Abstract The article presents the results of research of Data Mining methods with Microsoft SQL Server. Microsoft Clustering algorithm was used for improving the effectiveness of medical prevention and treatment in a cohort of patients with arterial hypertension. There are rationales for monitoring of cardiovascular risk and desire to correct the risk with Data Mining at medical decision support systems. Authors used medical and sociological monitoring data from regional clinical hospital. The segmentation of arterial hypertension patients was performed using Microsoft Clustering algorithm. As a result, a quantitative assessment of the population profile for patients with arterial hypertension was obtained. The authors presented diagrams and profiles of clusters. They were compared. The developed approach is applied for decision support at regional health information management system for reduce of cardiovascular risk.

Abstract For effective functioning within a complex system, industrial and technological processes are supported by appropriate information-analytical processes that ensure the collection and analysis of information, as well as modeling and making control decisions for the industrial and technological process. A variety of neuro-fuzzy Petri nets with temporal fuzzy neurons is proposed. An example of con-structing a model of an industrial and technological process and the corresponding information-analytical processes is considered. The developed specialized software for modeling industrial and technological processes and the implementation of information-analytical processes is considered.

AbstractThe paper describes the analysis of the application of classic and optimized triangular norms in the hierarchical structure of weighted fuzzy Petri nets on the example of passenger transport logistics. The research is presented in a scheme with several levels of tasks. Each task includes some knowledge sets which were previously given by the experts and set into tables of “Object–property” type. It leads to the creation of a hierarchical structure of weighted fuzzy Petri net model which includes 125 possible combinations of triples of functions for calculation processing. A classic triple of functions (ZtN, GtN, ZsN) is tested and compared with an optimized triple (ZtN, ZtN, LsN). Additional verification methods are applied to confirm the practical usefulness of these triples. These techniques imply the use of additional triples which can be associated with each other along with practically efficient mathematical calculations.

With the development of society and information technology, people’s dependence on the Internet has gradually increased, including online shopping, downloading files, reading books, and online banking. However, how to ensure the safety and legitimacy of these network user behaviors has become the focus of attention. As we all know, cybersecurity and system resilience originate from symmetry. Due to the diversity and unpredictability of cyber-attacks, absolute cybersecurity is difficult to achieve; system resilience indicates that protecting system security should shift from resisting attacks to ensuring system continuity. The trust evaluation of network users is a research hotspot in improving network system security. Aiming at the defects of incomplete evaluation processes and inaccurate evaluation results in current online user behavior trust evaluation methods, this paper combines the basic principles of online user trust evaluation and proposes a trust evaluation model that combines fuzzy Petri nets with user behavior analysis. First, for “unfamiliar” users, we used fuzzy Petri nets to calculate the user’s recommended trust value as the system’s indirect trust value; next, we used the user’s behavior record as evidence to conduct direct trust evaluation on the user to obtain the system’s direct trust in the user’s value; finally, the two calculation results were combined to obtain the user’s comprehensive trust value. In terms of experimental verification, the experimental data came from a self-developed e-book management system. Through theoretical analysis and simulation results, it was shown that the model met the optimization conditions of subjective and objective relative balance, the evaluation process was more complete, and the trust evaluation values of network users could be obtained more accurately. This evaluation method provides solid theory and research ideas for user credibility judgment of key network basic application platforms such as online shopping malls, online transactions, and online banking.

This paper proposes a monitoring approach based on stochastic fuzzy Petri nets (SFPNs) for railway transport networks. In railway transport, the time factor is a critical parameter as it includes constraints to avoid overlaps, delays, and collisions between trains. The temporal uncertainties and constraints that may arise on the railway network may degrade the planned schedules and consequently affect the availability of the transportation system. This leads to many problems in the decision and optimization of the railway transport systems. In this context, we propose a new fuzzy stochastic Petri nets for monitoring (SFPNM). The main goal of the proposed supervision approach is to allow an early detection of traffic disturbance to avoid catastrophic scenarios and preserve stability and security of the studied railway networks. Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the approach, an application to the case study of the Tunisian railway network is outlined.

The current state of comfort of an apartment building indicates many problems that exist in this area. First, there is a need for clear planning of comfortable housing, which should take into account the current socio – economic needs of the population. Secondly, there is no clear definition of comfort levels of an apartment building. Also, there is a need to identify the main factors that affect the life and comfort of the population. The article is based on two main areas of research. The first is to present a description of the information model of a hybrid intelligent system (GIS) for the comfort of the living environment of an apartment building. This tool allows you to model the effects of interaction, adaptation, which can be observed in the system when making decisions. The study also simulates complex systems based on the use of fuzzy Petri nets (FPs) to describe comfort. MP and its various types are one of the classes of models that provide an opportunity to present the structure of integrated organizational – information systems and complexes, as well as logical – temporal processes of system operation. Fuzzy Petri nets are divided into two parts. The first part describes the structure of the network, it is usually standard, the processes of initial marking and movement of markers on the network are determined by means and methods of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic. The biggest area of their application is complex objects. Fuzzy logic is used to formalize fuzzy concepts in terms of semantics and provides efficient information processing along with clear data. With the help of this network the endurance of modeling systems and the optimality of its structure are investigated. To date, a large number of different types of Petri nets are known, which provide an opportunity to present the structure of the models in the absence of analytical representation of the influence of certain factors.

The aim of this article is to present the fuzzy Petri net algorithm and its implementation on the Guide d’etude des modes de marche et d’arrêt (GEMMA) guide paradigm. Additionally, this article presents a brief description of the GEMMA guide paradigm, the fuzzy logic approach, the Petri nets theory, and fuzzy Petri nets. Each algorithm is intended for a specific set of transitions, depending on their essential conditions. All these algorithms generate intelligent and safe control of the GEMMA guide paradigm in order to have the best control system for the machine. Moreover, the algorithms are able to make the best decision automatically depending on the machine’s situation and condition, something that allows the machine to be placed in the appropriate mode for each situation. The results show that the different fuzzy Petri net algorithms were working properly for the GEMMA guide paradigm and provided a proper solution for the automation of production systems.
