Within the community there are several deviations with different categories. One of the deviations in society related to gender can be recognized through the transgender phenomenon. The term transgender is given to individuals who feel that their gender identity is different from their own identity, so that they look and have a lifestyle with a gender that is felt to be in accordance with their identity, whether or not there is a sex change operation. This research focuses on the social construction of transgender acceptance in the Muslim community in South Jakarta. Therefore, this study aims to determine how transgender people can be accepted in the Muslim community in Indonesia with social construction. This type of research uses qualitative research and phenomenological methods. Researchers collected data through interviews with transgender people and religious experts. After conducting interviews, the authors concluded that with regular interactions and meetings, society would be able to accept transgender people by getting to know the person more deeply and going through the process.Di dalam lingkup masyarakat terdapat beberapa penyimpangan dengan kategori yang berbeda-beda. Salah satu penyimpangan di masyarakat terkait jenis kelamin dapat dikenal melalui fenomena transgender. Istilah transgender diberikan kepada individu  yang merasa bahwa identitas kelaminnya berbeda dengan identitas dirinya, sehingga mereka berpenampilan dan memiliki gaya hidup dengan kelamin yang dirasakan sesuai dengan identitas dirinya, dengan adanya maupun tidak adanya operasi penggantian kelamin. Penelitian ini berpusat terhadap konstruksi sosial penerimaan transgender pada masyarakat beragama islam di Jakarta Selatan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kaum transgender dapat diterima di masyarakat beragama islam di Indonesia dengan konstruksi sosial. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan metode fenomenologi. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan kaum transgender dan ahli agama. Setelah melakukan wawancara, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya interaksi dan pertemuan secara berkala, maka masyarakat akan bisa menerima  transgender  dengan mengenal orang itu lebih dalam lagi dan melewati prosesnya.

An important issue in ML consists in developing approaches exploiting background knowledge T for improving the accuracy and the robustness of learned classifiers C. Delegating the classification task to a Boolean circuit Σ exhibiting the same input-output behaviour as C, the problem of exploiting T within C can be viewed as a belief change scenario. However, usual change operations are not suited to the task of modifying the classifier encoding Σ in a minimal way, to make it complying with T. To fill the gap, we present a new belief change operation, called rectification. We characterize the family of rectification operators from an axiomatic perspective and exhibit operators from this family. We identify the standard belief change postulates that every rectification operator satisfies and those it does not. We also focus on some computational aspects of rectification and compliance.

Abstract The pellet-cladding interaction (PCI) is one of the major issues in fuel rod during the power change operation in light water reactors (LWR). The frequent power transient will lead to the PCI failure, which results in the radioactive leakage. Unfortunately, the failure cannot be detected on time during operation. For solving this problem, the PCI results is calculated and predicted before the power transient, and the results is used for optimizing the operation strategy. As everyone knows, the calculation of the fuel is a cumbersome work, which is not fit for online evaluation. At first, we present a PCI online prognosis model in this paper by the method of radial basis function neural network (RBFNN). Based on this online model, an optimal operation strategy is present then. The PCI evaluation results is treated as the feedback of the strategy, which will go to the power control system to decide to carry out the power plan or to modify it. The presented operation strategy used the fast online prognosis model to predict the PCI status, which is used as a feedback signal to the power control system. The optimal operation strategy is tested by the experimental data from the references, and the results demonstrate its effectiveness.

PurposeThe purpose of this study was to assess the transposability of study results published in the Journal of Organizational Change Management (JOCM) and the Journal of Change Management (JCM) between 2000 and 2019 for change-management practitioners and researchers.Design/methodology/approachA systematic scoping review of a large sample of articles published in both journals was undertaken: 122 studies were considered for analysis and coded by two independent coders using an inductive grid.FindingsFindings show that few studies (1) describe the nature of changes undertaken by organizations; (2) explain the contextual elements that characterize the environment at the moment when these same transformations are deployed; or (3) nuance their observations according to the change operation.Research limitations/implicationsInformation on the type of change undertaken by the organization and about how change has been implemented is useful when communicating new scientific knowledge to practitioners. Nevertheless, the way in which studies are sometimes described masks some important nuances to be considered when interpreting or replicating certain results.Practical implicationsThe relevance of these issues is enhanced by the fact that researchers or practitioners (as knowledge users) are likely to reproduce some of the actions carried out in previous studies in order to deepen research avenues or to facilitate the implementation of change initiatives in workplaces.Originality/valueThis research is among the first to assess the transferability of change-management study results published in both journals over such a long period. Its relevance also speaks to the importance of contextualizing results to ease their transposability by researchers and practitioners.

In order to improve the safety, stability, and efficiency of lane change operating, this paper proposes a multivehicle-coordinated strategy under the vehicle network environment. The feasibility of collaborative lane change operation is established by establishing a gain function based on the incentive model. By comparing lane change gain with lane keeping gain, whether it is feasible to perform the collaboration under current conditions can be judged. Based on the model predictive control (MPC), a multiobjective optimization control function for cooperative lane change is established to realize the distributed control. A novel two-stage cooperative lane change framework is proposed, which divides the lane change process into the lane change phase and the longitudinal headway adjustment phase. It is significant to solve the difficult numerical problem caused by the dimension of collision-avoidance constraints and the nonlinearity of vehicle kinematics. In the first stage, the subject vehicle completes lane change operation. Both longitudinal and lateral movements of the vehicle are considered to optimize the acceleration and the error of following distance at this stage; in the second stage, the operation of adjusting longitudinal headway between vehicles in the target lane is completed, and at this period, only the longitudinal motion of the vehicle is considered to optimize the vehicle acceleration error. The rolling optimization time domain algorithm is used to solve the optimization control problem step by step. Finally, based on the US NGSIM open-source traffic flow database, the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed strategy are verified.

Region crossing change (RCC) is an operation on link diagrams in which all crossings incident to a selected region are changed. Two diagrams are called RCC-equivalent if one can be transformed to the other via a sequence of RCCs. RCC is an unknotting operation but not an unlinking operation. A set of regions of a diagram is called ineffective if RCCs at every region in that set have no net effect on the crossings of the diagram. The main result of this paper is a construction of the complete collection of ineffective sets for any link diagram. This involves a combination of linear algebraic and diagrammatic techniques including a generalization of checkerboard shading called tricoloring. Using this construction of ineffective sets, we provide sharp upper bounds on the maximum number of RCCs needed to transform between RCC-equivalent knot diagrams and reduced 2- and 3-component link diagrams with fixed underlying projections.

Belief change within the framework of fragments of propositional logic is one of the main and recent challenges in the knowledge representation research area. While previous research works focused on belief revision, belief merging, and belief contraction, the problem of belief update within fragments of classical logic has not been addressed so far. In the context of revision, it has been proposed to refine existing operators so that they operate within propositional fragments, and that the result of revision remains in the fragment under consideration. This approach is not restricted to the Horn fragment but also applicable to other propositional fragments like Krom and affine fragments. We generalize this notion of refinement to any belief change operator. We then focus on a specific belief change operation, namely belief update. We investigate the behavior of the refined update operators with respect to satisfaction of the KM postulates and highlight differences between revision and update in this context.
