Abstract Background Atrial dissociation (AD) is described as the existence of two simultaneous electrically isolated atrial rhythms. Theoretically, detection of dual atrial rhythms with a sufficiently high rate by pacemaker can lead to automatic mode switching and associated pacemaker syndrome. Such a clinical observation has not been reported before in the literature. Case Summary An 87-year-old female with Ebstein’s anomaly status post tricuspid valve annuloplasty and tricuspid valve replacement and a dual chamber pacemaker presented with congestive heart failure one week after undergoing atrial lead revision. Interrogation of her dual chamber pacemaker revealed two atrial rhythms: sinus or atrial-paced rhythm and electrically isolated atrial tachycardia (AT). Sensing of both atrial rhythms by the pacemaker led to automatic mode switching, which manifested as ventricular paced rhythm with retrograde P waves on electrocardiogram (ECG). Adjusting the atrial lead sensitivity to a level higher than the sensing amplitude of AT restored atrial paced and ventricular sensed rhythm, which resulted in resolution of heart failure symptoms. Discussion Regardless of the cause of AD, there must be electrical insulation between the two rhythms for their independent coexistence in the atria. AD can lead to pacemaker syndrome from automatic mode switching. If the sensing amplitude during sinus rhythm is significantly larger than that of AT, adjusting the atrial lead sensitivity would solve the issue, as in the present case. Otherwise, atrial lead revision, pharmacotherapy or AT ablation should be considered.

In the world of today, every supermarkets are employ with shopping trolleys and shopping baskets in order to aid customers to select and store the products which they are purchase. The customers have to drop every product which they purchase into the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout at the billing section. The billing process is quite slow and highly time consuming and has need long queue in the billing counter, and the waiting time considerably high. The concept fit to propose the “Intelligent Shopping trolley” which aims to reduce and possibly eliminate the total waiting time of customers, lower the total manpower requirement and expenses for markets and increase efficiently overall. This system have a two method. They are Automatic mode and Manual mode. In automatic mode the trolley is guide the customer to whole super market. In manual mode the trolley is followed by the customer.

The increase in private vehicles number will also increase the number of crimes such as vehicle theft. So the owner must have a garage to increase security. However, generally security systems still use standard security. So, a system was developed to improve security and make it easier to be more effective using the ESP32 microcontroller to process the user's distance and speed values ??to control the rolling door using fuzzy logic, monitor whether or not vehicles are in the garage through a smartphone application, manage the queuing system on the smartphone application and find out the quality of the network used. Data retrieval is done by testing the hardware performance, namely the MG996R Servo Motor, ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04, Magnetic Switch MC-38, Infrared Sensor, Buzzer Module, and 1W HPL LED and the performance of smartphone application software made using Android Studio. From the test results, the speed of the servo motor with forward rotation is obtained from fuzzy logic processing to get the maximum and minimum values. A monitoring system to determine the presence or absence of a car in the garage by utilizing the color change of the view on the smartphone application. In automatic mode the smartphone application uses a queue system, where only one user can use the application, so other users cannot access the smartphone application and receive notifications. Based on the ITU-T standard, network quality testing (QOS) using wireshark software with parameters delay, packet loss and throughput gets a very good category value.

Floor covering samples of different thickness, pile height, pile design, materials, construction methods, and applied finishes were selected for electrostatic characterization with a standard plotter platform and a newly designed digital platform. There is an existing standard ISO 6356 in which the voltage generated by a human walking on the carpet is measured with human involvement under controlled conditions. A walking person performs the original test procedure to generate the electrostatic charge and manually calculates results. In contrast, the newly designed system does not require a person to calculate peaks and valleys for the generated electrostatic charges, which offers advantages in terms of accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility, and eliminates human error. The electronic platform is extended with an automated foot for a fully automated test, called “automatic mode”, that has a fixed capacitive and resistive circuit, in replace of human body resistance, and capacitance that varies from person to person and over time. The procedure includes both the old and new platforms, where the new platform is placed in a “human walking” mode to compare the two and validate the new device. Next, all the floor coverings are tested in automatic mode with the automated foot to compare and validate results. We conclude that the new testing device can fully characterize the electrostatic behavior of textile without the involvement of a human, which offers advantages in terms of accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility.

The article describes the process of designing and creating a software environment that allows in automatic mode to create a realistic landscape. A review of existing approaches to landscape generation is carried out, which have a set of disadvantages taken into account when developing a software environment. A diagram of components and main classes is described. The developed subroutine that implements the polygon mesh generation algorithm provides an interface for creating and editing a mesh of hexagons on a plane, used for simplified work with biomes, as well as detailing the boundaries of polygons to give the landscape elements of randomness and, as a result, realism. The process uses the Diamond Square noise generation algorithm. The docking algorithm is designed to reduce the gaps between the heights of different biomes. The erosion algorithm uses particles generated on a height mapto carry soil particles in accordance with physical laws. The user interface of the application and the results of the algorithms are presented.

Purpose: Sometimes our robot researcher needs a terminal program to exchange the data with the robot or automation device. Nevertheless, the readily available terminal program lacks some functionality that is most relevant to the researcher. We feel that a featured rich terminal program can handle lots of communication overhead for the researcher and relieve them from repetitive and time-consuming tasks. In mind for this, we researched and developed a utility program. We added extra features like automatic send, change dynamic data, etc., so our robot researcher can test the system communication better. In this paper, we demonstrated the utility program in detail. It is built using C#, which is under the Microsoft dot net framework. The code is uploaded to GitHub. Anyone can download and use it. It can be customized for their need. All used classes are available in .cs format. Design/Methodology/Approach: This is the software utility program built by the dot net framework of Microsoft visual studio. It has a graphical user interface (GUI) and some object classes. It has a serial and ethernet interface to test the channel. Once the medium is selected, the application will send whatever is written in the input text box. The Data sending may be an automatic or manual process. In manual mode, after typing the command, we need to press the “Enter” key to send the data. In automatic mode, it will send automatically within the preset interval. The transmit and receive content is displayed inside the list box. Findings/results: sometimes, our project goes into a critical phase. We need to have good tools to overcome the situation immediately. This is a helpful tool to trace the communication-related issue. Using this tool, we can observe the outgoing and incoming data traffic. The robot researcher can use it for their communication-related debug purposes. Originality/Value: Using this terminal program, our robot researcher will get lots of benefits where readily available utility programs cannot provide them. It has some unique features like automatic sending, changing dynamic content, etc. It has a serial and ethernet interface channel so that most of the device communication can be debugged through this interface software. It is entirely free and open source. Anyone can download and use it for personal as well as commercial purposes. Paper Type: Experiment-based Research.

Bromide 1 - (β-phenylethyl)-4-amino-1,2,4-triazolium (Hypertril) has the properties of a beta-blocker and of NO-mimetic, is assigned to the IV class of toxicity. All these effects make Hypertril a promising drug for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The aim of this paper was to study the cardioprotective action of Hypertril in terms of the effect on the morpho-functional parameters of the myocardium in rats with experimental chronic heart failure (CHF). CHF was modeled on 80 white outbred rats weighing 190–220g by administering doxorubicin at a cumulative dose of 15 mg/kg. Hypertril and the reference drug metoprolol succinate were administered within 30 days after CHF modeling, intragastrically at doses of 3.5 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg. Morphometric analysis of the cellular structure of the myocardium was carried out on an Axioskop microscope (Zeiss, Germany), in an automatic mode using a macro program developed in a specialized programming environment VIDAS-2.5 (Kontron Elektronik, Germany). The administration of Hypertril to animals with CHF led to an increase in the density of nuclei of cardiomyocytes, the area of myocardiocyte nuclei, an increase in the nuclear cytoplasmic ratio and an increase in the concentration of RNA in the nuclei and cytoplasm of cardiomyocytes compared with the group of untreated animals, which indicated the presence of a pronounced cardioprotective effect in the drug candidate. In terms of such indicators as the density of surviving cardiomyocytes and the content of RNA in them, the nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio of Hypertril is significantly (p < 0.05) superior to metoprolol.
