The paper describes the approach and methodology for the numerical assessment of the quality of periodic processes. With regard to their particular case the processes of selfoscillations, on the basis of the proposed approach, the problem of optimization of the control system is formulated and possible ways of solving it are shown. The practical implementation of the approach is possible when synthesizing a control system, as well as in the variant of automatic adaptive control during its operation. The proposed solutions are based on the use of methods of the theory of entropy potentials. The implementation of the proposed solutions will improve the quality of monitoring of periodic processes and the efficiency of regulation systems in selfoscillation modes.

In recent decades, a new paradigm on the rational and careful use of land as a non-renewable resource has arisen. This definition requires new management methods based on the application of the “CLORPT” equation (state factor model) (CL—Climate, O—Organisms:living beings, R—Relief (topography), P—Parent material. T—Time. Thus, factors that we determine, as well as the impacts of planning, are analysed. We have used the factor model CLORPT (is an instrument by which any planning model can be analysed and diagnosed (e.g., planning carried out in the Ordesa National Park (Huesca-Spain)). The Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park has exceptional qualities in terms of landscape, lithology, fauna, flora, relief and climate. Its territorial-environmental value is mainly landscape and nature. A more sustainable use of National Parks is analysed, and possible problems observed for correction. This method provides a univocal vision as it standardizes all the factors. Large range quartiles were used so that even though expert opinions differed, the result was the same.

The aim of the study is to explore the effectiveness of distance learning from the viewpoint of high school teachers in the educational process in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Syrian Arab Republic within the Corona pandemic, and study the significance of differences in the effectiveness of distance learning according to the gender variable, specialization and years of experience. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to survey the views of teachers about the effectiveness of distance learning and prepare it electronically, and applied it to a random sample consisting of (300) teachers and schools in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Irbid Governorate, and (300) teachers and schools in the Syrian Arab Republic in Aleppo Governorate. Results showed: The effectiveness of distance learning in the Corona pandemic period was lower than the average for the study sample, There are statistically significant differences in the extent of the effectiveness of distance learning in the educational process due to the state factor and to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, There are statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of distance learning in the educational process due to the sex factor and in favor of females, There are statistically significant differences in the extent of the effectiveness of distance learning in the educational process due to the specialty factor and in favor of theoretical major, There are statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of distance learning in the educational process due to the factor of years of experience in favor of (from 5 to 10 years) followed by (less than 5 years) and then (more than 10 years).

Awareness of national identity is a complex, multifaceted spiritual state in the minds and beliefs of people, which impacts on all phenomena of social development. The level of national identity is an important factor for further development of the countries that have recently gained their independence. The essence of national identity phenomenon, its role in the existence of the nation, defining its status as sovereign entity, the role of the state factor in the system of national identity are analyzed via socio-philosophical analysis in the article. KEY WORDS: ethnos, national values, Koran, national heritage, “title” nation, tolerance, political stability.

Abstract A ‘state factor’ model of ecosystems can serve as a conceptual framework for researching and managing urban ecosystems. This approach provides alternative goals and narratives to those derived from historically grounded dichotomies between nature and culture, which can reify constructions of human influence as inherently destructive. The integration of human behaviour and state factors is critical to the application of a state factor model to urban ecosystems. We emphasize the role of culture in co-producing urban ecosystems and the importance of feedbacks between urban ecosystems and state factors. We advocate for ecosystem models that encourage local agency and actions that enhance the capacity of cities to constructively adapt to environmental change. We contrast this approach to efforts intended to minimize human impacts on ecosystems. The usefulness of the state factor model for informing such efforts is assessed through a consideration of the norms and practices of urban forest restoration in New York City. Despite the limitations and challenges of applying a state factor model to urban ecosystems, it can inform comparative research within and between cities and offers an intuitive framework for understanding the ecological conditions created in cities by human behaviour.
