Abstract. The effect of heat treatment modes on the structure and durometric properties of coatings obtained by surfacing with CSR-04СR27NI7MO3CU2Т cast rods, is considered. It is found that the temperature of 800°С and soaking time of 5 hours are optimal to increase the deposited metal hardness. It is shown that such a phenomenon results from the formation of the austenitic structure hardened by the precipitates of the σ-phase (FeCr), chromium carbides (Cr3C2) and titanium carbides (TiC). The heat treatment modes proposed can be applied in the wear-resistant surfacing technology of chemical equipment parts.

Abstract Safety valves are important devices to protect system by relieving pressure in oil refining and chemical equipment. According to API 576-2017 and API 510, the inspection interval for safety valves should not be more than 10 years. Also, TSG ZF001–2006 in China specifies the inspection interval for safety valves is only 1 year. However, the maintenance interval for petrochemical units normally is 3∼5 years, which thus results in the inconsistency between its inspection interval and the maintenance interval. This study firstly conducts contrastive analysis about the difference of major regulations and standards for safety valves inspection between China and API standards, and then performs thorough investigation of the operational management and regulation about the extension for safety valves inspection interval in the typical Chinese petrochemical enterprises. Besides, the failure modes and risk level of safety valves are investigated by quantitative analysis of 44,692 safety valves engineering application data in oil refining and chemical plants based on Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) technology. The result indicates that the overall risk level of safety valves is low, as the percentage of safety valves with a high-risk level is less than 1%, and the accident rate caused by safety valves failure is less than 0.005%. In addition, this study analyzes the limitations of specification such as TSG ZF001–2006 in terms of safety valves inspection and the application of regulation extension. Based on above analysis, the specifications and standards about safety valves should be revised and introduce the RBI technology to extend the inspection interval.

Industrial pure titanium (TA2) and Ti-6Al-4V (TC4) have been widely available for chemical equipment. However, the corrosion resistance changes during their post-fire performance. In this research, the electrochemical properties of industrial pure titanium and Ti-6Al-4V after heat treatment and different cooling methods were analyzed by AC impedance technique and dynamic polarization method. The results support two conclusions. Firstly, when the temperature is approximate to the phase transition point, for pure titanium and its alloys, water-cooling can obtain better corrosion resistance than air-cooling. With regard to pure titanium, its best corrosion resistance can be obtained at 800°C under water-cooling. For Ti-6Al-4V, its best corrosion resistance can be obtained when the temperature reached 910 °C under water cooling condition. Secondly, the corrosion current density under acid corrosion condition has risen compared with neutral corrosion condition. These results can provide some experimental data and theoretical basis for post-fire anticorrosion performance of titanium materials, and also support the safety, risk evaluation of titanium equipment.

AbstractThe paper presents numerical and experimental analysis of the state of stress in a circular perforated plate, free supported or fixed on entire premier and loaded concentrated force. This type of plate have found applications in the field of chemical equipment, pressure tanks and box conveyors. The use of the finite element method for numerical calculations enables accurate location of stress concentration zones in a perforated plate and allows to determine stress values around these hole.

The form of integration of subjects as a cluster, in particular a cluster of producers of oil and gas and chemical equipment of the Voronezh region, which is a form of Association of interconnected companies in a certain territory, including scientific and technical and industrial enterprises, universities and research centers, has been considered. The experience of developed countries demonstrates the use of the cluster concept as an effective tool that contributes to improving the competitiveness of individual regions where clusters are based, as well as the country as a whole, and the development of individual economic sectors and participating enterprises. Within the framework of this study, the process of financial control of the Voronezh region cluster has been reviewed, and also implementation and efficiency of financing of the cluster of oil and gas and chemical equipment manufacturers have been analysed. As a result of the analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of the cluster have been revealed. Within the framework of research, the methods of bibliographic and logical analysis, systematic approach have been used.
