, both simulation and experimental signal analysis are used to demonstrate the efficiency of the suggested method. Furthermore, the suggested method extracts more defect feature information from the ODFB than existing methods.

Kerusakan pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil akibat abrasi dan dampak perubahan iklim di Provinsi Sumatera Barat sudah di tingkat yang mengkhawatirkan. Kondisi geografis Sumatera Barat yang berhadapan langsung dengan Samudera Hindia membuat sifat tumbukan gelombang di pesisir relatif kuat sehingga abrasi berlangsung dengan cepat. Kerusakan ekosistem mangrove akibat penebangan, alih fungsi lahan, pencemaran muara, dan kerusakan terumbu karang akibat penggunaan bom, potas, dan pemutihan karang, turut mempercepat terjadinya abrasi. Kerusakan pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil perlu dicegah karena dapat mengurangi keunggulan strategis pertahanan di wilayah terluar, mengganggu efektivitas fungsi infrastruktur sipil dan militer di pesisir, mengganggu stabilitas ekonomi dan mengurangi ruang hidup masyarakat, membahayakan navigasi, dan mengancam keanekaragaman hayati. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sumberdaya dan upaya pemerintah daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat dalam melindungi pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil dari abrasi dan dampak perubahan iklim. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 15-23 September 2019 di Kota Padang dan di Pulau Sipora. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, dan wawancara mendalam kepada pejabat instansi pemerintah daerah dan warga di sekitar pesisir. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik data condensation, data display, dan conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan instansi-instansi daerah memiliki keunggulan uniknya masing-masing dalam mendukung pencegahan abrasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim, namun upaya-upaya yang dilaksanakan masih bersifat sporadis, reaktif, tidak terkoordinasi, dan tidak berkelanjutan. Sumber daya bahan baku untuk pencegahan abrasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim tersedia melimpah di Sumatera Barat, namun sumber daya keorganisasian yang dimiliki instansi daerah relatif terbatas. Kondisi ini membuat abrasi dan dampak perubahan iklim tidak dapat dicegah secara efektif.ABSTRACTWest Sumatera Province has an alarming rate of coastal and small islands destruction caused by abrasion and the effect of climate change. Geographical characteristic of West Sumatera Province which directly face Hindia Ocean quickly have it’s coastal area eroded with abrasion caused by a strong wave. The destruction of mangrove forest and coral reefs further made the abrasion process worse. Coastal and small islands destruction need to be stopped because it could reduce military strategic advantage in national outer areas, reducing the effectiveness of military and civilian infrastructures, destabilizing economy and narrowing the living space of people, endangering the safety of ship navigation, and threatening nature’s biodiversity. The aim of this research is to understand the resources and actions of West Sumatera Province’s local government of how it protect the coastal area and small islands from abrasion and to adapt to the effects of climate change. The research was conducted in September 15 to 23 in 2019 at Padang City and Sipora Island of Kepulauan Mentawai Regency. Data collected by field observation and in-depth interview to officials from local government and the locals. Data analyzed by using data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing analytical technique. The research shows that each provincional departments under West Sumatera Province local government have it’s own unique approach and technique to prevent abrasion and adapt to the effects of climate change, but the action taken usually implemented sporadically, reactive, uncoordinated, and not sustainable. Natural resources needed to prevent abrasion and to adapt to climate change are abundant, but the Province’s organisational resources is limited, causing the coastal area and small islands innefectively protected

The results of the research on the ideal leadership style for the millennial generation, namely effective government will be realized if the leader can meet the qualifications as a credible leader, has the ability, intellect, good vision and has integrity, honesty and loyalty to interests. from the community. Building a region that is led must have a foundation, namely independence and entrepreneurship that gives pleasure and satisfaction to the community. Leadership in the millennial era has a unique approach because digitalization that has penetrated the world of work no longer allows leaders to act conventionally.</em></p>

Slow tourism is an eminent concept that aims to embolden extended tourist stay within a destination. The current study adopts qualitative research approach and extracts data from purposefully selected tourism professionals. The researcher employed both interview and focus group discussion to collect data required for this study. Findings of the current study unfold that slow tourism as a unique approach augments the overall tourism activities, mainly within emerging destinations. Even though slow tourism has received limited attention in Bahir Dar and its surroundings, it is quite substantive to discourage the negative economic, sociocultural and environmental impacts of tourism. However, absence of developed tourism infrastructures and limited understanding of stakeholders restrain the practice and development of slow tourism in the study area. In terms of policy references, the present study suggests that there is a need to develop a practical guideline to inculcate the fundamental concepts related to the practical applications of slow tourism in emerging destinations.

A novel quantum mechanical framework in discrete space and time leads to the derivation of the relativistic energy equation and a potential path toward quantum gravity. A unique approach to geometry is also derived where pregeometric points containing intrinsic compactified geometries generate a topologically 4D cosmos with a local dynamical 3D geometry. An interpretation of the quantum mechanics wavefunction is considered as longitudinal density waves traveling through dynamical pregeometric points. Similarly, general relativity can be described as density variations of the pregeometric points caused by matter-energy distribution. A primordial quantum (Higgs) field emerging at the big bang that generates all the other quantum fields is considered. A four-dimensional structure of black holes, and dark matter and energy are discussed.

The literature on the relationship between religion and health is vast, but it is in a state of disarray. One empirical study has been piled upon another, while little effort has been made to integrate them into a more tightly knit theoretical whole. This book was designed to address this problem. It is the product of 40 years of empirical research, hundreds of peer-reviewed publications, and countless hours of deep reflection. This volume contributes to the literature in three ways: (1) a unique approach to theory construction and model development is presented that is designed to produce a conceptual scheme that is evidence based and empirically verifiable; (2) a new construct—communities of faith—that has largely been overlooked in empirical studies on religion is introduced; and (3) the need is highlighted for a no-holds-barred discussion of how to practice one’s research craft.
