The Civil Construction and Public Works sector in Portugal has undergone huge oscillations over the last years, reflected on the number of companies, turnover and number of direct employees assigned to the activity. This sector is an important sector for economic growth and companies must adopt strategic analysis and control tools in order to survive and remain competitive. Companies operate in a large, highly competitive and demanding market, with new players and new business models. Companies need to find new ways of competing worldwide and internationalization emerges as one of the business responses to the challenge of globalization. Sustainability is a commitment to the future, a route that organizations must travel to search the best solutions to humankind problems, whether they are economic, social or environmental.

The purpose of the study is to elucidate linkage of Omnichannel retail business model with innovation and technological advancements. The study is exploratory and qualitative in nature, based on primary and secondary data sources collected from varied retail sectors such as fashion, furniture, eyecare and electronics . The study has used Business Model Canvass (BMC) as a tool for strategic analysis. The study presents findings about business model and strategies in Omnichannel context from Indian retailers. The findings of the study posits four main dimensions resultant of digitalization and technological advancements in Omnichannel retail, namely Omnichannel Intensity, Organizational Structure Integration, Operations and Supply Chain Management Innovation, Data Analytics and Intelligence. Cross-channel Integration and Data Analytics & Intelligence have been found to be contributing enormously towards the strategic growth of Omnichannel retailers, thus emerging as the prominent managerial implications of the study.

The topic of integration of agricultural and food enterprises into holdings, the strategy of their cooperation and integration is of great importance for the food security of the country. The article presents the results of a study of the integration of the agricultural holding Rusagro, based on the use of a matrix of dependence of the company's profitability indicators on its relative value in the market. Approbation of this method allows to reasonably make management decisions regarding the development of an agricultural holding.

The present study aims to develop a conceptual framework of the scope and challenges of Tier 2 Business Schools in India. Management education has seen a drastic change in the recent past with a huge inflow of students, and this gave management institutes an edge to grow. Besides taking this opportunity, some institutes have compromised on various parameters which is degrading quality education. In this study, strategic analysis has been done by using the past review. For strategic analysis on challenges and future scope of Tier 2 Business Schools (T2BS) in India, challenges-scope matrix has been carefully developed and evaluated. Research procedure adopted in this study is professionally framed, and systematic review of literature has been done before concluding the study.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic organizational learning approach to dynamic resilient capabilities. A scoping review of the theoretical and empirical literature on organizational dynamic resilience capability reveals gaps to be addressed to improve the conceptualization. Under the assumption of some attributes and properties, it is viable to study the organizational resilience learning process leading to the analysis of the organizational resilience strategies.

This research aims to understand the strategic analysis of collaborative governance on forest and land fire disasters at the ontological and sociological level that are very significant in reducing risk of natural disasters in Indonesia. The problem is very interesting to be analyzed by conducting a descriptive qualitative research based on theory of public policy, collaborative governance, and strategic management. The data were collected through in-depth interview, observation, and related documentation in forest and land fire cases in Indonesia. The data were analyzed by using interactive models, which are data reduction, data display, data verification, and supported by triangulation. The results were based on ontological and sociological level by using collaborative governance perspective and strategic analysis of internal, external, supporting, and inhibiting factors for reducing disaster risks and improving disaster management. Vision and mission of public policies on disaster management are needed for improving and providing information to stakeholders regarding regulations and sanctions in natural disaster management and produce a revised relevant regulation for state agencies as public officials in making regulations on disaster management in Indonesia.

Creating an adequate vision of national security in the global age requires a paradigm shift in the way people think. Contemporary society and realities demand the formation of a new type of personality – a citizen of the 21st century who is informed, competent, educated, a democrat, a patriot, accountable to the country and to himself, while being a cosmopolitan at the same time. The article addresses issues of national security as part of cultural identity
