With the development of the times, cell phones have become a primary need for some people with an internet that is increasingly complete with features that can support people's lives. Based on this, there are also deviant crimes that occur in society, one of which is hacking crimes against cell phones. Hacking a cell phone can create legal issues related to consumer protection. The purpose of this research is to find out what is the concept of guarantee/guarantee for the rights of consumers who use cell phones in the event of hacking and the responsibility of the government towards consumers for guarantee rights in the event of hacking of cell phones. The research method in this paper is normative legal research, with a statutory and conceptual approach. This study concludes that the warranty on hacking cases has not been regulated in the Consumer Protection Law. The form of consumer protection provided by the government to users of cellular telephone services is more directed at fostering and empowering consumers.

<p><em>Technological advancement comes with both positive and negative impacts to the society, including the cybercrime. The main problems discussed in this study is regulation of criminal acts of scams committed through electronic media, particularly SMS, as well as the efforts to handle such crime in accordance with applicable legal provisions, both based on the Criminal Code and based on Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions that has been amended by Law no. 19 of 2016. This study applies the Normative Legal Research method. The results showed that the criminal act of scams committed online was in principle similar to that of conventional fraud, the only difference being the means of action, namely using an electronic system, namely computers, the internet, or cellular telecommunication devices. Based on the prevailing legal provisions, online fraud can be treated similar to that conventional offenses stipulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP), so that the case handling process is also based both on the Criminal Code and Electronic Information and Transactions law</em></p>

Planning to improve the signal condition of cellular telephone networks in a company is very important. PT. Artisan Wahyu is a company engaged in property and real estate. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality and strength of the signal beam at the Gandaria 8 Office Tower using the G-net Track Lite application, to determine the number of indoor omnidirectional antennas based on capacity planning method, and for determining the number of omnidirectional indoor antennas based on coverage planning method. The research method used is quantitative method with a descriptive type of research. By using the analysis method of Capacity Planning and Coverage Planning. Therefore, it is necessary to plan an omnidirectional indoor antenna analysis so that activities in communication can be enjoyed properly. From the results of the research conducted, there were four plans for omnidirectional indoor antenna networks for the 2nd floor based on capacity and coverage of 6 antennas. Whereas for the 22nd floor based on capacity as much as 3 and for coverage as many as five antennas so that the Coverage Planning method is recommended to be applied to the Gandaria Building 8 Office Tower. (FF, FA, RM).

Cellular Telephone is a communication tool that can connect people with others who are obstructed by distance and time. Its use is now a priority for most people. The level of traffic accidents caused by drivers who drive their vehicles while using the telephone is also increasing. In connection with the above it will be discussed regarding the regulation of the use of cellular telephone while driving as well as law enforcement for motorists who violate the use of cellular telephone while driving. In this paper the method used is a normative legal method which uses legal material collection techniques in the form of study documents and uses primary legal material sources such as legislation and secondary legal materials such as legal books which are then poured descriptively to get final conclusions. Then regarding the conclusions of the results of this study namely violations of the use of cellular telephones have explained that in driving there is no concentration to cause an accident and even to cause death then threatened with imprisonment and fines as regulated in Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Past Road Traffic and Transportation. For law enforcement efforts to prevent the use of cellular telephones it is necessary to understand the community from adolescents to adults of the dangers and impacts of using cellular telephones when driving. So that safety can be created in driving with other public road users.
