The article examines the problem of forming readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the model of formation of the studied formation. The methodological basis of the study are dialectical and systematic methodologies used in the field of pedagogical research. General scientific and logical methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, historical and comparative research of the problem are used. This model includes following aspects: setting the purpose of the study and its objectives – the target unit; components of readiness for professional and creative self-realization (motivational and orientational, cognitive and active, subjective) content block; didactic principles (professional orientation, scientificity, optimization, emotionality of the pedagogical process). Moreover, it includes pedagogical conditions on which the experimental method of forming readiness for professional and creative self-realization (actualization of the value attitude of future teachers of fine arts to artistic and creative activity; organization of self-improvement of future teachers-artists in the context of future professional activity; creation of reflective-educational environment educational process HEI) are based. Methods, forms, technologies and means aimed at increasing the level of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of students are presented in technological unit, that is followed by the expected result of the study. It is proved that the introduction of the model of formation of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts contributes to the optimization of the research process. The paper considers the process of hydrate-paraffin deposits formation in oil wells. Due to the research with the author's specially designed laboratory equipment – an experimental installation containing a technological unit and an information-measuring system, the most favorable pressure-temperature conditions of hydrate formation in a wide range of pressure (0.1–120 MPa) and temperature (from –20 to +80 °C) were determined. The experimental results made it possible to determine the conditions required for hydrate deposits and iron (Fe) oxides in the range of temperature from –15 to +60 °C and pressure from 0 to 60 MPa. These results are confirmed by thermodynamic calculations of the oil-gas-hydrate phase equilibria in the annulus of the well. Data processing was performed using the methods of correlation, dispersion and regression analysis, which allowed comparing the processes of hydrates and iron (Fe) oxides formation in the annulus of oil wells. The results of the study can be used to prevent and eliminate hydrate-paraffin plugs in the downhole equipment of oil wells, and also to determine the operation mode of the well for long-term operation of the downhole equipment without complications, accidents and stops for repair works, which reduces downtime.

The latest development trend in rolling industry is the combination of various technological operations in continuous production lines. In the production of long products, the combination of rolling and drawing processes looks promising. A wire drawing mill developed by the team of authors of this work belongs to the conceptually new, integrated lines. The creation of new integrated rolling mills requires a research phase, where relevant concepts are scrutinized using the methods of mathematical modeling. This requires the development of digital (Digital Twin) models that reliably describe the technological processes. It seems efficient to create a Digital Twin for individual units, with their subsequent integration into a complex digital model. This approach was applied in the development of models of electrical systems for the new line. Such models should take into account a wide range of real-life physical relationships. At the same time, a three-high continuous train of stands with an idle inter-stand is the least studied technological unit of the new mill. The absence of an electric drive of the middle stand determines the particulars of deformation processes and the stands’ interconnections through the processed metal. To date, a comprehensive study of such objects has not been carried out. Therefore, the task of studying this technological unit is of immediate interest. The presented publication is devoted to the development of digital models of deformation zones of drive stands and idle stands, as well as of their relationship through the processed metal. The task is solved using the example of an operating pilot production line that implements rolling technology with an idle stand. The authors describe individual Digital Twins and present the structure of the complex model of the studied unit. The most important purpose of the model is to use it in the development of a control method for electric drives of stands to ensure the stability of the rolling process. The developed method should provide a reduction in energy consumption due to the use of friction force reserves present in the idle stand. The authors also substantiate the control principle based on continuous monitoring and alignment of critical angles in the deformation zones of the drive stands. The paper describes a structure of the control system and explains the technical implementation of this principle. The results of mathematical modeling and oscillograms of typical transient processes are presented. The advantages provided by implementing the proposed control method are shown. The work provides an indirect confirmation of the adequacy of the model to the physical object. Recommendations are given on the use of the developed Digital Twin in the study of rolling processes on sheet and sectional mills.

The article focuses on increasing the role of the technological factor in increasing the efficiency of public administration. The results of research of a problem of technological maintenance of the organization of administrative activity are resulted. It is noted that, despite the intensive development and growth of information and computer technology in management, they are still considered as a tool, rather than as an independent effective factor in improving the quality and effectiveness of management influences on managed objects. It is shown that in the conditions of continuous transformational changes in a society activation of processes of technologization of administrative activity essentially influences results of activity of the managed systems and to a large extent depends on speed and quality of administrative decisions. Based on the generalization of the existing experience of management processes and modern scientific developments in this direction, it is proposed to create an independent system technological unit to ensure the organization and implementation of management tasks to achieve development goals and functions of their implementation. The architecture of the technological platform of management is developed and substantiated, the list and structure of information-computer models in the decision of administrative problems with application of principles of science of cybernetics and smart technologies is defined. The initial methodological prerequisites for the formation of technological foundations of innovative management influences are based on a combination of components of public administration theory, organizational theory, cybernetic theory, economic and mathematical theory and the developed concept of optimization and technological development of public administration. The model of a technological platform is offered. The structure and schemes of interrelations of models of the technological platform, built using system process and design approaches, differ in the typicality of algorithms and methods for solving management problems, they can be used in management systems in any field of activity.

The research is dedicated to the development of special devices (capsules) that can be used to control the mining ore behavior in the technological unit in order to increase processes efficiency. In the first part of the article, the choice of the discrete element method for generating various particle trajectories in the unit (drum pelletizer) was substantiated. This part describes the specific technologies that were used to recognize the pelletizing mode. In particular, conversation of paths to sensor readings is implemented using the Matlab Sensor Fusion and Tracking Toolbox. The obtained readings were processed using two neural network classifiers (DNN and LSTM). As a result, stable models for recognizing the pelletizing modes of the unit were obtained. LSTM recognition accuracy is greater than DNN. The developed approach can be used to recognize the operating modes of other technological units. In addition, data on particles trajectories can be used to improve DEM models of technological processes. Future work consists of the capsule physical implementation and testing the recognition algorithm on a real unit.

Fundamental changes within a country and at the global level can have contradictory consequences for society. The more areas are affected by changes and the deeper these changes are, the more significant the necessary innovations can be. Considering the scale of digitalization and application of artificial intelligence technologies based on it, it can be concluded that we are dealing with an unprecedented phenomenon that needs to be thoroughly assessed by different experts.Aim. The presented study aims to assess risks associated with the implementation of platform solutions without appropriate legislative initiatives, which, in turn, should facilitate the creation of the platform law institution. Today, legal science assesses risks associated with the legislative regulation of processes and creates conditions for safe and productive interaction with new mechanisms.Tasks. The authors examine current legislation to create conditions for protecting the rights and legitimate interests of legal entities in their interaction with cutting-edge digital solutions and for analyzing the possibility of full-scale application of digital platforms on this basis; estimate the legal risks of applying digital innovations under current conditions.Results. Analytical work has shown that platform solutions are a new technological unit that cannot be fully regulated by existing legal norms due to its technological features. The lack of personalized legal regulation of platforms not only infringes the rights of citizens providing various public and other services using digital technologies, but also creates conditions for the aggravation of the crime situation and the development of new types of crime.Conclusions. The main risks of mass digitalization are considered. The technological features of innovations make it necessary to develop a branch of law that would regulate public relations during interaction with platform solutions and other information technologies. The authors propose a new complex mechanism of legal regulation — platform law, which will make using platforms completely safe and efficient in all sectors of society.

In technical practice, problems associated with material fatigue often arise. These problems can be caused by errors in the stages of design, production or use of the structure, e.g., by incorrect determination of service life, incorrect dimensioning of construction details, incorrect welds, etc. In the case of welds, such issues may be caused due to the fact that the base material is not welded through or due to the presence of a fistula inside the weld, the presence of slags or cracks inside the weld, etc. The task of the designer is to design a technological unit that meets all the requirements of future users. Components have to be designed for fatigue so that there is an acceptable level of probability that their operation will be satisfactory during their operation life. One of the most common causes of failure of welded joints is fatigue. Fatigue design life is understood to be the reference period of time during which the structure is required to serve safely and not to fail with an acceptable probability. This article deals with the assessment of service life of a welded supporting structure of technological equipment. The structure was subjected to strength analysis. The obtained FEA results were needed to plot the extreme amplitudes of the stresses. Based on the obtained stress vibrations and the welds used, the service life of the structure was assessed by means of the standard.
