In this study, based on the “Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response” (DPSIR) assessment model, an assessment index system aming at the Tieshan Reservoir watershed was established from 4 aspects including social-economic impact, ecological subsystem, ecological service subsystem, regulation and management. Eighteen major items containing 55 indexes were selected in the assessment index system. Furthermore, the ecological security index (ESI) was calculated, and the deviation degree of reservoir ecological safety from the standard state was assessed. Results showed that ecological security index of Tieshan Reservoir watershed is 89, ecological security level is I , indicating security. The low security indexes of total phosphorus and total nitrogen were the major disadvantage factors that affected the ecological security of Tieshan Reservoir watershed, including rural life pollution and farmland runoff pollution. In addition, long-term mechanism of protection and development has not been formed yet, which also restricts the economic growth. Strengthening the formulation of laws and regulations on environmental protection, tamping the basic capacity building of water pollution control, developing ecological agriculture and green tourism are the important ways to improve the ecological security and realize the sustainable development of Tieshan Reservoir watershed.

The study is aimed at analyzing methods of country’s debt security evaluation, developing methodic approach towards estimating the level of debt security based on the calculation of the integral index, and assessing the level of debt security of CEE countries on the basis of the proposed approach. A method of calculating the integral debt security index of the country is developed, taking into account generally accepted thresholds of indebtedness and solvency indicators and the trend of countries’ increasing dependence on external borrowing. The proposed approach is practically tested in assessing the level of debt security of CEE countries. It is determined that the group of CEE countries is differentiated by the state of indebtedness and solvency. The highest level of debt security is demonstrated by Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Estonia, the worst situation with the debt security is formed in Slovakia and Slovenia. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of integral debt security indices for 2007–2019, the grouping of CEE countries by the level and zones of debt security, the trends of deterioration of the region’s debt security in 2010–2015 and its improvement in 2016–2019 has been found out. The proposed approach is universal one; it can be used to calculate debt security indices and to provide comparative studies of the debt sector of any country or region. It can also help to identify weaknesses in country’s debt security that is critically important for reasoning the public policy measures to ensure a proper level of debt security.

<p>Serangan pada jaringan saat ini sangat sering terjadi, dengan semakin banyaknya cara untuk melakukan pengaksesan terhadap data dan semakin berkembangnya teknologi yang digunakan tentunya akan menyebabkan meningkatnya ancaman keamanan suatu jaringan. Evaluasi manajemen keamanan informasi menggunakan indeks keamanan informasi (KAMI) yang dilakukan pada jaringan di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta didapatkan hasil indeks 407, yang dianggap masih belum optimal. Hal ini yang mendasari perlunya implementasi Open Source SIEM (OSSIM) ke dalam indeks KAMI. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan proses keamanan informasi agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan standar indeks KAMI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, melakukan Pre-Assesment Indeks KAMI, mengimplementasi infrastruktur OSSIM, monitoring indeks keamanan informasi menggunakan teknologi OSSIM, dan melakukan Post-Assesment Indeks KAMI, tahapan akhir ini menganalisis hasil monitoring untuk dibuat perbandingan bagaimana kondisi jaringan sebelum dan sesudah diimplementasikan OSSIM pada jaringan. Skor nilai perbandingan dari hasil penelitian terkait Indeks KAMI menunjukkan peningkatan skor penilaian sebesar 25, setelah diterapkan penggunaan OSSIM dari sebelumnya tanpa penerapan OSSIM sebesar nilai 407 menjadi 432. Peningkatan indeks KAMI membantu menaikan nilai pada aspek tata kelola, pengelolaan asset dan teknologi, namun tingkat kelayakan keamanan informasi masih di level I+ sampai dengan II+ sehingga keamanan informasi pada jaringan tidak layak dan butuh perbaikan.</p><p> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>Attacks on networks today are very common, with more and more ways to access data and the development of technology used, they will certainly cause an increase in network security threats. Evaluation of information security management using the information security index (KAMI) conducted on the network at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta obtained an index result of 407, which is considered still not optimal. This underlies the need to implement Open Source SIEM (OSSIM) into the KAMI index. This research was conducted to optimize the information security process so that it can work according to the KAMI index standards. The research methods used include literature study, conducting KAMI Index Pre-Assessment, implementing OSSIM infrastructure, monitoring information security index using OSSIM technology and conducting KAMI Index Post-Assessment, this final stage analyzes the results of monitoring to make comparisons of network conditions before and after implementation of OSSIM on the network. Comparative scores from the results of research related to the KAMI Index show an increase in the score of 25, after applying OSSIM from before without applying OSSIM, the value of 407 becomes 432. The increase in the KAMI index helps raise the value of governance aspects, asset management and technology, but the level of information security eligibility is still at the level of I+ to II+ so the information security on the network is not feasible and needs improvement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

Nowadays, the development of information technology can be described as extremely rapid, especially with the widespread use of the Internet; the security of communications in the network has become an important issue we are facing. The purpose of this article is to solve the problems in today’s network security data encryption algorithms. Starting from the computer network communication security data encryption algorithm, we discuss the effects of several different encryption methods on improving network security. The research results show that it is known that the application of link encryption algorithm in network communication security encryption algorithm can increase the security index by 25%, the node encryption algorithm can increase the security index by 35%, and the end-to-end encryption algorithm can make the cyber activity safety index to increase by 40%. Among them, RSA algorithm and DES algorithm are two very representative algorithms; they represent different encryption systems. From the perspective of network data link, there are three methods of encryption algorithm, namely, link encryption algorithm, node encryption algorithm, and end-to-end encryption algorithm.
