AbstractThis research and survey article deals exclusively with the study of the approximation of generalized multivariate Gauss-Weierstrass singular integrals to the identity-unit operator. Here we study quantitatively most of their approximation properties. The multivariate generalized Gauss-Weierstrass operators are not in general positive linear operators. In particular we study the rate of convergence of these operators to the unit operator, as well as the related simultaneous approximation. These are given via Jackson type inequalities and by the use of multivariate high order modulus of smoothness of the high order partial derivatives of the involved function. Also we study the global smoothness preservation properties of these operators. These multivariate inequalities are nearly sharp and in one case the inequality is attained, that is sharp. Furthermore we give asymptotic expansions of Voronovskaya type for the error of multivariate approximation. The above properties are studied with respect to Lpnorm, 1 ≤ p ≤ ∞.

With optimal recovery of an operator T mapping a functional class F into a normed space Y by computing units constructed from inaccurate numerical information l(N), the problems С(N)D - 1, С(N)D –2 and С(N)D –3 are successively solved. In this work, when we consider the unit operator as the operator T , the multidimensional oneperiodic Korobov class as the class F , the normalized space of functions continuous on the unit cube as the space Y , the trigonometric Fourier coefficients of the function being restored as numerical information l(N) , problems С(N)D – 2 and С(N)D –3 are solved. Namely, in the problem С(N)D – 2 the marginal error of the optimal computing unit (l¯(N),ϕ¯¯¯N) from the previously solved problem С(N)D - 1 was found, and in the problem С(N)D - 3 it was proved, that any computing unit with respect to trigonometric Fourier coefficients has a better marginal error, than a computing unit (l¯(N),ϕ¯¯¯N)

Abstract: This study aims to examine the perspective of citizenship as a way to resolve conflicts in commons management in the natural tourism of Bleberan Village, Gunungkidul. This study departed from the reality of the challenge of strengthening the market in guiding village public life, including the commons. At the same time, the village faced a decline in the role of the state as a bulwark for the presence of a sustained commons interest in the form of redistribution of citizens' welfare. This research used qualitative approach with an instrumental case study strategy. Case studies were chosen with the aim of perfecting or building new knowledge. Data was collected by a combination of techniques including interviews, FGDs, observations, and documentation with informans like entrepreneur, tourism unit operator, village government, village-owned enterprises management, and residents. This study found that conflict management in the commons in Bleberan rooted in the formation of contestation citizenship but without adequate negotiation capacity. The communitarian social building of citizens is interconnected with defective liberal citizenship which leads to exclusion, inequality, and concentration of welfare. Meanwhile, the republican model has not been able to offset the dominance of both. Weak negotiating capacity for membership, rights, and burdens on how the commons should be managed resulted in unmanaged contestation. This article concludes that it is important to track citizenship formations as a basis for finding a road map for conflict resolution in managing the commons.Intisari: Kajian ini bertujuan menguji perspektif kewargaan sebagai cara mengurai konflik pengelolaan the commons berupa wisata alam di Desa Bleberan Gunungkidul. Kajian dilatarbelakangi tantangan menguatnya pasar dalam memandu kehidupan publik desa, termasuk the commons. Pada waktu yang sama, desa dihadapkan pada merosotnya peran negara sebagai benteng keberlangsungan commons interest berupa redistribusi kesejahteraan warga. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus instrumental. Studi kasus dipilih dengan tujuan menyempurnakan atau merintis  pengetahuan baru. Data dikumpulkan dengan kombinasi teknik wawancara, FGD, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan narasumber pelaku usaha, pengelola wisata, pemerintah desa, pengurus BUMDesa, serta warga. Hasil kajian menemukan konflik pengelolaan the commons di Bleberan berakar dari formasi kewargaan yang kontestatif namun tanpa diimbangi kapasitas negosiasi secara memadai. Bangun sosial komunitarian warga  berkelindan dengan kewargaan liberal yang cacat memunculkan eksklusi, ketidaksetaraan, dan pemusatan kesejahteraan. Sementara itu model republikan belum mampu tampil mengimbangi dominasi keduanya. Lemahnya kapasitas negosiasi atas keanggotaan, hak, dan beban tentang bagaimana the commons seharusnya dikelola berimplikasi pada kontestasi yang tidak terkelola. Artikel ini menyimpulkan pentingnya melacak formasi kewargaan sebagai basis menemukan peta jalan resolusi konflik pengelolaan the commons.

Let H be a separable Hilbert space with the unit operator I. We derive a sharp norm estimate for the operator function (?I-f(A))-1 (? ? C), where A is a bounded linear operator in H whose Hermitian component (A- A*)/2i is a Hilbert-Schmidt operator and f(z) is a function holomorphic on the convex hull of the spectrum of A. Here A* is the operator adjoint to A. Applications of the obtained estimate to perturbations of operator equations, whose coefficients are operator functions and localization of spectra are also discussed.

Abstract Here we study quantitatively the high degree of approximation of sequences of linear operators acting on Banach space valued Fréchet differentiable functions to the unit operator, as well as other basic approximations including those under convexity. These operators are bounded by real positive linear companion operators. The Banach spaces considered here are general and no positivity assumption is made on the initial linear operators for which we study their approximation properties. We derive pointwise and uniform estimates, which imply the approximation of these operators to the unit assuming Fréchet differentiability of functions, and then we continue with basic approximations. At the end we study the special case where the approximated function fulfills a convexity condition resulting into sharp estimates. We give applications to Bernstein operators.

The purpose of the research is to explain and describe the Quality of Services for Making a Limited Security Entry Permit or Pass People Card at the Unit Office for the Tjilik Riwut Class I Airport in Palangka Raya. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with qualitative research methods. The type of data in this study is primary data, that is, from the officers making the Entrance Sign for Limited Security Area or Pas Card and the applicants. While secondary data comes from official documents related to this study such as SOP for Pas People. Techniques for collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of his research was the Making of Limited Security Area Entry Signs or Pass People Cards at Unit Offices Organizing the Tjilik Riwut Class I Airport in Palangka Raya. Based on the results of the study, the quality of service provided by the Office of the Unit Operator of Class I Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport is still not optimal, because of the five service quality indicators there are three indicators that have not run well, namely indicators of Tangibles, Reliability, and Empathy, while two indicators that have gone well are indicators of Responsiveness and Assurance

The authors propose the concept of a control system based on the creation of avated biometric corrected neural network control system implemented on the basis tillage machines and tractors unit capable to function effectively within the system.For this approach, it is planned to develop a software system that provides for tracking the behavior of machine and tractor unit operator in real time. The resulting data will be fed to the input of artificial neural networks of different topologies.
