The purpose of this research is to know the effect of product innovation and market orientation on sales performance and impact to the productinnovation in the Home Industry Keripik in Bireuen District. The result of research should be use full in practical nor theoretical, that substance on marketing development management, the specific is entrepreneur ‘home industry Keripik Bireuendistrict to increase product innovation, market orientation and sales performance. The methods of research use Quantitative Research, with the nature descriptive research and verivicative. Data collecting through questioner with field study technique, the sampling census. The field data collecting is carry on 2021. The statistic analysis technique to test the hypothesis use analysis and sobel test. Basedon analysis result influence directly effect and not directly effect find that market orientation on product innovation have a positive influent and significant on sales performance in the Home product industry Keripik Bireuen District. Based on result mediation effect test results concluded that variable of innovation mediate on effect market orientation partial to sale performance Home industry Keripik Bireuen District. The mediate test result indicate all mediation.

Abstract Paired preference trials conducted in kennels and catteries have been the gold standard for measuring food preferences of dogs and cats for decades. Kennel and cattery environments control for numerous confounding variables and collect precise measurements. The qualities that bring great precision to paired preference trials conducted in kennel and cattery environments also lower the external validity of their findings. Many pet food manufactures become frustrated when a finding of “no significant difference”, or even a “win,” found for food preference in a kennel and cattery environment becomes a loss when “pet enjoyment/liking” is measured in-home. I will cover key differences in the participants, conditions, and measures that likely account for such divergent findings. I will discuss advantages of early in-home product assessment for dog and cat product enjoyment/liking. Lastly, I will present new methods that can be applied to product trials conducted in kennel and cattery environments to increase the external validity of their findings.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun sistem bisnis berbasis web (e-business) untuk komoditas agroindustri kulit, mengembangkan pelayanan sistem transaksi online (e-commerce), pelayanan pelanggan dan kerjasama dengan rekan bisnis yang dapat menunjang pemasaran komoditas kulit di Indonesia. Ruang lingkup dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan sistem bisnis berbasis internet (e-business) untuk komoditas kulit yang mencakup penginformasian produk, transaksi jual beli, serta pelayanan pelanggan dan kerja sama dengan rekan bisnis berupa pertukaran data dan informasi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah tahapan pendekatan sistem serta siklus hidup pengembangan sistem yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu tahapinvestigasi sistem, tahap analisis sistem, tahap perancangan sistem, tahap penerapan sistem dan tahap pemeliharaan sistem. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah layanan website simulasi sebuah perusahaan contoh (PT Citra Leather Trading), yang diberi nama E-CLT. Sistem ini menyediakan fasilitas pelayanan jual beli produk kulit yang telah disamak dan produk-produk yang terbuat dari kulit. Data mengenai spesifikasi produk dan harga didapatkan dari lima perusahaan. Untuk data mengenai vassion didapat dari Pabrik Kulit Ali Ahmad di Cibuluh, sedangkan untuk data produk-produk kulit didapat dari Perusahaan Kulit Primatama Leather (Garut), dan tiga perusahaan yang memasarkan secara online. Produk Finished Leather yang dijual terdiri dari empat jenis kulit, yaitu: Nubuck Sapi, Corrected Sapi dan Lining Kambing dan Pickle. Sementara itu Finished Product yang dijual terdiri dari jaket kulit, rompi, tas dan sepatu kulit, serta aksesori dari kulit. Pembuatan website ini menggunakan program Macromedia Dreamweaver,Adobe Photoshop CS3, Photoshape dan database mySQL. Terdapat tujuh menu utama pada homepage website, yang dapat diakses oleh customer yakni Home, Product, Costumer, Contact, Supplier and Other Industries, Payment and Delivery, dan Customer Services. Sementara itu untuk Administrator, menu yang tersedia yaitu peng-update-an produk, biaya pengiriman dan status pesanan, pengecekan transaksi, serta penghitungan laba/rugi per bulan per item produk dan juga informasi grafik penjualan per tahun. Mekanisme pembayaran pada E-CLT menggunakan fasilitas transfer antar bank. Validasi pembayaran dilakukan dengan mengirimkan bukti slip setoran pembayaran melalui e-mail.

     This reseach to study the effectiveness of business transformation strategy in PT Metra Digital Media and to know the difference  increasing of company earnings in DOOH (Digital Out Of Home) product in PT Metra Digital Media,  before and after  implementation of business transformation strategy. The sample cases in this research are 22 customer companies that have not followed the business transformation process, which is advertised through the directory and control samples, and 22 customer companies that have been following the business transformation process are advertising through DOOH (Digital Out Of Home). Calculation data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Data Analysis) test that Independent-Samples T-Test. The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of business transformation strategy applies to product indicator, payment method, service and sales, because the OR (Odd Ratio) value is higher in companies that choose DOOH, while those that are not effectively selected are indicator of the period of exposure and popularity, the difference  increasing of company earnings on DOOH (Digital Out Of Home) products at PT Metra Digital Media before and after the implementation of business transformation strategy is evidenced from p = 0,016 (sig <0,05) and  hypothesis is accepted.

In this paper, the Batik Merbok motifs are proposed to be used in porcelain wares using 3D (CAD) software. The natural motifs developed are seen to have potential to be incorporated in tableware collections or as a daily home-product usage. It is a conceptual paper which explaining the motifs developed by Batik Merbok and discussing the 3D (CAD) design developments. The motifs were developed with a combination of flora, fauna and the humanmade historical artefacts which were inspired from the surrounding areas of Merbok, Kedah. A detail research results are not yet conclusive; therefore, the researchers will continue to develop the porcelain wares further and investigate the consumer perceptions towards the incorporation of the batik motifs. It is one of the sole efforts of bringing Batik Merbok into exploring another genre of designs.
