Objective: Mastalgia or breast pain is one of the most vital complaints among women patients. This study aims to determine the prevalence of mastalgia and the properties of pain, elucidate the associated factors, particularly modifiable ones, and establish a treatment of standard. Methods: The study evaluated 685 female patients admitted to our outpatient clinic with a complaint of mastalgia in the period between 2017 and 2019. Results: Mean age of the patients was 35.20 ±10.28 (13–86). The pain was experienced in the right breast of 123 (17.9%) patients, in the left breast of 141 (20.6%) patients, and in both breasts of 422 (61.5%) patients. The mean pain value was found to be 5.29. The study population comprised 61 (8.9%) patients in the menopause state, whereas 624 (91.1%) patients were not in menopause. The pain was noncyclic in 519 (75.8%) patients, while cyclic for 166 (24.2%) patients. For treatment, a restricted diet in terms of coffee, salt, and fat as well as wearing supportive bra were recommended for 456 (66.5%) patients, while 181 patients with pain VAS (Visual Analog Scale) score of 8 and above was initiated with vitex agnus-castus. No patient was initiated with local or systemic analgesics and LHRH (luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone) analogs. Conclusion: The prevention and management of mastalgia reflected that restricted salt intake, regulated diet, and the use of properly fitted bras could significantly improve the quality of life. Appropriate radiological imaging could eliminate patients’ concerns regarding developing cancer. Keywords: Breast cancer, Diet, Mastalgia, Risk factor

This paper is to conduct a strategic analysis of the information system to improve the immunity system of gallbladder cancer patients. The subjects of the study were 146 people who visited internal medicine clinics located in Chungcheong Province from March 11 to May 13, 2019. The group of people who mediated the information system was classified as 53 people and those who did not mediated the information system were classified as 53 people.  The change in patient condition was analyzed as t-test following the application of the information system. The application of the body’s immune system to the information system was measured at 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 weeks. The results of this study are as follows. First,  LDL, a bad cholesterol decreased significantly after the information system was applied(t=3.72, p<.05). Second, the physical immunity continued to increase after the application of the information system. However, the body's immunity has tended to decline since the 16th. Therefore, to prevent the incidence of gallbladder cancer, diet management such as greasy and meat diet is required.

Background: Several studies have shown that healthy lifestyles prevent the risk of breast cancer (BC) and are associated with better prognosis. It was hypothesized that lifestyle strategies induce microRNA (miRNA) modulation that, in turn, may lead to important epigenetic modifications. The identification of miRNAs associated with BC, diet, and physical activity may give further insights into the role played by lifestyle interventions and their efficacy for BC patients. To predict which miRNAs may be modulated by diet and physical activity in BC patients, the analyses of different miRNA expression datasets were performed. Methods: The GEO DataSets database was used to select miRNA expression datasets related to BC patients, dietary interventions, and physical exercise. Further bioinformatic approaches were used to establish the value of selected miRNAs in BC development and prognosis. Results: The analysis of datasets allowed the selection of modulated miRNAs associated with BC development, diet, and physical exercise. Seven miRNAs were also associated with the overall survival of BC patients. Conclusions: The identified miRNAs may play a role in the development of BC and may have a prognostic value in patients treated with integrative interventions including diet and physical activity. Validation of such modulated miRNAs on BC patients undergoing lifestyle strategies will be mandatory.
