The main purpose of this article is to review role of several organic growth additives such Apple juice, coconut water (CW), maize extract, banana homogenate (BH), peptone and protocorms etc which stimulate the multiplication rate of various orchid species in in vitro multiplication. These organic growth supplements help to increase the number of shoots, root and leaf in culture medium. In many orchid tissue culture, organic growth supplements, which are the most essential medium aspect to stimulate tissue growth, production and facilitate the regeneration of shoot. The banana homogenate (BH) had the highest rate of regeneration and root developments. The use of organic growth supplements resulted in increased regeneration, the creation of more shoots and the development of fresh plantlets. Amino acids, proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and various types of organic compounds are present in these growth supplements. These components have the potential to play a significant role in the development and creation of culture. Now more research is needed to figure out which factors are responsible for the organic additives’ promoter effect.

Considering the urban transformations and the development of the hotel sector in the City of Rio de Janeiro driven by the 2016 Olympic Games, this study aims to understand how the hotel industry behaves in terms of organic growth and investments during periods of mega international events. To this end, a qualitative case study research was carried out that included 7 different hotel brands whose results were coded and categorized resulting in a theoretical-conceptual framework responsible for identifying some competitive pressures on traditional hospitality, including 6 different challenges: (1) political institutional insecurity, (2) perceptions of the media, (3) public security, (4) other national and foreign locations, (5) new videoconference technologies, and (6) Online Travel Agencies. It was found that the exponential growth in the number of beds in the city in the years leading up to the 2016 Olympics generated several complications for the industry at that time. The logic of this expansion is discussed throughout the paper during different phases and the aim is to help fill a gap left by empirical research in the area, which has little explored the logic behind the option of investing during Olympic Cycles.

Based on a media analysis and a manager survey, we investigate past and intended future strategies of farm supply and grain marketing businesses in Germany. Alliances, diversification and organic growth were among the most popular past strategies and, according to the participants, will be in the future. Nevertheless, the trend towards divestment and fewer locations for grain collection will continue. Large, investor-owned firms prefer a combination of capital-intensive strategies, cooperatives and small and medium-sized enterprises plan to adopt fewer strategies. We outline several potential implications and areas for further research.

At the beginning of 2020, the operations of the Finance Hub of the Americas (FHoA) at pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) were suddenly forced to shift entirely from face-to-face to remote work. To handle this challenge, an FHoA team started a team development process aimed at strengthening teamwork in virtual environments. The intervention was grounded in the principles of generative leadership and dialogic organization development. Through a scholar-practitioner collaboration that focused on identifying the drivers of the successful transition to remote work, we build a three-step process of team development using the metaphor of organic growth: (1) sowing, (2) nurturing, and (3) flourishing. Using GSK's example, we illustrate how this process became a simple but powerful strategy to help teams thrive in a virtual environment. The core of the process uses generative questions to configure a structured but adaptable process that can be easily implemented in different contexts and situations.

Abstract Plant propagation through in vitro culture is increasingly being used to produce hybrid orchids. Plant tissue culture provides a good alternative to produce plants in large numbers in a short time. The provision of organic growth supplements in tissue culture media plays an important role as a substitute for growth regulators in stimulating the growth of explants. In this study, young coconut water, banana extract (cv. ambon), and tomato extract were used to stimulate the growth of the Vanda tricolor Lindl. Var suavis protocorm. Data were analyzed using a completely randomized design (CRD) with five replications using the Kruskal-Wallis test and continued with the Mann-Whitney test if there was a significant difference between each treatment and its concentration. Parameters observed were the percentage of the number of shoots and the number of leaves. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the treatments given to the number of leaves. Mann-Whitney further test results on the number of leaves showed a significant difference in the banana extract treatment and the control treatment.

University of Agriculture Technology and Science, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh during the rabi season of 2020-2021. To investigate the Study on the Effect of various organic, growth regulators & chemicals treatments on growth, yield, and yield attributing traits in Radish (Raphanus sativus). The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with Thirteen treatments and three replications. The treatments consist of FYM, NAA, GA3 KNo3, ZnSo4, KCl were subjected to study the growth, and yield parameters were recorded. The maximum field emergence percentage (93.30), plant height 30 das (23.50) plant height 60 das (89.57), plant height 90 das (148.23), days to 50% flowering (52.67), number of pods per plant (110.03), dry weight of plant (40.56), seed yield per plant (5.4), biological yield (343.3) harvest index (44.23) were observed in T7 (NAA). Whereas minimum was recorded in T0 (Control) (81.30, 21.60cm, 78.13cm, 139.83cm, 56.20%, 102.33, 32.20, 1.4, 132.20, 33.10).

Efforts to fulfill food security to anticipate population growth in Indonesia need to be supported by universities through research and community service. The application of the Natural Animal Audio Organic Growth System (NA-AOGS) with a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach is an effort to help the community increase crop yields and accelerate the growth of soybeans (Glycine max (L.) Merill). The research method used is R&D (Research & Development) which is modified from Cennamo and Kalk (2018). This model is in the form of a spiral cycle using 5 (five) main activities as follows: (1) defining the product conceptual; (2) designing research products; (3) demonstrating the product in a limited trial; (4) developing the product through the process of evaluating the test results, and (5) presenting the product to the public.  The direct impact of learning is the improvement of science process skills and critical thinking of students participating in the Biophysics course at the Natural Sciences Study Program, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. This is due to the effective application of STEM to link science learning with contextual technology and engineering (NA-AOGS), environmentally friendly technology (only using natural animal sound frequency variables), mathematical elements in data analysis, and analysis of soybeans plant growth charts. The economic impact of this research is the scientific contribution in the form of adaptation of agricultural technology so that it can increase soybean yields (an increase of 130.38% on an area of 2750 m2). The novelty and contribution of this research is the integration of science learning with agricultural techniques and technology with a STEM approach so that it can improve the welfare of farmers in educational institutions as a new model in science learning.

<p><b>Many of the materials currently used within the fashion industry are petroleum-based synthetics. These are not sustainable and do not use environmentally friendly production processes. Interest in sustainably produced fabrics is increasing, but more radical approaches are also being explored, such as “growing” fabric and materials from mycelium. In haute couture fashion, the experimental use of 3D printing is being investigated using synthetic materials. However, there is an opportunity to combine the organic growth of natural materials with the precision of digital control within 3D printing.</b></p> <p>In response to this opportunity, this research investigates the design and creation of haute couture 3D printed garments, using an eco-friendly, semi-liquid bio-composite material developed for syringe printing utilising the precision of a robotic arm. It adopts a cross-disciplinary approach to the field, oscillating between Industrial Design and Fashion Design with some experiments broadly based on science methodologies.</p> <p>Prospective biomaterials were identified and an iterative process of testing combinations of suitable growing mediums, fabric substrates, and fungal cultures were explored to assess growth, material properties, and design opportunities. Mycelium from a native New Zealand fungus was selected and a series of 2D printed patterns were developed based on the Material Driven Design Method (MDD), to understand the relationship between digital placement, fabric substrate, and mycelium growth. Contraction of the flat fabric during the drying process allowed the authorship of undulating 3D fabric. Using a range of parametric software, strategies for 3D form creation to fit the body through controlled shrinkage were developed. A final series of 3D haute couture garments were co-created through the symbiotic relationship of digital control and natural processes.</p> <p>Key words: parametric fashion, 4D printing, natural shrinkage, sustainable fashion, bio-based 3D printing</p>
