Abstract: Timely diagnosis and treatment of a well-known respiratory pathological state of an overlapping BA syndrome especially due to occupational background remains nowadays an actual clinical problem. In accordance with the reports of public health bodies is often registered among industrial workers in more than 20 occupational in such industries as metallurgy, chemical enterprises, construction, at transport, mechanical engineering, wood processing, animal husbandry, and so on. Along with the leading positions in mortality and occurrence, these pathologies show high levels of comorbidity which complicates differential diagnosis, expertise of work relatedness and treatment. These type of patients should be in a special group because they often show the development of acute processes. The patients often have low life standard. Their respiratory function is often oppressed, their mortality rates are high enough, they go to the doctor’s much more often than patients with other respiratory diseases (1,2,3). Due to these factors, it is necessary to find more informative, clinical and hygienic criteria to develop algorithm of diagnosis and expertise for this group of occupational patients.

The purpose of the article is to study the main problems of lending to agro-industrial enterprises with state support in market relations and propose measures to implement a new mechanism of subsidized and compensatory budget support for agriculture, aimed at its effective functioning. Historically, Ukraine is an agro-industrial country with rich natural resources and opportunities. However, to make a decent profit, the agro-industrial complex needs regular cash infusions and complete modernization. Given these factors, farmers in Ukraine are increasingly resorting to such an ancillary method as a loan for agricultural development. The long history of the Ukrainian economy, multiplied by current trends in crop production and animal husbandry, forces banks to consider lending to agriculture as a promising profitable business, which can and should be lent. The urgency of the study is due to the growing need to address one of the priority sectors of the economy-agriculture, by increasing the role and availability of credit for farmers, improving lending conditions, improving the efficiency of monetary institutions lending to agricultural enterprises, as well as development forms of their support. Problems of improving the lending system, investment activity of enterprises, lending mechanism and state regulation in the field of agriculture were covered in the works of a number of scientists and practitioners: G. Bezorna, H. Borkhunov, I. Buzdalov, A. Gataulin, A. Golovanov, A. Gordeeva, L. Kolichev, K. Koroleva, A. Kupavykh, D. Murzin, E. Mezentsev, A. Ponomareva, E. Sagaidak, A. Sidoruk, Y. Trushin, D. Epstein and some others. In the foreign economic literature, the main attention is paid to the forms of state support for agricultural producers, assessment of the impact of subsidies in terms of efficient use of public funds and the functioning of agricultural banks, but at the level of microfinance. These problems are reflected in the works of foreign authors: N. Gow, K. Hoff, M. Zeller, A. Sarris, J. Swinnen, J. Stiglitz, J. Yaron, M. Schreiner, Le Min Tu, and others. The changing conditions of the market environment pose new challenges to the subjects of credit relations, and then there are problems of agricultural lending in the changing conditions of the country’s economy, which need to be addressed. Formulation of the goals of the article (task statement). The purpose of the article is to generalize the theory and practice of agricultural lending when there are new economic relations, financial and credit opportunities of the Ukrainian economy.

To date, a wealth of scientific material has been accumulated in the study of the phenomenon of social capital, its constituent elements, its influence on social practices and spheres of people’s activities. However, empirical studies of the social capital of industrial workers in Russian science are rare. This study is based on the materials of a formalized survey of workers at one of the largest industrial enterprises in Perm Krai. The article describes the influence of social capital on industrial behavior, as well as the initiation and promotion of innovations. With the use of cluster analysis, two groups have been distinguished within the staff of the organization, which significantly differ in the indicators of development of the main components (cognitive and structural) of social capital. It is shown that the first cluster consists of workers of high social capital. They are oriented towards mutual assistance, mutually beneficial cooperation, strong initiative at work, and are also included in broad social networks and maintain deep, trusting relationships with a relatively large number of colleagues. The second cluster of workers is characterized by low social capital. They are much less focused on collectivism, mutual assistance, and initiative. Moreover, they establish social interactions and deep social ties with just a small number of colleagues at work. Workers with developed social capital have better conditions for obtaining collective knowledge. They are more inclined to observe labor discipline, have stronger motivation to achieve high product quality and initiative to create innovations. High social capital contributes to the improvement of the professional efficiency of workers in the industrial sector, thereby exerting a positive influence on the modernization development of the organization.

Beef production is widespread all over the world but the legislation regarding welfare area of beef cattle is not specifically addressed and fully implemented. Beef cattle welfare assurance affects not only animals but is also a question of ethics and products quality. Today, it is possible to determine welfare quality state in feedlots through relevant methodology such is Welfare Quality? Assessment Protocol applied to fattening cattle. It enables implementation of improvement strategy regarding identified risks and causes of poor welfare. Different literature sources, based on welfare risk assessment, indicate major welfare problems in cattle kept for beef production. According to them, respiratory diseases are usually linked to overstocking, inadequate ventilation, mixing of animals and failure of early diagnosis and treatment. In addition, digestive disorders are associated with intensive concentrate feeding, lack of physically effective fibre in the diet whilst behavioral disorders comes as a consequence of inadequate floor space, and commingling in the feedlot. Particular welfare problems are related to the implementation of animal husbandry methods-mutilation, which expose animals to pain and suffering. This paper gives a review of most important beef cattle welfare topics including recommendations for its assurance and improvement.

The aim of this study was to define the factors that have a negative impact on public health. Knowledge in this field is an additional tool for the environmental quality management in the context of preserving and strengthening of the child population health. The geoformation material of the children’s morbidity has an important information about the health of the population and the environmental impact on it. Industrial enterprises influence air pollution: Sevgorvodokanal DKP Balaklava State Mining Administration, Sevtets DP, Sevteploenergo KP, Yugtorsan LLC. Pollutants such as inorganic dust, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitric oxide, which increase the incidence of respiratory diseases, increase mortality from diseases of the respiratory system and the cardiovascular system, are present in the air basin. The results of the study are based on statistical data collected by the author in the Territorial Bodies of the Federal State Statistics Service for cities and districts, regional health organizations (Sevastopol Health Department), and city polyclinics in the study area. The dataset included information on the demographic situation, as well as medical statistics (morbidity and mortality according to the international classification of diseases). Analysis of the medical and environmental status of the city of Sevastopol was carried out taking into account the criteria of the environmentally dependent diseases of the child population (age group from 0 to 17 years). Assessment of the incidence of children in the city of Sevastopol, showed that respiratory diseases occupy a leading place in the structure of the general incidence rate, digestive apparatus diseases take the 2nd place and the nervous system disease takes the third one.

Diseases of the respiratory system, occupying a significant share in the general pathology of internal non-infectious diseases, cause significant economic damage to animal husbandry. This applies to such indicators as a decrease in growth, forced culling, treatment costs, and death. Konergin-ros is an injectable drug created by Rosvetpharm CJSC (Krasnoobsk village, Novosibirsk region) for the prevention and early treatment of respiratory diseases of young cattle. It contains synthetic glycosides, vitamins, growth promoters and body resistance. According to the developer, when administered, the drug does not cause a painful reaction, is non-toxic, and has no side effects. We have experimentally proved that the drug increases the phagocytic activity of neutrophils and has a positive effect on blood parameters and body weight gain of calves.

The empirical study defines typical investment behaviour of foreign-owned firms against local firms and highlights benefits and any discrepancies of foreign capital. The paper focuses on industrial enterprises in Slovakia mainly from the automotive, engineering and wood-processing industry (N = 164). Results show the significant dependence of foreign ownership and better business performance compared with domestic firms. The performance was expressed through ROE indicator. Enterprises with the foreign participation of property achieve better performance, most typically with ROE above 10% (p-value < 0.05). The better performance, as well as distinctive feature of intangibles and research & development investments, are typically in foreign-owned firms. Intangibles and R&D as crucial investments do not directly cause better business performance in foreign-owned firms, and we discuss the reasons. The research results offer relevant and interesting implications for managers behaviour, also public authorities as well as motives for further investigation of the business performance management and foreign direct investment issues

The paper presents the material of experimental studies on the influence of external environmental conditions on the microclimate of livestock buildings and, in turn, on the incidence of respiratory diseases and productivity of animals contained in them. During the researches it was established that in summer, when temperature and humidity of outside air are elevated, these parameters inside livestock buildings also increase. In summer, the bacterial contamination of the air inside livestock buildings increases, which in turn increases the bacterial load on the animals. The incidence of calves with respiratory diseases compared with the spring period increased by 57,8%. Analysis of the productivity of cattle in spring and summer periods did not show a significant difference. The highest increase in live weight in calves was recorded in July – 0,823 kg/day. Milk productivity tends to rise in summer, the peak of milk production was registered in June – 22,3 kg.
