In this chapter, I have analyzed economic thoughts of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, mainly economic ideas reflected in his writings such as, ‘The Problem of Rupee: Its origin and its solution’, ‘The Evolution of Provincial Finance in British India: A Study in the Provincial Decentralization of imperial finance’, It can be said that Indian economy at present is facing many problems similar to that at the time of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar as instability of money leading to inflation, its socioeconomic implications and its unequal effects on various strata of society, uneconomical public expenditure and rising fiscal deficits, increasing inequalities of income and wealth, and so on. Are Ambedkar’s economic thoughts relevant to understand these problems as well as to provide its solutions? Analyzing his economic ideology, it can be said that India could have been more inclusive if his ideas had been followed in its true spirit. So we can say that India needs to follow his economic ideology in her short term as well as long term economic planning and policy making to shape Inclusive India.

The article presents the basic assumptions of the economic administration system in the Polish People’s Republic, including the functioning of national councils in a centralized economy. The legal forms of action used by economic administration bodies and their impact on the economy are characterized. Attention is also paid to state-owned enterprises, which in the communist state constituted a kind of foundation for the economic system. In addition, there is a reference to economic planning, which contributed to the long-term poor economic condition of the state.

In Poland before the Second World War, the profession of patent attorney was categorised as one of the so-called liberal professions. Its legal status and rules of practice were compared to the solicitor profession. A patent attorney practiced his profession personally, independently, and autonomously. In order to exercise his profession, he ran an independent patent attorney’s office. In the second half of the 1940s, with the communists taking power in Poland, a radical transformation of the social, political, economic, and legal system of the state along the lines of Stalin’s Soviet Union began. Any social, political, or economic activities characterised by independence and autonomy were thus in axiological contradiction with the ideology of the planned totalitarian state. The Act on the Establishment of the College of Patent Attorneys passed on 20 December 1949 completely abolished the structure of the patent attorney profession as a free profession, exercised in its own name and on its own account. From that moment on, the patent attorney became a civil servant performing their professional activities under strict hierarchical subordination to his superiors. There was no guarantee of their intellectual independence or professional autonomy. The practice of the patent attorney profession was subject to public law. The Patent Attorneys College was in fact another state office. It was organisationally and financially linked to the Patent Office — an administrative body granting legal protection to objects of industrial and commercial property, collecting and making available patent documentation and literature. The president of the Patent Office supervised the Patent Attorneys College. Both the Patent Attorneys College and the Patent Office were supervised by the State Economic Planning Commission. The State Commission for Economic Planning was a kind of super-ministry, tasked with a Soviet-style mission of closely supervising and controlling the entire centralised economy of the Polish state. The chairman of the State Economic Planning Commission also had key powers to influence patent attorneys. It was he who determined the subject of their professional examination, he who appointed a person meeting the statutory requirements to the position of a patent attorney. He could also exempt a candidate for the profession from meeting the requirements as well as appoint the president of the Patent Attorneys College. The Act of 20 December 1949 was repealed with the end of the Stalinist period in Poland. In 1958, the profession of patent attorney was briefly reinstated as a free profession. After that, until the end of the existence of the socialist state called the Polish People’s Republic, patent attorneys performed their profession as employees within the meaning of the labour law. It was not until the fall of communism in Poland that the profession of a patent attorney was re-established as a liberal profession under the provisions of the Act on Patent Attorneys of 9 January 1993.

This chapter explains the historical origins of strong bureaucratic power in South Korea and recent changes in which the concentration of bureaucratic power has weakened. In the 1960s and 1970s, economic growth was South Korea’s top priority, and economic policy agencies such as the Economic Planning Board (EPB) led the nation’s overall policy decisions under the protection of the powerful president, Park Chung-hee. As the economy grew, however, various social demands, such as welfare, labour rights, and environmental protection, were expressed by the public, and many institutions that could reflect these demands grew within the bureaucracy in the 1980s and 1990s. As a consequence, the influence of the EPB was relatively reduced. Since the 2000s, democratization has matured and the ability of the National Assembly to make policy decisions and keep the administration in check has been strengthened. As a result, the bureaucrats’ influence on policy further diminished.

To build a good economic system, various kinds of policies related to the economy were born, both conventional economic policies and sharia policies. Prophet Yusuf as a Prophet and Messenger of Allah during his leadership in Egypt has established a very accurate economic system, which is of course under the guidance of Allah's revelation. Reflecting on the success of the Prophet Yusuf, this research is a literature study that tries to reveal how the economic policies implemented by the Prophet Yusuf, so that Egypt at that time was able to go through long periods of crisis. From the research, it was found that in economic planning, Prophet Yusuf implemented four things, namely increasing production, frugality or saving, building food barns, and preparing the facilities needed for the recovery period. Economic Law, The Debtor Must Pay, and the Implementation of Penalties for Thieves.

The complex spatial and economic planning of development of territorial communities on the conditions of their combination which will promote effective management of territories and ensure integrated sustainable development of territories for the future generations is investigated. The peculiarities of the legislation on new provisions of spatial and economic planning of territorial communities are covered, the main approaches to the development of the Comprehensive Spatial Development Plan of the Territory of Territorial Community, the Concept of Integrated Development of the Territorial Community and the Territorial Community Development Strategy are compared. The scheme of connections of elements at formation of the specified Comprehensive Plan, Concept and Strategy is constructed. The legislative level acceptance of the provisions on joint approaches to the formation of key documents of spatial and economic planning of territorial communities, the unity of land management documentation and urban planning documentation at the local level is established. It is shown that the Concept of Integrated Development of the Territorial Community is the basis and a certain “bridge” for combining the principles and indicators in the formation of the Comprehensive Spatial Development Plan of the Territory of Territorial Community and the Territorial Community Development Strategy. The formation of the Concept is proposed to be carried out on the basis of preliminary conceptual and structural modeling of endogenous potential of territorial communities that will establish the features of the existing potential by its elements (natural resources, production and infrastructure, labor, socio-cultural, etc.) that have a place in each community depending on its specific and general characteristics. It is proved that the modeling of the potential of territorial communities is carried out on the basis of establishing, integrating, uniting, combining, interpenetrating of connections and dependencies in the present time and their interpretation (design, transfer) to the appropriate time perspective (five, ten and more years).
