The European Union (EU) and Bosnia and Herzegovina have a long and specific relationship dating back to the early 1990s and the break-up of the former Yugoslavia. While the EU didn't present itself in a flattering light during the breakup of the SFRY, after the Dayton Peace Agreement and post-conflict governance, it tried to impose itself as a factor of stability in the eyes of B&H public. The aim of the chapter is to present key elements, problems, and consequences of unsuccessful integration into the EU. After a short presentation of the chronology of relations between B&H and the EU, the authors aim to answer several questions. First, what are the main issues in B&H-EU relations? Second, who is responsible for the stalemate in integration process? Third, how successful is the EU conditionality policy towards B&H?

We had introduced so called generators functions to precisely follow the regularity of analytic solutions of Navier-Stokes equations earlier (see Grenier and Nguyen [Ann. PDE 5 (2019)]. In this short note, we give a short presentation of these generator functions and use them to construct analytic solutions to classical evolution equations, which provides an alternative way to the use of the classical abstract Cauchy-Kovalevskaya theorem (see Asano [Proc. Japan Acad. Ser. A Math. Sci. 64 (1988), pp. 102–105], Baouendi and Goulaouic [Comm. Partial Differential Equations 2 (1977), pp. 1151–1162], Caflisch [Bull. Amer. Math. Soc. (N.S.) 23 (1990), pp. 495–500], Nirenberg [J. Differential Geom. 6 (1972), pp. 561–576], Safonov [Comm. Pure Appl. Math. 48 (1995), pp. 629–637]).

Abstract. This paper discusses the role of Philippe Vandermaelen (1795–1869) and his Établissement géographique de Bruxelles in the mapping of Turkey in Europe in the 19th century. After a short presentation of the Brussels Institute up to the 1850s, and of its connection with the family of Thomas Best Jervis (1797–1857), first director of the British Topographical and Statistical Department, the paper first addresses the context of the publication of the Atlas de l’Europe by the Belgian cartographer, in particular its first instalment dedicated to European Turkey (1829), and offers an overview of later publications on the subject. After this it focuses on Franz von Weiss’s map of the area (1829–1830), Jervis’s reproduction of the Weiss map (1854), and Vandermaelen’s role in the latter’s production.

The pandemic around the world has made adjustments not only in our lives, but also in the educational process in particular. Prolonged quarantine caused by COVID-19 has forced teachers in most higher education institutions to go online. If other higher education institutions could conduct mixed forms of education, the specifics of medical universities, where most classes are held at medical bases of hospitals and clinics, left no choice and focused exclusively on distance education. It is very important that the performance of the department’s distance workload fully meets the planned workload of the departments, all the requirements of the educational process and quality preparation of fifth-year students for the licensing exam KROK 2 and certification of graduates. Relevant changes also affected the teaching of the section «Diseases of the oral mucosa» at the Faculty of Dentistry. According to the working curriculum and regulations on the educational process, classes are held according to the method of a single day and last 6 hours. The Microsoft Teems system was proposed for consideration by the university administration for practical classes and lectures. In addition to the actual online communication, this system provided many different features. In accordance with the decision of the meeting of the department, the following time schedule was approved. А lesson on consideration and discussion of a new topic begins. After that, practical work and a break are provided. Since this course is a final one, a lot of attention should be focused on preparing for the licensing exam. Upon completion of the discipline, students defend their medical history. Photos of the paper version are dumped by the teacher for verification on the university mailbox. Actually, the defense of the story takes place online with a short presentation of the works

This study is a pastoral and theological text. It presents the concept of Christianity and Christian identity, according to John Baptist Metz. The article is divided into three main parts. After a short presentation of the German theologian, the first part discusses the necessity of de-privatization of religion, which is necessary in order that the experience of the world would become the experience of believers. The second part is a challenge to combine contemplatio with actio. Consequently, the third part presents the Christian identity as an actio, warning against the private, passive, and bourgeois religion.

This paper contains the details of different object detection (OD) techniques, object identification's relationship with video investigation, and picture understanding, it has pulled in much exploration consideration as of late. Customary item identification strategies are based on high-quality highlights and shallow teachable models. This survey paper presents one such strategy which is named as Optical Flow method (OFM). This strategy is discovered to be stronger and more effective for moving item recognition and the equivalent has been appeared by an investigation in this review paper. Applying optical stream to a picture gives stream vectors of the focuses comparing to the moving items. Next piece of denoting the necessary moving object of interest checks to the post-preparing. Post handling is the real commitment of the review paper for moving item identification issues. Their presentation effectively deteriorates by developing complex troupes which join numerous low-level picture highlights with significant level set-ting from object indicators and scene classifiers. With the fast advancement in profound learning, all the more useful assets, which can learn semantic, significant level, further highlights, are acquainted with address the issues existing in customary designs. These models carry on contrastingly in network design, preparing system, and advancement work, and so on in this review paper, we give an audit on profound learning-based item location systems. Our survey starts with a short presentation on the historical backdrop of profound learning and its agent device, in particular, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and region-based convolutional neural networks (R-CNN).

The present article is aimed at briefly reviewing the historical development of dematerialized shares in Germany, Austria, and in the United States of America (the USA). A brief comparison is made between the dematerialized shares in the United Kingdom and those in Germany and Austria. Discussed is the reason why the securities certificates in Germany and Austria were removed from the transferring process by taking them out of circulation (immobilization), and not through abolishing them (dematerialization). Presented is the development of the most active and liquid capital market in the world—that of the United States Department of the Treasury. There is a brief description made of the System of the conventional paper certificates and the system of the dematerialized securities known as direct holding system, as well as of the System for immobilization and possessing through intermediaries, known as indirect holding system. In conclusion, there is a short presentation of the currently valid legal status unrelated to transferring dematerialized shares in the three countries.
