Abstract This article deals with the design and assembly of a component for determining the frictional properties of elastomeric vulcanizates. The component was design for a universal tensile machine, without needed of intervention to itself machine. The purpose of the work was designing a component in software SolidWorks and its subsequent assembly, as well as individual testing of frictional properties of selected specimens of elastomeric vulcanizates. Before of individual testing, the elastomer blends have to be vulcanised in the form of a block with a constant 16 mm height to ensure the same spring pressure on the specimens in the component. Then, by using rotary knife is from prepared vulcanizate cut a sample with 16 mm diameter. Result from friction properties measurement of samples is force needed to start of movement (shear) of sample over particular type of surface as well as graphical dependence of force (N) on movement of track (mm). From the graphical dependence, it is possible to determine the decrease or increase the force depending on the individual sections of the trajectory.

Abstract In the process design and reuse of marine component products, there are a lot of heterogeneous models, causing the problem that the process knowledge and process design experience contained in them are difficult to express and reuse. Therefore, a process knowledge representation model for ship heterogeneous model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the multi-element process knowledge graph is constructed, and the heterogeneous ship model is described in a unified way. Then, the multi-strategy ontology mapping method is applied, and the semantic expression between the process knowledge graph and the entity model is realized. Finally, by obtaining implicit semantics based on case-based reasoning and checking the similarity of the matching results, the case knowledge reuse is achieved, to achieve rapid design of the process. This method provides reliable technical support for the design of ship component assembly and welding process, greatly shortens the design cycle, and improves the working efficiency. In addition, a case study of the test model is carried out to verify the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method.

AbstractInfluenza A virus double-helical ribonucleoprotein complex (vRNP) performs transcription and replication of viral genomic RNA (vRNA). Unlike most RNA viruses, vRNP formation accompanied by vRNA replication is carried out in the nucleus of virus-infected cell. However, the precise subnuclear site remains unknown. Here, we report the subnuclear site of vRNP formation in influenza virus. We found that all vRNP components were colocalized in the nucleolus of virus-infected cells at early stage of infection. Mutational analysis showed that nucleolar localization of viral nucleoprotein, a major vRNP component, is critical for functional double-helical vRNP formation. Furthermore, nucleolar disruption of virus-infected cells inhibited vRNP component assembly into double-helical vRNPs, resulting in decreased vRNA transcription and replication. Collectively, our findings demonstrate that the vRNA replication-coupled vRNP formation occurs in the nucleolus, demonstrating the importance of the nucleolus for influenza virus life cycle.
