The review summarizes data on contemporary approaches to diagnosis, prevention and treatment of severe acute parenchymal respiratory failure of various origins including in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) caused by bacterial and viral pneumonia. It is based on the data of modern properly organized studies, an analysis of international clinical guidelines with a high degree of evidence, as well as the results of many years of own experimental research and clinical observations of treatment of patients with ARDS of various origin, including those with viral pneumonia in 2009–2016–2020. The article states scientifically-based procedures for prevention, differential diagnosis and personalized treatment of severe acute respiratory failure with the use of innovative medical technologies and a wide range of respiratory treatments. The authors did their best to adapt specific proposals for everyday clinical practice.

According to recent studies, the import of loanwords from other languages is currently one of the main mechanisms for creating new words in Spanish. Therefore, we are facing an important phenomenon which is strongly influenced by factors outside the linguistic system itself, like the speakers' perception of a particular linguistic expression, the prestige accorded to the donor language, or the tendency to make a more creative use of language depending on variables such as age and sex. For these reasons, in this study we propose to conduct a thorough characterization of the loanword from a sociolinguistic perspective that takes into account all its dimensions: origin, part of speech, topic, adaptation, geographic and chronological distribution, etc. To do so, we made use of some corpora to obtain a real set of data so that our analysis could be quantitatively and qualitatively relevant. Furthermore, we address the lexical variation caused by the incorporation of some loanwords, we study what elements can lead to the selection of one or another variant, and we also present different categories that can help us to classify both loanwords and their possible equivalents. Additionally, we provide an overview of the main contributions to the concept of loanword made by various authors throughout history.

The modes of electric heating of the self-compacting mass are determined. Three periods of changes in its specific electrical resistance are noted, due to the water absorption capacity of the herbal supplement. The relationship between electrophysical processes and their influence on the compaction of the mixture is described. The scheme of raw drying according to the rate of moisture loss is considered. The selection of the firing regime was carried out taking into account the influence of gases formed during the burnout of the vegetable additive and volumetric changes in clay during sintering. The microstructure of the lightweight material is characterized by a large number of circular closed pores in the range of 0,1‒1,2 mm. Ill. 5. Tab. 3.

It is proposed to modify the method of obtaining self-compacting masses by changing the nature of the compacting component ― from expensive and environmentally unsafe polystyrene to a burnable plantbased additive that can self-absorb shrinkage moisture from the molding material enclosed in a hydraulically closed volume. At the same time, part of the mixing water under pressure penetrates into the clay particles with pre-modified physicochemical properties of the surface, forming a semi-permeable shell. Ill. 3. Ref. 3.
