Nowadays, due to our everyday stress and current stressful lifestyle, the loss of items appears a frequent issue and may be very inconvenient. In this regard, until the IoT becomes part of everyday life, we can use the software as an efficient tool to assist a person's searching, verifying, and finding lost belongings. This paper presents an Android-based application that we proposed and implemented to help users find lost items. Utilizing this software will enable the subscriber to record his request to the relevant authority. In addition, a special section offers to insert a contact telephone number or email to communicate between the person who found the item and the person who lost it. During testing, among other services, the platform showed its capabilities to register and log users, releasing a lot of information of lost items and automatically forwarding lost-and-found notifications. The paper can be useful for those who deal with the application of information technology.

The article analyzes the positive foreign experience of the emergency assistance system to the single telephone number 112. It has been established that the main purpose of implementing the system of emergency assistance to the single telephone number 112 in Ukraine is to provide timely assistance to European level with the ability to communicate in foreign languages, prompt involvement of necessary emergency services, which is a decisive factor in providing assistance, emergency response. The study examines the structure of emergency response centers and their main powers. The main function of any emergency response center is to receive calls to the emergency number 112 and to refer the relevant units to assist the applicant or other persons who find themselves in an emergency. The functions of regional centers also include providing information to the public on issues that are not classified as emergency. The article also considers the issues of training employees who receive calls to the single emergency number 112, their interaction with each other during the performance of duties at emergency response centers, as well as their interaction with employees who directly provide assistance to scene. It is established that the training of operators who organize the rescue operation is carried out at the police academy. An appropriate operator training center has been set up for their training at the academy. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that the use of positive foreign experience allows to quickly and effectively achieve international standards of emergency care.

AbstractThe number of items in an array can be quickly and accurately estimated by dividing the array into subgroups, in a strategy termed “groupitizing.” For example, when memorizing a telephone number, it is better to do so by divide the number into several segments. Different forms of visual grouping can affect the precision of the enumeration of a large set of items. Previous studies have found that when groupitizing, enumeration precision is improved by grouping arrays using visual proximity and color similarity. Based on Gestalt theory, Palmer (Cognit Psychol 24:436, 1992) divided perceptual grouping into intrinsic (e.g., proximity, similarity) and extrinsic (e.g., connectedness, common region) principles. Studies have investigated groupitizing effects on intrinsic grouping. However, to the best of our knowledge, no study has explored groupitizing effects for extrinsic grouping cues. Therefore, this study explored whether extrinsic grouping cues differed from intrinsic grouping cues for groupitizing effects in numerosity perception. The results showed that both extrinsic and intrinsic grouping cues improved enumeration precision. However, extrinsic grouping was more accurate in terms of the sensory precision of the numerosity perception.

Abstract Funding Acknowledgements Type of funding sources: None. OnBehalf Cardiopulmonar resuscitation working group of the Spanish Society of Cardiology Background First aid teaching is mandatory in Spanish schools, but there is a variability in how training is performed within different regions of the country. We aimed to study the degree of implementation of school cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training in Spain. Methods A nationwide cross-sectional survey was carried out from February to December 2019. A self-administered questionnaire was carried out aimed at school children. The association between school children characteristics (sex, age and previous CPR education training) and  CPR knowledge was evaluated. Results A total of 5892 valid school children surveys were collected. Regarding to school children, mean age was 14.67 years and  36,2% of them had received CPR training, with similar distribution by sex and with an increase in higher courses (28.7% <13 years, 33.9% 13-16 years, 54.9% >16 years; p = 0.002). At older all CPR  knowledge improves, except the telephone emergency  number. Comparing school children who had or not received previous CPR training, there was no difference in correctly identifying the emergency telephone number (p = 0.169) or OHCA (p = 0.05), but school children (32.4% vs 29%, p = 0.005) who have not received the training better recognize the telephone number. Conclusions the implementation of CPR training  programs is insufficient in spanish schools and they also do not work to remember the emergency number. Urgent action is required to improve the first link of the survival-chain by disseminating the emergency telephone number. Industrialization 4.0 brought many changes to the community, especially in terms of sustainable internet usage. Data literacy arises because of the large amount of data and information spread on the internet. This objective study to provide knowledge about data literacy in coastal society, another purpose is to explain the challenges that arise as a result of the birth industrialization 4.0 which certainly also felt by the coastal community. This methodology uses a literature review approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through studies of reference sources that are used as references. This study discussion is that data literacy in coastal society is devoted to basic knowledge in protecting personal data when conducting activities using the internet. Public-private data that needs to be kept secret include; identity number, account number, full name, telephone number, password, address, and others. While the challenges faced by coastal society in the industrialization 4.0 cover many aspects, three main challenges can be felt directly by coastal society such as big data, internet objects, and robotization.
