Modern Management of Esophageal Cancer: Radio-Oncology in Neoadjuvancy, Adjuvancy and Palliation

The modern management of esophageal cancer is crucially based on a multidisciplinary and multimodal approach. Radiotherapy is involved in neoadjuvant and adjuvant settings; moreover, it includes radical and palliative treatment intention (with a focus on the use of a stent and its potential integration with radiotherapy). In this review, the above-mentioned settings and approaches will be described. Referring to available international guidelines, the background evidence bases will be reviewed, and the ongoing, more relevant trials will be outlined. Target definitions and radiotherapy doses to administer will be mentioned. Peculiar applications such as brachytherapy (interventional radiation oncology), and data regarding innovative approaches including MRI-guided-RT and radiomic analysis will be reported. A focus on the avoidance of surgery for major clinical responses (particularly for SCC) is detailed.

Management of labor incentives: Monograph

The monograph is devoted to the problem of effective incentives for personnel as one of the most acute in the theory and practice of modern management. The paper considers the main stages of labor incentives , the specifics of personnel management from the standpoint of a motivational approach, suggests ways to assess the quality of incentive systems, analyzes the motivational structure of the employee's personality. The definitions, classifications, typologies and models proposed in the monograph can be used not only for educational and methodological purposes, but also in the direct practice of personnel management. CLINICAL EVALUATION OF AGNIKUMARA RAS IN DUSHTA PRATISHYAYA

In Ayurveda, the disease sinusitis can be co-related with “Dushta Pratishyaya” which arises as a complication of the disease “Pratishyaya”. A detailed description of Pratishyaya has been mentioned in Sushruta Samhita (Su. Ut 24/4). While explaining the complication of Pratishyaya, Dushta Pratishyaya has been mentioned. The features of the disease Dushta Pratishyaya, in general, is similar to that of Chronic Sinusitis in modern science. In modern medicine, management of Sinusitis includes Antibiotics, analgesics, Nasal steroids, Nasal Irrigation, Surgery etc. Even then there is no complete cure for Chronic Sinusitis through modern management. Hence to find out a solution through Ayurveda, Agnikumara Ras has been selected for the present study. Agni kumara Ras has been selected from the text Basavarajeeyam. DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVITY OF THE FUTURE MANAGER OF THE EDUKATIONAL INSTITUTION

The article considers the issue of training competitive future managers in the field of education. The main directions of formation of the future leader are analyzed, the basic tools of formation of professional competence of such leader and features of use of such tools are presented. The author concludes that in order for educational institutions in Ukraine to move to the level of innovation and meet the demands of society, it is necessary to improve the system of training future managers in the field of education, develop and implement creative processes. After all, in developed countries it is becoming a common practice and the main source of competitive advantage. In modern management, the management of the processes of formation and use of creative potential refers to "creative management". That is why the introduction of creative management in the field of education and in our country is becoming important. Further research is due to the transformation of social and economic relations and is related to the development of methods for preparing future managers to work in educational institutions on the basis of creativity.

Analysis of Enterprise Financial and Economic Impact Based on Background Deep Learning Model under Business Administration

Enterprise finance has become an indispensable financial channel for people to invest in their lives, and business management can provide a better economic environment for the development of enterprise finance. The structure of enterprises is gradually becoming more and more complex, and business administration shoulders considerable responsibilities and obligations in the organization and supervision of today’s social management structure. How can China play its functions under the new situation after the world economic exchanges are more frequent is an important link to promote the stable development of financial markets. In view of the problems of economic activity behavior and certainty of financial index system under the background of existing business administration, this paper puts forward the deep learning model to make risk analysis, income analysis, profit and loss analysis, and so on. The formula of deep learning model is used to calculate the data graph of financial economy, and finally, various data are compared to get the research of several business management methods on the development of enterprise financial economy. Among them, the model of current management mode belongs to two modes: e-commerce and EPR management. They not only have very unique management characteristics but also greatly promote the development of modern management, and their roles also well interpret the characteristics of modern management. The experiment also analyzes the financial data under the four algorithms for uncertainty comparison, profit and loss comparison, discreteness comparison, volatility comparison, and possibility analysis. Finally, after the source of uncertainty, the risk prediction and risk management are carried out by constructing decision trees, and these structural models are used to bring comprehensive analysis to the financial economy of enterprises and to build the impact of good trends and development prospects.
