A novel, simple and economic high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method has been developed for the estimation of Clofarabine in bulk and tablet dosage form with greater precision and accuracy.The method was validated as per ICH guidelines. Validation studies demonstrated that the proposed HPLC method is simple, specific, rapid, reliable and reproducible. Hence the proposed method can be applied for the routine quality control analysis of Clofarabine in bulk and tablet dosage forms. All the components of the system are controlled using SCL-10Avp System Controller. Data acquisition was done using LC Solutions software.

<p>PXIe is a instrumentation platform that is used as the basis for developing test equipment, modular electronic instruments and automated test systems. A typical PXIe platform comprises of modules that are housed in a 3U Eurocard form factor chassis. The platform utilise the PCIe bus standard to enable high-speed data transfer, suitable for a range of applications. However, the platform is inherently complex, contains proprietary IP and is prohibitively expensive for most researchers and engineers who wish to utilise a modular instrumentation system. To overcome these barriers, the beginnings of an open PXIe platform has been developed. This consists of two open PXIe modules utilising modular FPGA technology. The first module is the System Controller, which introduces an embedded Linux solution and open-source PCIe driver to the platform. To simplify software development, user applications can utilise the drivers API without using kernel-level code. On the System Controller FPGA fabric is a root-port implementation that allows communication with peripheral modules. The second modules is a general purpose Peripheral Module that provides various I/O standards that users can utilise in their FPGA design, and a dedicated PCIe generation 2 x4 link with the System Controller. In the FPGA fabric of the Peripheral Module is a PCIe-DMA engine that facilitates data transfer between the two modules. The open nature and modular design will allow more economical and more flexible solutions, which will be appealing to a wide range of potential users. In addition, an example user application is developed for this system to show case the overall functionality the modules, with transfer speeds of 100 MB/s.</p>

A simple, rapid, accurate and precise RP-HPLC method was developed and validated for the determination of Etelcalcetide in bulk and parentral dosage form. Quantification of the drug was achieved on Shimadzu HPLC comprising of LC- 20 AD binary gradient pump, a variable wavelength programmable SPD-20A detector and SCL system controller. C18G column (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 μ) as stationary phase with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile: methanol :water in the ratio of 25: 45 :30 v/v. The method showed a good linear response in the concentration range of 3.75-22.5 μg/ml with correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The flow rate was maintained at 1.0 ml/min and effluents were monitored at 238 nm. The retention time of etelcalcetide was 6.201 min. The method was statistically validated for accuracy, precision, linearity, ruggedness, robustness, solution stability, selectivity and sensitivity. The results obtained in the study were within the limits of ICH guidelines and hence this method can be used for the determination of etelcalcetide in bulk and parentral dosage form.

This chapter deals with a design of a new speed control method using artificial intelligence techniques applied to an autonomous electric vehicle. In this research, we develop an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) which aims to enhance the driving manner and the safety, especially when traveling too fast. The proposed model is a complete end-to-end vehicle speed system controller that proceeds from a detected speed limit sign to the regulation of the motor’s speed. It recognizes the speed limit signs before extracting from them, a speed information that will be sent, as reference, to a NARMA-L2 based controller. The study is developped specially for electric vehicle using Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor. The simulation results, implemented using Matlab-Simulink, show that the speed of the electric vehicle is controlled successfully with different speed references coming from the image processing unit.

Hybridization of sources is spreading worldwide by utilizing renewable sources and storage units as standard parts of every grid. The conjunction of energy source and storage type open the door to reshaping the sustainability and robustness of the mains while improving system parameters such as efficiency and fuel consumption. The solution fits existing networks as well as new ones. The study proposes the creation of an accurate optimal sizing procedure for setting the required rating of each type of source. The first step is to model the storage and energy sources by using real experimental results for creating the generic database. Then, data on the mission profile, system constraints, and the minimization target function are inserted. The mission profile is then analyzed to determine the minimum and maximum energy source rating. Next, the real time energy management system controller is used to find the set of solutions for each available energy source and the optimal compatible storage in the revealed band to fulfil the mission task. A Pareto-curve is then plotted to present the optimal findings of the sizing procedure. Ultimately, the main research contribution is the far more accurate sizing results. A case study shows that relying on the standard method leads to noncompliance of sizing constraints, while the proposed procedure leads to fulfilling the mission successfully. First, by utilizing experimentally based energy and a storage unit. Second, by using the same real time energy management system controller in the sizing procedure.

Voltage unstability nowadays is a serious problem, Present day electric power utilities are confronting numerous difficulties because of regularly expanding multifaceted nature in their task and structure. One issue that got wide consideration is voltage instability. One of the significant reasons for voltage instability in the power framework is with its receptive power limit. It can cause different damages to our electrical appliances, and therefore the approach used in this research is for the benefit for these dangerous phenomenon. In this research Voltage control single phase STATCOM using different sources such as Photovoltaic Cell, DC generator, battery and WAPDA used, in such a way to have a backup voltage source to have an untriptable supply, in case of less than 9 V the relay converter used the DC generator as back end source. It is a controller based system, controller on the basis of voltages changes the source to PV to DC and DC generator to Battery depends upon the voltages. Inverter is used which take input of 12 V that are controlled by relay in case of PV it is stabilized by buck converter. 1kVA Transformer then sets the voltage to 230V single phase, STATCOM is used after transformer to set the voltage at 230 V Power and Voltage monitoring system is used to check power and voltages at every point.

Abstract: Plastic waste and plastic bottles are also waste that have a very long dissolving period or break down period. Like a cafe or a place to eat on Merbo Bagan Asahan village Tanjung Balai sub-district Asahan district which has about 5 cafes and does not include street vendors. The Asahan area has a population of 118,750 people, assuming the waste product ranges from 356,250 l/day, and the amount of waste is 160m3/day. Based on the above problem conditions, making a garbage robot can increase the interest of cafe visitors to dispose of garbage in its place, by utilizing a type of qualitative research method and the results of research testing on the electronics module in the design of a garbage robot found that the interface system between Android and the robot utilizes a 5VDC voltage, with pins RX-TX and TX-RX, as well as all outputs in the form of SG90 servo using 5VDC supply and IC L298 mini supplied with 7.4 VDC voltage. So that one of the advantages of the garbage robot design is that it is able to operate both remotely and in a stopped condition. Keywords: Garbage Robot; Android Control System; Controller Based.  Abstrak: Sampah plastik dan botol plastik juga merupakan sampah yang memiliki masa larut atau masa terurai yang sangat lama. Seperti cafe atau tempat makan yang berada di jalan Merbo Desa Bagan Asahan Kecamatan Tanjung Balai Kabupaten Asahan yang memiliki sekitar 5 cafe dan tidak termasuk pedagang kaki lima. Untuk wilayah Asahan memiliki jumlah penduduk 118.750 jiwa, dengn asumsi produk sampah berkisar 356.250 l/hr, dan jumlah sampah 160m3/hr. Berdasarkan kondisi masalah diatas pembuatan robot sampah bisa menambah minat para pengunjung cafe untk membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dengan memanfaatkan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif dan hasil pengujian penelitian pada modul elektronika pada perancangan robot sampah mendapati bahwa sistem  interface antara android dengan robot  memanfaatkan tegangan 5VDC, dengan pin RX-TX dan TX-RX, serta seluruh output berupa servo SG90 menggunakan supply 5VDC dan  IC l298 mini disupply tegangan 7.4 VDC. Sehingga salah satu kelebihan dari rancangan robot sampah yaitu mampu beroperasi baik dikendalikan jarak jauh ataupun dalam kondisi berhenti. Kata kunci : Robot Sampah;System Kendali Android;Berbasis Controller.
