Abstract: Timely diagnosis and treatment of a well-known respiratory pathological state of an overlapping BA syndrome especially due to occupational background remains nowadays an actual clinical problem. In accordance with the reports of public health bodies is often registered among industrial workers in more than 20 occupational in such industries as metallurgy, chemical enterprises, construction, at transport, mechanical engineering, wood processing, animal husbandry, and so on. Along with the leading positions in mortality and occurrence, these pathologies show high levels of comorbidity which complicates differential diagnosis, expertise of work relatedness and treatment. These type of patients should be in a special group because they often show the development of acute processes. The patients often have low life standard. Their respiratory function is often oppressed, their mortality rates are high enough, they go to the doctor’s much more often than patients with other respiratory diseases (1,2,3). Due to these factors, it is necessary to find more informative, clinical and hygienic criteria to develop algorithm of diagnosis and expertise for this group of occupational patients.

The aim of this paper is to introduce the concepts of soft rough q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (SRqROFS) and q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft rough set (qROPFSRS) based on soft rough set and fuzzy soft relation, respectively. We define some fundamental operations on both SRqROFS and qROPFSRS and discuss some key properties of these models by using upper and lower approximation operators. The suggested models are superior than existing soft rough sets, intuitionistic fuzzy soft rough sets and Pythagorean fuzzy soft rough sets. These models are more efficient to deal with vagueness in multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems. We develop Algorithm i (i = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) for the construction of SRqROFS, construction of qROFSRS, selection of a smart phone, ranking of beautiful public parks, and ranking of government challenges, respectively. The notions of upper reduct and lower reduct based on the upper approximations and lower approximations by variation of the decision attributes are also proposed. The applications of the proposed MCDM methods are demonstrated by respective numerical examples. The idea of core is used to find a unanimous optimal decision which is obtained by taking the intersection of all lower reducts and upper reducts.

Objective: to develop algorithm of presentation of baseline characteristics of patients which enrolled in prospective non-randomized clinical trial AMIRI CABG (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT03050489). Materials and methods. Data collection was performed according to prospective non-randomized clinical trial AMIRI CABG in Pavlov First St. Petersburg State Medical University, Saint Petersburg, Russia between 2016-2019 years with 336 patients. Patients were allocated into three groups of treatment. There is database with clinical, laboratory and instrumental data. Comparison for nominal data (gender and incidence of myocardial infarction and stroke) were calculated with SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1 software with Chi-squared test and exact Fisher test. Baseline characteristics were presented in table. Results. There was developed algorithm of baseline characteristics presentation in APA-table. Conclusion. There was developed algorithm of baseline characteristics presentation SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1 could be useful for manuscript preparing for Russian and foreign journal.

This article analyzes modern trends of educational processes stipulated by features of modern society development. Modifications in surrounding reality dictate necessity of updating the learning process towards active transition to distance education. Increased demand of students for electronic educational resources stipulated necessity to analyze representation of electronic platforms and identification of their features. This work is aimed at analysis of the electronic educational resources being most popular among students, and identification of features of their use in distance education. The study was performed using analysis of scientific publications devoted to the research subject, survey and results of its analysis, analysis of electronic educational resources aiming at identification of their features for distance education. This work is comprised of two stages. At the first stage, the students of two learning levels were surveyed (universal bachelor degree course and high school), which allowed to reveal common requirements for the two levels of preparation for electronic educational resources and features of their selection by respondents. At the second stage, the most demanded for distance learning electronic educational platforms and their resources were analyzed to assist teacher to develop algorithm of combination of various electronic resources in the frames of content of certain course. A teacher should be aware of the content of the most popular educational platforms of opensource information educational environment, determine reasonability of access to this or that electronic resource and promote students to active participation in distance form.

Patients were allocated into three groups of treatment. There is database which include following information: gender, myocardial infarction, stroke and postoperative bleeding. Comparison for nominal data (gender and incidence of myocardial infarction, stroke and bleeding) were calculated with SAS Enterprise Guide6.1 software with Chi-squared test and exact Fisher test. Results. There was developed algorithm of two independent groups comparison for nominal data. Conclusion.Presented algorithm of data analysis allows to compare independent groups for nominal data.

The interest in questionnaire methods in medicine is driven by the desire to find approaches to the assessment of the patient’s condition, allowing you to get the comprehensive view about the patient's attitude to prescribed therapy. Goal. To study the trust ofpatients with cutaneous pathology in the various methods and means of therapy depending on disease duration. Materials and methods. The study involved patients with different time course of dermatosis (less than 1 month; from 2 to 6 months from 6 to 24 months more than 24 months) divided into groups of 50 people each and 65 healthy people. All respondents voluntarily completed the questionnaire including questions about the credibility of therapeutic agents that are not drugs, and consent to use traditional and non-traditional methods and means of treatment. Results. The questionnaire found that if the dermatosis exists more than 1 month, then 100% of patients agree to use any means of treatment. A positive attitude to alternative methods of treatment increases over time of the disease, where the rank coefficient of correlation shows a direct correlation. Critical point of the flow of dermatoses, causing patients to look for any alternative methods of treatment is the period of time from 2 to 6 months. The level of patient's confidence to medication has remained consistently high and does not depend on the stages of the disease. Conclusion. Questionnaire method is simple and informative, it allows us to evaluate the patients opinion about the therapy and acceptable to develop algorithm of treatment of dermatological patients.

The meeting of the Russian Council of Experts for improvement the approaches to the treatment of osteoporosis (OP) was held in Moscow on December 4, 2014. Leading Russian and Switzerland specialists in orthopedics, traumatology and rheumatology attended the meeting as well as members of Russian unit of clinical department AOTrauma of the international public (non-government) organization AOFoundation and members of the Russian Osteoporosis Association. The participants of the Russian Council of Experts have discussed the system of care for patients with OP in the Russian Federation. They discussed the need for the development of measures to optimize interdisciplinary interaction between orthopedic surgeons and internal medicine specialists in the treatment of patients with OP to reduce the number of postsurgical complications and prevention of further vertebral and nonvertebral fractures. Experts have noted the need to raise the level of knowledge about OP in orthopedic surgeons, clinical characteristics of fractures in patients with OP and measures to control it; to raise awareness of OP among patients by billboards in clinics and outpatient emergency rooms; to develop and implement into clinical practice of orthopedic surgeons standard of care for elderly patients with fragility fractures; to develop algorithm of secondary fractures prevention through the prescription of pathogenic OP therapy at the level of the trauma unit; to form an interdisciplinary system of the medical care for patient with fragility fractures, as well as contribute to the organization of the service Secondary Fractures Prevention (Fracture Liaison Service) in the Russian health care system.
