Conversational discourse structures aim to describe how a dialogue is organized, thus they are helpful for dialogue understanding and response generation. This paper focuses on predicting discourse dependency structures for multi-party dialogues. Previous work adopts incremental methods that take the features from the already predicted discourse relations to help generate the next one. Although the inter-correlations among predictions considered, we find that the error propagation is also very serious and hurts the overall performance. To alleviate error propagation, we propose a Structure Self-Aware (SSA) model, which adopts a novel edge-centric Graph Neural Network (GNN) to update the information between each Elementary Discourse Unit (EDU) pair layer by layer, so that expressive representations can be learned without historical predictions. In addition, we take auxiliary training signals (e.g. structure distillation) for better representation learning. Our model achieves the new state-of-the-art performances on two conversational discourse parsing benchmarks, largely outperforming the previous methods.

Abstract  - The Previous research shows that the trend of failed cooperatives has increased in 2014 alone, around 40% of cooperatives are inactive. Where one of the factors that influence an inactive cooperative is the lack of use of technology. This is in line with data on the use of information technology by cooperatives in Indonesia, which only ranges from 25% to 30%, which shows the application of technology in cooperatives is still minimal. This includes savings and loan cooperatives. Therefore it is necessary to make an application that is able to assist cooperatives in running their business processes. So as to increase the uptake of the use of technology in cooperatives and reduce the risk of cooperative failure. The software development method used in the savings and loan cooperative information system is the incremental method. The results of making this application show that incremental methods can be applied in the construction of savings and loan cooperative information systems. The steps in the Incremental method make it easy in Application development because the steps in this method are coherent and systematic. The results of testing using the Black Box testing method performed on cooperative information systems show that all system functionalities can work well. In addition to showing the functionality of the system is running well Testing also shows that the system produced has been able to meet user needs in accordance with the Analysis of Software Requirements.. Keywords: Koperasi , Information Systems, Incremental

This study aimed to determine the scope to which budgeting is used as a management method in selected enterprises of the municipal sector in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship. The research goal was achieved through the following tasks: identification of the reasons for and methods of budgeting used in enterprises of the municipal sector in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship and determining the methods of controlling budget implementation in the examined entities. The use of budgeting in the practice of Polish municipal enterprises, as well as the knowledge of how to use this management instrument, seems to be relatively common. Nevertheless, there are still entities convinced of the insufficient amount of benefits resulting from budgeting and that these benefits may be lower than the labour input and costs incurred in budgeting. Research has revealed that budgeting is used primarily in medium and large companies with annual revenues of over PLN 50,000,000 and employing over 200 employees. An important feature that connects all entities using budgeting is the desire to reduce costs and improve financial results. The desire to increase internal control and make more effective decisions was the main reason for the implementation of budgeting in these enterprises. The dominant methods of budgeting are the top-down and incremental methods. Budget control is exercised by various people and units. Disclosed deviations most often relate to exceeding the planned level of costs and failure to meet the deadlines for renovation and investment tasks.

Conflict-Based Search (CBS) is a leading algorithm for optimal Multi-Agent Path Finding (MAPF). CBS variants typically compute MAPF solutions using some form of A* search. However, they often do so under strict time limits so as to avoid exhausting the available memory. In this paper, we present IDCBS, an iterative-deepening variant of CBS which can be executed without exhausting the memory and without strict time limits. IDCBS can be substantially faster than CBS due to incremental methods that it uses when processing CBS nodes.

In the present study, the incremental modal pushover analysis (IMPA), a pushover-based approach already proposed and applied to buildings by the same authors, was revised and proposed for bridges (IMPAβ). Pushover analysis considers the effects of higher modes on the structural response. Bridges are structurally very different from multi-story buildings, where multimodal pushover (MPA) has been developed and is currently used. In bridges, consideration for higher modes is often necessary: The responses of some structural elements of the bridge (e.g., piers) influence the overall bridge response. Therefore, the failure of these elements can determine the failure of the whole structure, even if they give a small contribution total base shear. Incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) requires input accelerograms for high intensities, which are rare in the databases, while scaling of generated accelerograms with a simple increment of the scaling acceleration is not appropriate. This fact renders IDA, which is by its nature time-consuming, not straightforward. On the contrary, the change of input spectrum required by IMPA is simple. IMPAβ also utilizes a simple complementary method coupled to MPA, to obtain bounds at very high seismic intensities. Finally, the two incremental methods based on static nonlinear and dynamic nonlinear analyses are compared.

Home Industry Shoes is one of the SMEs that are engaged in the production and sale of shoes. Shoes SMEs in marketing and sales have been still relying on customers from surrounding areas of production activities. Current business competition is stringent, thus making SME shoes demanded to be more advanced in marketing and sales to be able to stay afloat. Shoes SMEs have problems with promotional media and sales, which does not yet have an independent online sales system. Therefore, the authors feel the need to help SMEs by creating an online sales information system that can be used as a promotional media as well as a media for selling independently and easy to use. In this study, the authors apply the incremental method in system development and also observation in gathering data on the needs of the system developed. Achievements in this study, the authors, produce an online sales information system for SMEs, in particular, the production of home industry shoes that can be used independently by SMEs to carry out promotions and sales online.
