Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which is caused by SARS-CoV-2, varies with regard to symptoms and mortality rates among populations. Humoral immunity plays critical roles in SARS-CoV-2 infection and recovery from COVID-19. However, differences in immune responses and clinical features among COVID-19 patients remain largely unknown. Here, we report a database for COVID-19-specific IgG/IgM immune responses and clinical parameters (COVID-ONE humoral immune). COVID-ONE humoral immunity is based on a dataset that contains the IgG/IgM responses to 21 of 28 known SARS-CoV-2 proteins and 197 spike protein peptides against 2,360 COVID-19 samples collected from 783 patients. In addition, 96 clinical parameters for the 2,360 samples and information for the 783 patients are integrated into the database. Furthermore, COVID-ONE humoral immune provides a dashboard for defining samples and a one-click analysis pipeline for a single group or paired groups. A set of samples of interest is easily defined by adjusting the scale bars of a variety of parameters. After the START button is clicked, one can readily obtain a comprehensive analysis report for further interpretation. COVID-ONE-humoral immune is freely available at www.COVID-ONE.cn.

Background: Elderly people with severe finger weakness may need assistive health technology interventions. Finger weakness impedes the elderly in executing activities of daily living such as unbuttoning shirts and opening clothes pegs. While studies have related finger weakness with ageing effects, there appears to be no research that uses an algorithmic problem-solving approach such as the theory of inventive problem-solving (TRIZ) to recommend finger grip assistive technologies that resolve the issue of finger weakness among the elderly. Using TRIZ, this study aims to conceptualise finger grip enhancer designs for elderly people. Methods: Several TRIZ tools such as the cause-and-effect chain (CEC) analysis, engineering contradiction, physical contradiction, and substance-field analysis are used to conceptualise solutions that assist elderly people in their day-to-day pinching activities. Results: Based on the segmentation principle, a finger assistant concept powered by a miniature linear actuator is recommended. Specific product development processes are used to further conceptualise the actuation system. The study concluded that the chosen concept should use a DC motor to actuate fingers through tendon cables triggered by a push start button. Conclusions: Finger pinch degradation worsens the quality of life of the elderly. A finger grip enhancer that assists in day-to-day activities may be an effective option for elderly people, not only for their physical but also their mental well-being in society.

The purpose of this study was to design and implement a duck egg incubator. An egg incubator is a machine that functions to take over the incubation task of a duck mother in incubating fertilized eggs from the result of crossing or mating with a male. The existing incubators work in temperature control, reversing the egg racks, but do not use an egg informing system that has been hatched. In designing this duck egg incubator based on Arduino as a controller. The temperature used must be measured by the resistance of the space or the approximate resistance of the eggs to hatch. The microcontroller used is the ATMega328 integrated on the Arduino Uno, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, humidity control system and other supporting components using Arduino. The test was carried out by comparing the DS18B20 temperature sensor with a Thermometer with an error difference of 0.15. The result of this research is the device can control the temperature not exceeding 39 ° C for hatching eggs. The device has 2 usage buttons, namely a start button (green) to perform hatching day calculations and a reset button (red) to stop hatching day calculations. The day variable that has been running is still stored in the microcontroller EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) so that if there is a disconnection or loss of a voltage power source such as a power failure and so on. The 12VDC fan on the device turns on every 30 minutes and goes out for the next 30 minutes

The most valuable thing in today’s world is time, people are referring those things which consumes less time. Billing in Shopping mall takes lot of time. Billing of products from mall is quite difficult because it takes more time as people have to wait for a long time in a queue for billing .Looking at the advancement in technology, we came up with an innovative idea of “Smart Shopping Cart for Automatic Billing in Supermarket”. This project consists of RFID reader, motion detector sensor, Liquid Crystal Display, push buttons, switches . If user wants to use smart trolley functions then start button should be pressed. When a user put some product in trolley then its code will be detected using RFID reader and cost of a product added to the list and sensor will sense the direction of motion of the product for fault detection and buzzer will be on if fault detected. In case, if user wants to remove some product then user should press the remove switch and product code will be detected by RFID reader and again for any false activity buzzer will be on. At last, counter with least number of queues will be detected and displayed on the cart LCD.

Effective control of the quality and safety of livestock products is possible only with the implementation of a scientifically grounded complex of veterinary and sanitary and general economic measures. The goal of our work was to develop effective ways to sanitize clothing and footwear of workers in the livestock industry. The studies were carried out following the current methodological approaches that are used in agriculture and veterinary medicine. Based on the results of the research carried out, two methods and one device have been developed to ensure a high level of veterinary and sanitary measures in animal husbandry. It has been proven that for the sanitization of clothing of workers in the animal husbandry industry, it is effective to use a disinfectant, which includes the sodium salt of dichloroisocyanuric acid (0.09–0.36%), adipic acid (0.01–0.04%), sodium bicarbonate (0.01–0.04%), sodium carbonate (0.003–0.01%), water (99.887–99.55%) when exposed for 30 minutes. For disinfection of workers' footwear, it is advisable to use disinfectants filled with a disinfectant that contains dichlorantin (0.021–0.21%), 5,5-dimethylhydantoin (0.0164–0.164%), a dispersant (0.012–0.12%), anionic surfactants (0.005–0.05%), corrosion inhibitor (0.01–0.1%), filler (0.0356–0.356%) and water (99.9–99.0%). An innovative device for cleaning and disinfection is proposed - a shoe disinfector, which consists of a waterproof box with a bottom wider than the top, filled with a disinfectant solution, a branch pipe for removing waste solution, a brush shaft, which is fixed in the upper part of the waterproof box, an electric motor with a rotational speed 2 rev/s., Which serves as a drive shaft brush, control panel with a start button and a stop button. The proposed developments complement the existing regulations on veterinary and sanitary measures at livestock farms and complexes.

The Small Industries Enterprise (SME), which is especially involved in the liquid filling industry (such as mineral water, tea, liquid milk, juice, etc.), needs some device that has the ability to measure liquid automatically and accurately into some container. Based on the 'Water Fall' method, this study carries out a procedure for making compact and efficient tools ('requirements definition' stage), using a keypad start button, flow sensor, temperature sensor, fan, buzzer, LCD 1602, relay driver ('system & software design' stage), implement a schematic drawing of the circuit and install all hardware inside the casing ('implementation and unit testing' stage), install accessories, set parameters and volume target ('integration and system testing ' stage) and re-calibrate the device ('operation and maintenance' stage). After the measurement experiment, we got that Fillco (the name of the device) has a bigger error for measurement below 1000 ml (0.6-15%) and better accuracy measurement for targeted volume upper than 1000 ml (0.04-0.20%). Fillco also able to memorize and reset liquid volume.

INTISARIPES 2020 Mobile merupakan game sport yang baru saja rilis bulan Oktober 2019. Game ini termasuk kategori jenis game yang baru pada platform mobile sehingga berpotensi memiliki user baru. Pengalaman pengguna (user experience) sangat penting untuk kesuksesan sebuah game di pasaran, terutama pada jenis aplikasi yang baru saja dirilis.. Sistem yang dirancang dengan tidak baik dan tidak mudah digunakan akan membuat pengguna kesulitan mempelajari dan mengoperasikannya, sehingga akan menjadikan sistem tersebut jarang digunakan. Agar bisa mendapatkan user experience yang baik, maka perlu dilakukan sebuah evaluasi. Metode Cognitive Walkthrough adalah metode evaluasi user experience dimana evaluator memberi tugas berbasis skenario dan beberapa pertanyaan kepada pengguna game untuk menemukan masalah yang mengganggu proses pembelajaran. Metode ini cocok digunakan pada sistem yang baru saja dirilis karena dapat menggali proses kognitif pengguna ketika pertama kali menggunakan sistem. Responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah orang yang belum pernah memainkan game PES 2020 Mobile. Secara keseluruhan game PES 2020 Mobile merupakan game yang mudah untuk dimainkan oleh pemain baru. Namun pada tampilan awal game (Start PES 2020) lebih baik dilakukan perbaikan. Beberapa responden kurang mengerti tombol untuk masuk ke permainan dikarenakan tidak adanya perintah tertulis untuk menekan tombol start. Hanya ada tombol lingkaran dimana sebagian banyak responden mengira bahwa ikon lingkaran tersebut menandakan game masih proses loading.  Kata kunci— PES 2020 MOBILE, User Experience, Cognitive Walkthrough ABSTRACTPES 2020 Mobile is a sports game that was just released in October 2019. This game belongs to the category of new types of games on the mobile platform so that it has the potential to have new users. The user experience is very important for the success of a game on the market, especially in the types of applications that have just been released. A poorly designed and not easy to use system will make it difficult for users to learn and operate it, thus making the system rarely used . In order to get a good user experience, an evaluation is needed. Cognitive Walkthrough Method is a user experience evaluation method where the evaluator gives a scenario-based assignment and some questions to game users to find problems that interfere with the learning process. This method is suitable for newly released systems because it can explore the user's cognitive processes when first using the system. Respondents used in this study were people who had never played the PES 2020 Mobile game. Overall the PES 2020 Mobile game is an easy game for new players to play. But in the initial appearance of the game (Start PES 2020) better to do repairs. Some respondents did not understand the button to enter the game because there was no written command to press the start button. There is only a circle button where most respondents think that the circle icon indicates the game is still loading.Kata kunci—  PES 2020 MOBILE, User Experience, Cognitive Walkthrough

Обоснована необходимость проведения экспертной расчетной проверки систем внутреннего противопожарного водопровода в зданиях старой постройки студенческих общежитий в соответствии с требованиями пунктов 55 и 57 Правил противопожарного режима в Российской Федерации . Рассмотрены примеры неэффективного применения внутреннего водопровода в таких зданиях при возникновении пожара. На основании проведенного исследования системы внутреннего противопожарного водопровода здания общежития в целях усовершенствования аналогичных систем предлагается следующее: проводить проверочный расчет эксплуатируемых систем не реже срока службы, установленного в паспорте заводаизготовителя насоса повышения давления для оперативного тушения вероятного возгорания (до образования критических параметров опасных факторов пожара) включение насосовповысителей следует выполнять не от кнопок дистанционного пуска, а от системы автоматической пожарной сигнализации с дублированием его запуска от кнопки пуска на вахте охраны общежития для эффективного использования систем внутреннего противопожарного водопровода с одновременной эвакуацией студентов оснастить ящики пожарных кранов фильтрующими самоспасателями (не менее трех).The need of conducting an expertise of the internal fire water supply systems in old buildings of student dormitories in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 55 and 57 of the Rules of the fire safety arrangements in the Russian Federation is substantiated. Cases of inefficient use of the internal water supply system in such buildings in the event of a fire are considered. Based on the study of the internal fire water supply system of a dormitory building in order to improve similar systems, the following is proposed: to carry out a test calculation of the operating systems no less than the service life specified in the passport of the manufacturer of the boosting pump for quick suppression of a possible fire (before the formation of critical parameters of fire hazards) the boosting pumps should be activated not by the remote start buttons but by the automatic fire alarm system with its start duplicating by the start button in the clock at the security desk of the dormitory for the effective use of internal fire water supply systems with the simultaneous evacuation of students the boxes of fire hydrants should be equipped with filter selfrescuers (at least three).
