The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work experience, number of family dependents and husband's employment status on the allocation of women's working time in the wood craft industry in Mas Village; the effect of work experience, number of family dependents, husband's employment status and allocation of women's working time on family welfare in the wood craft industry in Mas Village; and the role of women's work time allocation in mediating the effect of work experience and number of family dependents and husband's employment status on family welfare in the wood craft industry in Mas Village. Data were obtained using observation and interview methods, with a total sample of 97 people which were then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that work experience had a non-positive or non significant effect on the allocation of women's working time, while the number of family dependents had a positive and significant effect on the allocation of women's working time, and husbands who had employment status had a lower allocation of women's working time than husbands who did not work; Work experience, number of dependents in the family has no effect on family welfare, while husbands who have employment status work have higher family welfare than husbands who do not work, and the allocation of women's working time has a positive and significant effect on family welfare; Work experience, number of family dependents and husband's employment status indirectly affect family welfare through the allocation of women's working time, in other words, women's work time allocation is an intervening variable that mediates work experience, number of family dependents and husband's employment status on women's working time allocation. . Meanwhile, the husband's employment status has no direct effect on family welfare.

The creative craft industry in Rajapolah District as the main driver of the regional economy in supporting facilities that still concentrated in one particular area. There have been limited studies concerned on  spatial functions in creative spaces. This article addresses the criteria for functions and facilities for the development of creative industrial areas and their application in spatial recommendation for village areas. This research used a quantitative method using instruments on statistical data. Data analysis was divided into three stages namely identification, determining the criteria, and determining spatial functions. The study used the form of production data includes raw materials, labor, product size, product diversity, as well as the distribution of production houses, marketing facilities and education and training. The results showed that the development of creative industrial zones can be identified on criteria functions in the provision of raw materials, production, research and development, and marketing. Some villages have fulfilled the criteria for the function of creative spaces, which are relatively scattered in craft production houses close to the center of village activities. Besides that, it is also relatively far away, however supported by adequate road access. Creative promotion centers in the form of markets, outlets and shops are mostly concentrated on the main road network. Meanwhile, creative education centers in the form of multi-purpose building are relatively concentrated in some villages. Articles contribute to the field of creative industry science which is practically used as a consideration for the government in preparing detailed urban masterplans. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on SME business sustainability. Some SMEs are no longer operating because the pandemic has triggered a number of business risks for them. In order to survive, SMEs are required to develop elements of dynamic capabilities for their own businesses. This research aims to explore in-depth how SMEs build the microelements of their dynamic capabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors used the case study method as research design by selecting 4 SMEs that represent the industrial center village in Wedi and Bayat Districts, Klaten Regency. In order to analyze, the authors in this research used the triangulation technique, and data collection is done by making visits to companies, observations, and interviews with a number of key informants who understand the development of the craft industry in Klaten Regency. This research focused on identifying critical elements that proved to be effective to support their business through the pandemic by implementing the abilities of sensing, seizing, and transforming. Sensing ability is the ability to target new market segments and new business opportunities. Seizing ability is the ability to produce new products that customers really need. Meanwhile, the ability to transforming is the most powerful capability carried out so far by SMEs by managing more agile businesses with innovative marketing practices.

Azo dyes are used for silk textile manufacture, where their decolorization and detoxication are necessary after initial dying in the craft industry. The bio-decolorization efficiency of Streptomyces coelicoflavus CS-29 toward commercial azo blue and red dyes was investigated, analyzing the degradation and adsorption of dye molecules. S. coelicoflavus CS-29 showed reductions of 70% and 51% in red and blue dyes, respectively, after seven days. Morphological observation by light microscopy showed that dye molecules were adsorbed onto S. coelicoflavus CS-29 cell surface to form a dense cell pellet. Moreover, peroxidase and laccase activity were detected as extracellular enzymes, but no azo-reductase was detected. From the enzymatic activity, changes of dye profiles in HPLC showed differences between control dyes (untreated dyes) and metabolized products of dyes treated with S. coelicoflavus CS-29. The presence of main functional azo groups (-N=N-) in both blue and red silk dyes was indicated by FTIR analysis, in the untreated azo dyes. The azo bonds seemed to disappear in metabolites after S. coelicoflavus CS-29 treatment and other functional groups were changed compared to the control dyes. The treated dyes showed no significant effect on seed germination, root length, and shoot length of mung beans during phytotoxicity analysis. The red dyes showed a more negative effect on shoot lengths than the blue dyes. The overall results showed that S. coelicoflavus CS-29 is an effective and promising tool for the treatment of dye contaminated wastewater and the permanent elimination of recalcitrant commercial azo dye pollutants.
