Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dengan Metode Incremental

Abstrak - Dari penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan trend koperasi yang gagal semakin meningkat pada taun 2014 saja ada sekitar 40% koperasi yang tidak aktif. Dimana salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap koperasi yang tidak aktif adalah kurangnnya penggunaan teknologi. Hal ini sejalan dengan data penggunaan teknologi informasi oleh koperasi Di indonesia yang hanya berkisar antara 25% sampai 30% yang menunjukkan penerapan teknologi di perkoperasian masih minim. Termasuk di dalamnya adalah koperasi simpan pinjam. Oleh karenanya perlu di buatkan sebuah aplikasi yang mamapu membantu koperasi dalam menjalanjan proses bisnisnya. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan serapan penggunaan teknologi pada koperasi dan mengurangi resiko kegagalan koperasi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang di gunakan pada Sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam adalah metode incremental. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi ini menunjukan Metode incremental bisa diterapkan dalam pembangunan sistem informasi koperasi Simpan Pinjam. Langkah-langkah di metode Incremental memudahkan dalam pengembangan Aplikasi karena langkah langkah dalam metode ini runtut dan sistematis. Hasil pengujian menggunakan Metode Black Box testing yang dilakukan terhadap sistem informasi koperasi menunjukkan semua fungsionalitas sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik. Selain menunjukkan fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik Pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang di hasilkan sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna sesuai dengan Analisa Kebutuhan perangkat lunak. Kata Kunci : Koperasi, Sistem Informasi, Incremental. Abstract - The Previous research shows that the trend of failed cooperatives has increased in 2014 alone, around 40% of cooperatives are inactive. Where one of the factors that influence an inactive cooperative is the lack of use of technology. This is in line with data on the use of information technology by cooperatives in Indonesia, which only ranges from 25% to 30%, which shows the application of technology in cooperatives is still minimal. This includes savings and loan cooperatives. Therefore it is necessary to make an application that is able to assist cooperatives in running their business processes. So as to increase the uptake of the use of technology in cooperatives and reduce the risk of cooperative failure. The software development method used in the savings and loan cooperative information system is the incremental method. The results of making this application show that incremental methods can be applied in the construction of savings and loan cooperative information systems. The steps in the Incremental method make it easy in Application development because the steps in this method are coherent and systematic. The results of testing using the Black Box testing method performed on cooperative information systems show that all system functionalities can work well. In addition to showing the functionality of the system is running well Testing also shows that the system produced has been able to meet user needs in accordance with the Analysis of Software Requirements.. Abstrak— Sistem informasi saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan pada masyarakat untuk membantu dalam menyelesaikan berbagai pekerjaan. Masyarakat telah menyadari akan pentingnya keberadaan sistem informasi dalam membantu memonitoring pekerjaan yang sudah dilakukan maupun sebagai bentuk untuk pengolahan data yang lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan cara manual. Salah satu bentuk implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi adalah pengelolaan dana biaya operasional sekolah. Dimana pada biaya operasional sekolah lebih mengarah pada akuntansi dikarenakan pengolahan didalamnya sesuai dengan keilmuan dibidang akuntansi. Oleh karena itu, supaya penggunaan dana BOS bisa dipertanggungjawabkan maka diperlukan sebuah sistem dalam pengelolaan dan monitoringnya. Pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi biaya operasional sekolah diperlukan supaya bisa membantu para pengelola dana BOS dalam memonitoring dan mengevaluasi setiap penggunaan dana BOS. Perancangan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi biaya operasional sekolah ini lebih tepatnya menggunakan metode rapid application development (RAD). Model RAD (rapid application development) merupakan model proses pengembangan perangkat lunak secara linier sequential yang menekankan pada siklus pengembangan yang sangat singkat. Black Box Testing berfokus pada spesifikasi fungsional dari perangkat lunak. Tester dapat mendefinisikan kumpulan kondisi input dan melakukan pengetesan pada spesifikasi fungsional program. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan metode black box, aplikasi SIA BOS yang telah dibuat tidak ditemukan permasalahan dari sistem. Kata kunci— sistem informasi, akuntansi, dana BOS, RAD, black box.Abstract— The current information system has become a necessity for the community to assist in completing various jobs. The public has been aware of the importance of the existence of information systems in helping to monitor the work that has been done and as a form for data processing easier than the manual way. One form of accounting information system implementation is the fund management of school operational costs. Where on the operational costs of schools more leads to accounting because the processing therein in accordance with the scholarship in the field of accounting. Therefore, in order for the use of BOS funds can be accounted for, it is necessary a system in the management and monitoring. Creation of school operational cost accounting information system is needed to assist BOS fund managers in monitoring and evaluating every use of BOS funds. The design in making the information system of school operational cost accounting is more precisely use method of rapid application development (RAD). RAD model (rapid application development) is a model of sequential linear software development process that emphasizes on a very short development cycle. Black Box Testing focuses on the functional specifications of the software. The tester can define the set of input conditions and perform testing on the functional specifications of the program. Based on the results of testing the system using black box method, SIA BOS application that has been made not found problems from the system. Ilmu Tajwid adalah suatu cabang pengetahuan untuk mempelajari cara-cara pembacaan Al-Qur’an. Al-Qur’an merupakan kitab suci umat beragama Islam. Hukum membaca ayat Al-Qur’an dengan Tajwid adalah fardhu’ain bagi setiap orang Islam (muslim). Namun ilmu Tajwid tergolong ilmu yang sulit khususnya bagi orang yang tidak fasih dalam berbahasa Arab. Berdasarkan hasil survei awal terhadap 31 responden yang beragama Islam, hampir semuanya setuju bahwa ilmu Tajwid merupakan ilmu yang sangat penting dipelajari oleh umat Islam sehingga media belajar yang interaktif serta diikuti dengan penjelasan dan latihan melalui video memberikan kemudahan dalam proses belajar dan meningkatkan minat belajar ilmu Tajwid. Namun referensi belajar ilmu Tajwid yang terpercaya banyak yang menggunakan bahasa Arab sehingga susah dipahami oleh muslim di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, dibangunlah aplikasi ilmu tajwid yang diberi nama KepoTajwid. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dan diuji menggunakan metode Black Box testing. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari materi dasar ilmu Tajwid yaitu hukum nun sukun dan tanwin, hukum mim sukun, makharijul huruf, shifatul huruf dalam bentuk teks, gambar, audio dan video.

Sebagai sebuah organisasi Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia (KAMMI) Daerah Jakarta membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam organisasi ini. Pada sistem pengolahan data anggota dan indeks jati diri kader di KAMMI Daerah Jakarta, semua data disimpan dalam lembar kerja spreadsheet. Proses pengorganisasian data antara daerah dan komisariat tentunya ada hubungan satu sama lain, sehingga dalam keadaan yang mendesak tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadi kesulitan dalam mengorganisir data anggota disebabkan format data yang berbeda, format pelaporan berbeda, dan pencarian informasi anggota yang sulit karena masih manual, maka diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang dapat menyimpan dan mengorganisir data sehingga mudah untuk diakses oleh kader/anggota. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, penulis ingin mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi keanggotaan berbasis web yang memungkinkan penggunanya untuk mempertahankan, memperbaharui, menjaga keselarasan format pendataan, pelaporan dan mencari informasi anggotanya dengan mudah dan cepat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang penulis gunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pada akhirnya, diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam mengorganisir data anggota dengan efektif dan efisien. Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

The SFS Law Office is one of the legal advisory offices located in Depok, West Java. As an advisory service, the data processing and management in the SFS Law office served manually so that errors and data loss often occurred. The purpose of this research is to build a website for this legal advisory office so that it can be a tool for the client to schedule meetings with lawyers. It can facilitate lawyers in managing their files and schedules so that it can help clients personally. This website is using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) with Laravel framework, Sublime Text as a text editor, and MySQL database. The method used in the research is Rapid Application Development (RAD). This website has three types of users, namely admin, member, and visitor. The black-box testing method results showed that all options and the web pages able to function as expected. We can access The SFS Law Office website at URL http://www.kantorkonsultanhukumsfs.com available in Bahasa. The assessment calculations from 37 respondents gave the percentage result of 86.76 %, which means that this website is in the "very good" category.

Setiap tahun, pada bulan Desember dilaksanakan acara wisuda bagi santri TPA binaan Universitas Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) yang dinyatakan lulus ujian. Para santri tersebut harus lulus empat tahapan ujian, yaitu lisan, praktik, tulis dan Al-Quran. Pada sistem penilaian yang ada saat itu, masih menggunakan perhitungan rata-rata. Padahal menurut evaluasi para Ustadz dan kepala Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPkM) mestinya ujian Al-Quran menjadi prioritas utama. Maka hasil evaluasi memberi rekomendasi bahwa ujian Al-Quran wajib dimasukkan dalam prioritas utama dengan bobot paling besar sebagai acuan penentuan kelulusan. Untuk mendapatkan sebuah prioritas dalam penilaian perlu sebuah metode yang memberikan bobot nilai yang multi attribute, diantaranya Weight Product (WP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode WP untuk seleksi kelulusan santri wisuda TPA UNIDA Gontor dalam bentuk sistem informasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode black box dan kuesioner. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box menghasilkan alur dan rangkaian sistem yang diharapkan tanpa ada error. Pengujian sistem dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert menghasilkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,47 dengan rentang kepuasan “tinggi”. Hasil dari penerapan metode WP ini sudah berjalan sesuai prioritas nilai ujian sesuai dengan aturan LPkM. Pada penelitian berikutnya bisa dikembangkan dengan metode lain diantaranya SAW, TOPSIS, AHP, ARAS dan lain sebagainya. AbstractEvery year, in December, a graduation ceremony is held for TPA students assisted by the University of Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) who have passed the exam. The students must pass four stages of the exam: oral, practical, written, and Al-Quran. In the current rating system, it is still using the average calculation. According to the evaluation of the teacher and the head of LPkM, the Al-Quran exam should be the top priority. Then the assessment has a recommendation to gives direction to the stages of the Al-Quran examination included in the top priority. To prioritize the review needs a multi-attribute weight value method, including Weight Product (WP). This study aims to apply the WP method to select prospective students graduating from TPA UNIDA Gontor in the form of information systems. Development of Web-based information systems using PHP and MySQL programming languages. System testing has done using black-box testing and the questionnaire. Testing using the black-box produces expected system paths and sequences without any errors. Testing the system by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale provides an overall average value of 4.47 with a "high" satisfaction range. The results of the WP method's application have been running according to the priority of the test scores by the rules of LPkM. Other methods can be applied in further research, including SAW, TOPSIS, AHP, ARAS, etc.

ABSTRACT - Web-based information technology today is needed by the company in facilitating its activities. Likewise with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which handles various activities and jobs related to customer service, such as customer registration, savings and loan services, financial installment payment etc. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko is one of the branches of BRI unit that has not used the web in its activities for customer registration service so that this makes it difficult for prospective customers located far from institutions that want to become customers. Therefore it takes a web that can be used to facilitate registration of prospective customers. This study aims to design a web created using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, where the application is expected to facilitate the implementation of the web for customer registration. Software development using Waterfall method and testing using Black Box Testing method. The results of this study is a webbased information system that allows prospective customers to register as a customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko, Ngawi. [Id] Ujian merupakan salah satu tahapan yang biasa digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan seseorang dalam melakukan serangkaian kegiatan. Dalam serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran di Sekolah Tinggi Tarakanita juga perlu suatu tahapan dalam mengukur kemampuan seorang mahasiswa. Tahapan ujian tersebut dilakukan dua kali dalam satu semester, yaitu ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir semester. Dengan jumlah sekitar 900 mahasiswa, setiap ujian berlangsung maka Sekolah Tinggi Tarakanita harus menyiapkan sekitar 64.800 sampai 108.000 lembar kertas atau sekitar 130 sampai 216 rim kertas ukuran F4 (folio) yang hanya digunakan saat ujian berlangsung. Setelah kegiatan ujian selesai maka lembaran soal ujian tidak digunakan dan akan ditumpuk dalam gudang. Selain mendukung program pemerintah dalam kampanye o Green/em> ternyata soal ujian berbasis Computer Based Test (CBT) juga mampu menghemat biaya sampai 80% untuk setiap kali kegiatan ujian berlangsung. Melalui integrasi Learning Management System (LMS) yang dibangun di Sekolah Tinggi Tarakanita maka soal ujian berbasis Computer Based Test (CBT) ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen maka dirancang sebuah aplikasi soal ujian berbasis Computer Based Test (CBT). Sedangkan metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah waterfall model dengan black box testing sebagai metode yang dipilih untuk pengujian aplikasi. Adapun hasil ujicoba aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa soal ujian berbasis Computer Based Test (CBT) dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang sudah tersedia. Bahkan hasil ujian pun dapat langsung diketahui beserta lokasi benar dan salah ada di nomor mana saja. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai latihan dalam persiapan menghadapi ujian. Pertumbuhan industri kreatif di Indonesia terus mengalami kenaikan. Industri kreatif diharapkan dapat menjadi sektor strategis yang mampu meningkatkan perekonomian di masa yang akan datang. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh industri kreatif terutama di Kabupaten Cilacap adalah pencarian lokasi industri kreatif yang sulit ditemukan. Industri kreatif mengalami kesulitan didalam mengenalkan produk yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan masalah diatas perlu dibuat sistem informasi geografis yang mampu menunjukkan lokasi industri kreatif dengan akurat serta mampu membantu industri kreatif dalam mengenalkan produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara deskriptif serta mengambil dari jurnal penelitian terdahulu. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) yaitu salah satu pengembangan sistem berbasis System Development Life Cycle dengan kelebihan waktu yang lebih cepat. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode black-box testing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi geografis yang mampu menunjukkan lokasi industri kreatif dengan lebih cepat, serta mampu membantu industri kreatif dalam mengenalkan produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract:Central Lombok Diskominfo availability of very limited information about towers that have not paid or that have already paid fees causes Central Lombok Dikominfo tends not to have accurate and relevant information so it must check the tower. The research objective is to map 320 towers spread across the Lombok Regency in the form of a Google map. The system development method in this study uses XP (Extreme Programming) and the application testing technique uses the Black-Box Testing method. The results of this study are to make it easier for employees / staff in finding the location of the tower that has not paid and who have paid fees by clicking the tower icon in the application. Keywords:Geographic Information Systems, XP (Extreme Programming), Central Lombok Abstrak:Diskominfo Lombok Tengah ketersediaan informasi yang sangat terbatas mengenai menara yang belum membayar atau yang sudah membayar retribusi menyebabkan Dikominfo Lombok Tengah cenderung tidak memiliki informasi yang akurat dan relevan sehingga harus mengecek menara tersebut.Tujuan penelitian untuk memetakan 320 menara yang tersebar di wilayah Lombok bentuk google map. Metode pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan XP (Extreme Programming) dan teknik pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing.Hasil penelitian ini ialah memberikan kemudahan kepada pegawai/staff dalam mencari lokasi menara yang belum membayar dan yang sudah membayar retribusi dengan cara mengklik icon menara pada aplikasi.
