The implementation of electronic tax filing provides convenience to taxpayers in reporting their annual tax returns. The adoption of this policy, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises, is illustrated through the number of MSME taxpayers who report Electronic Annual Tax Return to the number of MSMEs registered as taxpayers. Increases have not followed annual increases in the number of MSME taxpayers who report Annual Tax Return. We investigated the possible correlation between business size and formal tax compliance use: data from the Directorate General of Taxes at the province level in Indonesia for 2014 – 2018. We employed the aggregate business-level Micro, Small, and Medium electronic tax filing data combined with the Base Transceiver Station data at the provincial level. We found that micro and small-scale taxpayers e – filing rate has a positive and significant effect on formal tax compliance. Yet, both of them have a non-linear relationship to formal tax compliance. These results imply that size or business scale MSME taxpayers is associated with formal tax compliance, and greater benefits can be obtained in a province with a high microscale taxpayer's e – filing rate.

Abstrak WebGIS merupakan salah satu pemetaan digital yang berbasis website yang saat ini tengah berkembang pesat. Pemanfaatan webgis dapat digunakan sebagai pemetaan sebuah lokasi bangunan yang nantinya memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Salah satunya yaitu sebagai pemetaan lokasi BTS di kecamatan Jatinegara. Pemetaan BTS tersebut, diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi secara public yang dapat di akses oleh masyarakat khususnya di kecamatan Jatinegara. Dalam webgis tersebut juga menampilkan keterangan berupa alamat BTS secara lengkap. Dalam pengembangan sistem webgis ini, peneliti menggunakan metode waterfall dan untuk perancangan sistem menggunakan Unifed Modeling Language (UML). Serta dalam pengujiannya menggunakan blackbox testing untuk mengetahui apakah sistem yang dikembangkan sudah sesuai kegunaan dan fungsinya. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut webgis yang kembangkan telah berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan tidak terdapat kesalahan syntak. Abstract WebGIS is a website-based digital mapping which is currently growing rapidly. Utilization of webgis can be used as a mapping of a building location which will later provide information to the public. One of them is as a mapping of BTS locations in Jatinegara sub-district. The BTS mapping is expected to provide public information that can be accessed by the public, especially in the Jatinegara sub-district. The webgis also displays information in the form of a complete BTS address. In developing this webgis system, researchers used the waterfall method and for system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). As well as in the test using blackbox testing to find out whether the system developed is in accordance with its uses and functions. From the test results, the webgis that was developed has been running as needed and there are no syntax errors.

The growth of BTS which is the main infrastructure in the implementation of telecommunications is needed for service and improvement of the quality of telecommunication networks, especially in pandemic times. The goal to be achieved In order to formulate the company's strategic planning to develop its business, information is needed about what business model is currently adopted by the company, what factors affect the company's current position in the market that will give rise to alternatives to the company's strategy, and what are the alternative strategies that are priority strategies and suitable for the current condition of PT. XYZ. The analysis method used is Business Model Canvas (BMC), Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Based on the results of the study, BMC told PT XYZ, that the business model of the company can still sustain its business operations but there are some slight shortcomings that need to be improved to maximize the elements that can increase profits from the company. The results of the analysis of strategy formulation and SWOT analysis resulted in seven alternative strategies. In the QSPM analysis, the main priority strategy is training and development human resources. Keywords: BMC, Business Operations, PT XYZ, QSPM, SWOT.

Recently, the need for cellular telecommunication services in Indonesia being a very large number. The customer growth rate must be supported with the infrastructure development. PT. Telkomsel (one of the provider) has its own way of balancing customer needs with infrastructure development, namely building BTS or Base Transceiver Station. This solution has a negative impact, which affected the PT. Telkomsel loses revenue or loss profit if the BTS experiences damage or interference as a result of continuous use. To reduce this profit loss value, PT. Telkomsel carries out scheduled maintenance or maintenance activities on BTS devices. Based on these problems, the practical work carried out by the author aims to find out and understand the repair or repair procedures on computerized BTS devices at PT. Telkomsel, Karawang. The result of practical work activities is that it is known that the application of a computerized system at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular GraPaRi Karawang helps the process of repairing BTS devices in meeting information needs. To monitor damage to BTS equipment, it is done by means of an alarm monitoring system using the iManager u2000 software.

Occupational exposure to microwave radiation (MWR) has become an inevi-table part of life. Therefore, it is essential to assess the MWR effect on hu-man health. In this study, we examined the non-thermal effect of MWR from base transceiver station (BTS) on humans' sleep quality. Total 1150 partici-pants of different zones based on distance from BTS (145 from inter-tower/zone A; 256 from 0-150m/zone B; 241 from 150-300m/zone C, 381 from 300-500m/zone D), and 127 controls from the area without BTS installations were included. We recorded the electric field strength at the subject’s resi-dence using NBM-550 equipped with probe EF0-391. We assessed the sub-jects' sleep quality by administering the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Ques-tionnaire. ANOVA revealed statistically significantly higher electric-field strength in zone B and zone A. Participants of all the groups exhibited a glob-al PSQI score less than the accepted median score of <5. This implies that subjects of all groups had good sleep quality. However, a more detailed anal-ysis using the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney U tests revealed that the participants of exposed zones (except zone D), females, and residents of the 1-5y group had decreased sleep quality compared to control, males, and subjects of >5y group, respectively. From the above findings, it can be con-cluded that the MWR had little effect on the sleep quality, but it does modu-late sleep parameters within the accepted range of good sleep quality as a function of the zone, gender, and year of residence. However, extensive studies involving more BTS are desirable to validate the above conclusion.

Untuk saat ini masyarakat Indonesia adalah masyarakat yang berada dalam kondisi peralihan berkembang dari masyarakat agraris yang penuh dengan spiritualistik menjadi masyarakat industri modern yang materialistis. Bahkan mereka memiliki tindakan pribadi yang berbeda untuk berkomunikasi atau bersosialisasi. Bersosialisasi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media sosial. Sebagai contoh di media telekomunikasi, Telepon yang pada awalnya merupakan media statistik yang berubah menjadi lebih baik, lebih pintar, lebih mudah dengan handphone untuk akses internet. Untuk koneksi ke internet, pada handphone tentunya kita membutuhkan provider yang memiliki koneksi data internet. Untuk pengalaman data internet Periset menggunakan 3 provider yaitu Telkomsel, Indosat dan XL. Telkomsel, Indosat dan XL merupakan beberapa operator perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Tapi yang membuatnya berbeda adalah harga, kualitas dan sinyal. Untuk pemeriksaan sinyal kita dapat melihatnya dari BTS  (Base Transceiver Station) dan untuk teori yang digunakan untuk analisis Penelitian ini yang telah dipilih oleh peneliti adalah Teori Uses and Gratifications.

The use of distribution automation systems has grown significantly in electricity companies in recent years. The main reason for this is the need to have a smarter network, in order to reduce the time of power interruption. For such applications, communication using radio frequency is preferred because this solution is more reliable than 3G/4G and cheaper than fiber optics. In this context, it is of utmost importance to have a more efficient base transceiver station (BTS) that can cover the communication of a larger area. In this paper, the mathematical concepts of an intelligent antenna array, as well as the logical operation of an intelligent radiation system controller, are presented. Such system receives as inputs the geographic coordinates of network elements and automatically feeds an intelligent Yagi–Uda antenna array with the appropriate parameters, in order to optimize the radiation pattern into the desired directions. The presented model uses a stochastic optimization method to automatically achieve a set of optimal electrical parameters to excite the array and efficiently direct its beams in a fully controlled way. Thus, the results obtained indicate that the proposed intelligent scheme allows the energy optimization of the antenna system, reducing in 61% the number of BTS needed to cover the same area, when compared to traditional collinear antenna systems.
