Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dimana dalam  mendapatkan data menggunakan beberapa metode seperti metode wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan dokumentasi dimana data yang didapatkan dikelolah dengan cara mereduksi data kemudian menyajikan data dan melakukan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Introduksi nilai-nilai lokal pemasaran minyak kelapa mandar terdapat pada acara adat pernikahan mandar yaitu Maccanring dan Metindor.Keluarga mempelai laki-laki biasanya membawa pakaian shalat, lemari, peralatan dapur, peralatan mandi, kelapa, buah-buahan serta minyak kelapa mandar.Menggunakan promosi dalam pemasaran minyak kelapa mandar dengan landasan meningkatkan nilai-nilai lokal.Introduksi nilai-nilai lokal masih sangat dibutuhkan pengelolah minyak kelapa mandar pada kondisi saat ini.Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap strategi perencanaan pemasaran. Dan Pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran berdasarkan prinsi-prinsip nilai lokal yang diterapakan dalam berbisnis   boleh saja mencari keuntungan sebanyak-banyaknya asal jangan sampai merugikan konsumen ataupun pedagang lain. Cara berdagang sesuai denganJujur dalam menakar dan menimbang, halal, baik mutu atau kualitas minyak kelapa mandar. The type of research  is  gualitative research where obtaining data using sereval methods ,observation,where the data obtained. Based on the results of the study,shows that the introduction of the local value of mandar Coconut oil,marketing can be found at the mandar wedding ceremony namely’Maccanring and  metindor “.The groom’s family usually brings prayer clothes ,cupboards,kitchen utensil,toiletries,Coconut,fruits and mandar Coconut Oil.Using promotion in the marketing of mandar Coconut oil in the basic of increasing the introduced local values.Local values are  still very much needed by mandars coconut oil processor at current conditions.The development of technology and communication affects the marketing planning strategy  and the implementation of marketing strategis based on principles of local values that are applied is doing bussines,it is possible to seek as much profil as possible as long as it does not harm consumers or other traders. How to trade in accordance with Islamic principles,namely honestly and measuring and weighing,halal both qualityor quality of mandar coconut oil

Application of hygiene and sanitation in The View Rooftop Grand La Villais Bali is important thing to note in the process of implementation. This matters are compulsory to prevent food contamination that can be caused by several factors such as, human, work area, kitchen utensil, material strorage systems and product. Because of this determination of standarts personal hygiene, area and utensil must be done correcly so that each product is safe for consumption. Research carried out by qualitative methods using observation, interview and study of documents. Based on the result of research and discussion conducted, authors concluded that the presence of load application standard of hygiene and sanitation in hotel restaurants can be improved especially in parts of the standard of health, hygiene and quality of a product when it is done in accordance with existing procedures. <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><strong></strong><br />One of the causes of slums in the city of Bandung is the use of untreated tent stalls. The entrepreneurial society does not have the basic culinary culture tent use, because they do not have the sensitivity to maintain it. The tent stalls were originally temporary, has turned into a permanent. Through a review of<br />ethnography, derived the concept of systematic ergonomic working in the kitchen, which is connected with the efficient use of workspace and effective use of a kitchen utensil. In the concept of Sundanese local wisdom, known as the hierarchy level of comfort based on individuals, families and communities,<br />namely 'genah-merenah-tumaninah', characterized by the use of huts 'badak heuay and jogo anjing,' home stage 'jolopong, babancong, sontong', and building 'galudra ngupuk, Jangga wirangga and towering ngapak'. This hierarchy shows the concept of stages in the culinary business Sundanese, according turnover and experience, the tavern, eating houses and restaurants.<br />The design of furniture products in the aesthetic form of huts 'badak heuay and jogo anjing', This is one of the solutions in rediscovering saung that has been lost, because of eroded stall tent of a foreign culture.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />Salah satu penyebab kekumuhan di Kota Bandung adalah penggunaan warung tenda yang tidak terawat. Masyarakat wirausaha kuliner tidak memiliki dasar budaya penggunaan tenda, karena mereka tidak memiliki kepekaan dalam pemeliharaan tenda. Warung tenda yang awalnya bersifat sementara, telah berubah menjadi permanen. Melalui<br />tinjauan etnografi, diperoleh adanya konsep ergonomis tentang<br />sistematika kerja di dapur, yang terhubung dengan pemakaian ruang kerja yang efisien dan penggunaan perkakas dapur yang efektif. Acacia raddiana or Acacia tortilis (Forsk) Hyane subsp. raddiana (Savi) Bernan, (Fabaceae) is characterized by a great ecological plasticity. It is largely used by the local populations as medicinal plants, fodder, wood energy, coal because it high calorific value. This plant thus plays a big role in rural economy because it is also appreciated in craft industry and for the clothes, tools and kitchen utensil manufacture. The study of the intensity osmotic stress effect on the germination of Acacia raddiana seeds reveals that there is a very strong negative correlation between the increase of the concentration of PEG and the germination rate (r = -0.9251). The fact remains that in spite of very small negative potential, Acacia raddiana seeds are very resistant since it coming to sprout at potential matching -6.0 MPa. In otherwise, the foliar  RWC of seedling remained stable during the 25 days of treatment at about 81.61 ± 7.61% (control) and dropped from 17th to 25th day at 32% (stressed). The growth was also affected by stress. Thus, both leaves number and stem height is reduced in stressed plants compared to controls.
