The aim of the study is to improve the system of vocational guidance, adaptation and promotion of nursing personnel in a medical organization. Results: an assessment was made of the organization of vocational guidance, factors affecting labor adaptation, the conditions necessary for promotion up the career ladder and the role of a senior nurse in all designated areas. Conclusion: The personnel management system implies, first of all, a well-functioning procedure for the entry of new employees into the organization, which allows to reduce material costs, time costs, staff turnover, psycho-emotional stress. The formation of a positive attitude of new employees to work, in the future, is influenced by a conscious choice of profession (professional orientation) and the possibility of career advancement.

The aim of the study the role of a leader in managing communication and shaping the microclimate in a team. Results: the senior nurse in the department forms and maintains the social and psychological climate in the department. She is a team player, empowered and empowered, uses a business-like style of communication in solving assigned tasks, while providing for the construction of communication on trust. The work is devoted to the study of the problems and prospects of professional orientation of youth and the role of children's public organizations in the process professional self-determination of children and adolescents at the present stage development of society and technology. The author investigated society's requests, presented to specialists in rapidly changing living conditions and new problems facing educational organizations and children's public associations that help in the framework of non-formal education in the process of professional self-determination of the individual. Relevance of the topic research is related to the need of society at the present time for effective, successful, dynamic and self-improving specialists. Conscious choice of the future professional path is to understand the internal processes of youth environment and comprehension of options for choosing a profession. Young people now more than ever, need to gain knowledge about professions in general and about the chosen field of activity in particular, defining their abilities and understanding how it is most reasonable to apply them. And it doesn't matter, the future specialist chooses mental activity or physical labor - in both cases, he needs help with vocational guidance. The purpose of this work is to identify the problems and prospects of vocational guidance of youth and the role of children's public organizations in the process of professional self-determination of children and adolescents. When analyzing problems and prospects vocational guidance of youth and the role of children's public organizations in the process of professional self-determination of children and adolescents were used the work of specialists dealing with the education of children and professional self-determination personality and also the results of sociological survey of students conducted by the National Agency financial research. In conclusion, it was concluded that the vocational guidance work of children's organizations promotes active involvement of young people in various activities, including social oriented and professional activities. Participation of children and adolescents in activities of children's public associations contributes to the orientation of young people to the process of self-knowledge, stimulates self-education and aims at self-realization, which ultimately leads them to professional self-determination.

The article is devoted to the automation of the process of planning and management of operational activities in a multidisciplinary hospital – the basic principles and features, parameters and factors affecting the formation of the operation plan are formulated, the model of the business process is described and criteria for its effectiveness are given, the methodological foundations for organizing the planning of operational activities are shown – shown the leading role of the relationship between the plan of operations and the plan of hospitalizations, the role of the medical information system in the automation of operational activities is determined. All identified methods of increasing the efficiency of the operational activity of medical institutions by means of MIS were tested on the example of using MIS Interin PROMIS Alpha at the Federal Research and Clinical Center of the FMBA of Russia. The results that were achieved as a result of the practical application of these methods with the use of MIS in the organization of the daily process of the activities of surgeons in the Federal Research Center of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia are considered.

Improving the quality in order to keep up with the trend in the world is the vital task of training institutions today. Training institutions need to grasp market needs and satisfy the requirements of customers - learners. Nadiri, H., Kandampully, J & Hussain, K. (2009) argue that the managers in education need to apply market strategies that are being used by manufacturing and business enterprises and need to be aware that the role of training institutions is a service industry which is responsible for satisfying learner needs (Elliott & Shin, 2002). Currently, there have been many researches on students’ satisfaction. However, each research has its own objectives and is conducted on different scales. This study is implemented to provide information about the factors affecting master students’ satisfaction with the training service at VNU School of Interdisciplinary Studies (VNU SIS). Through it, the research offers a number of solutions to improving the satisfaction level of the master students at VNU SIS in the coming time.

The training of midwives in recent years has been consistent with the development of technology, the growing demands of the field of obstetric services, from patients and legislative changes, but, nevertheless, the emphasis has not yet been placed on mastering professional skills and communication. Clinical practice is a form of training associated with high responsibility, good theoretical training and mastered skills and competencies during training sessions. During clinical practice, students should master a number of practical skills, they should be able to develop the necessary confidence and the necessary professional self-esteem. Proper and appropriate organization of clinical practice contributes to the creation of positive motivation for learning, the development of cognitive interests that were once formed, become active internal factors for improving the quality, effectiveness and selfesteem in relation to educational activities. The activities of teachers and mentors should be aimed at working more closely with students during clinical practice, so that they can prepare well and fully independently during practical training to perform the specified skills. Motivation is important for creating a professional orientation that is passed on by practitioners and is a prerequisite for choosing a future workplace for students. Mentors from training bases are people who can guide young professionals to train them, educate them on professional responsibility, and teach them how to communicate with patients and colleagues. Students need daily incentives for active, purposeful and constant efforts for all types of activities, so that they can gain the necessary confidence and be ready for the requirements of their chosen profession.

The presented study determines the role of business aviation in the modern economy and examines the specific features of its development in Russia.Aim. The study aims to analyze the development of business aviation in Russia and its correlation with economic development in general.Tasks. The authors determine the benefits of business aviation as a business tool, examine the specific features of the Russian business aviation market and problems of its development, and identify factors that affect the development of business aviation in Russia.Methods. This study uses the methods of comparative and retrospective analysis, cross-country comparison, systems approach, and expert analytics.Results. Business aviation is a new segment of civil aviation for Russia. Therefore, it is advisable to rely on foreign practices in the management of its development. In many countries, business aviation is a separate industry that specializes in providing transport services to a wide range of corporate clients and/or individuals. The development of this industry is associated with the economic growth rate and the development level of the national economy, and also depends on the national institutional specifics. This study describes the specific features of development of business aviation in Russia and problems arising in the organization and management of this type of business.Conclusions. The authors develop a system of factors affecting the development of business aviation in Russia, describe the major problems of this industry, and propose solutions. The results of this study can be used in the development (adjustment) of business aviation development strategies in Russia both at the industrial and corporate level, and in the implementation of the national policy in this field.

Annotation Purpose. Development of a program and methods for conducting experimental studies of the extrusion process with the definition of parameters and modes of operation of the extruder to improve its energy performance. Methods. Methods of mathematical statistics, synthesis, analysis, description and modeling were used. Results. The application of mathematical methods, in particular mathematical planning, reduces the number of experiments several times, and allows to evaluate the role of influencing factors, obtain a mathematical model of the process and determine the optimal conditions for its parameters and modes, etc. Conclusions. The methodology for experimental studies of a screw extruder is presented with the necessary equipment and methodology for processing the obtained experimental data. A mathematical method of planning, which reduces the number of experiments several times, allows us to evaluate the role of factors affecting productivity and energy intensity is presented. Profitability is an important factor to show this articledoeswhat is the role of the intermediary bank to collect your savings and allocation of loans.  Given the importance of profitability indicators in this study, the factors affecting the profitability of commercial banks in Iranare analyzedwith emphasis on the degree of centralization and bank deposits. Dependent variable is indicators of profitability (ROE, ROA) and bank deposits, bank size, bank capital, focus on liquidity and banking requirements are independent variables. Correlation analysis and OLS regression are used and the research period is 1381 to 1390 that the country's territory where bank branches.Our results indicate that the effect of bank size on profitability is positive and the increase in bank size on profitability is increased. Impact on the profitability of bank deposits is positive, ie increasing the profitability of bank deposits increased. Finally, the impact of bank concentration on profitability is positive. Increasing the bank's focus profitability increases. Moreover, the results adversely affect the liquidity of the index is profit.
