AbstractHuman exome sequencing is a classical method used in most medical genetic applications. The leaders in the field are the manufacturers of enrichment kits based on hybridization of cRNA or cDNA biotinylated probes specific for a genomic region of interest. Recently, the platforms manufactured by the Chinese company MGI Tech have become widespread in Europe and Asia. The reliability and quality of the obtained data are already beyond any doubt. However, only a few kits compatible with these sequencers can be used for such specific tasks as exome sequencing. We developed our own solution for library pre-capture pooling and exome enrichment with Agilent probes. In this work, using a set of the standard benchmark samples from the Platinum Genome collection, we demonstrate that the qualitative and quantitative parameters of our protocol which we called “RSMU_exome” exceed those of the MGI Tech kit. Our protocol allows for identifying more SNV and indels, generates fewer PCR duplicates, enables pooling of more samples in a single enrichment procedure, and requires less raw data to obtain results comparable with the MGI Tech's protocol. The cost of our protocol is also lower than that of MGI Tech's solution.

In Indonesia, there are 30.7 million active users, making Indonesia the country with the largest TikTok users in the world. The large number of active TikTok users in Indonesia can certainly provide an opportunity for brands to make the TikTok platform a social media marketing platform. There are 5 world famous shoe brands that use TikTok as a marketing platform, namely: New Balance, Vans, Converse, Adidas, Nike. The purpose of this study is to calculate the credibility of the TikTok account performance of the Top 5 Smartphone Vendors in Indonesia. The method used for this research is quantitative exploratory method. The results of this study indicate that the smartphone vendor Oppo Indonesia is ranked first and has good account performance credibility.

The purpose of this study is to determine the credibility of the performance of the TikTok account of 6 Famous Fashion Brands using the Video Share to Likes Ratio. The method used is quantitative exploratory to determine the credibility of the TikTok account performance of 6 Famous Fashion Brands. The results of this study indicate that Crocs is ranked first and has good performance credibility.

Tik Tok is a short video platform developed by a Chinese company. The social media application Tiktok allows its users to be creative with music, filters, and several other features with video durations from 15 seconds to 1 minute. The United States occupies the top rank of Tik Tok users with 65.9 million, while Indonesia ranks fourth with 30.7 million users in 2020. The large number of active Tik Tok users in Indonesia can certainly provide opportunities for online game YouTubers. especially PUBG Mobile to make tik tok social media a marketing medium. There are 7 PUBG Mobile Youtubers who use tik tok social media as marketing media, including; Bang Alex, EJ Gaming, Kimi Hime, Benny Moza,Sarah Vilod, Bang Pen, and Zuxxy Gaming. This study aims to calculate the credibility of the tik tok 7 Youtuber PUBG Mobile account performance using quantitative methods. The results of this study show that youtubers from the Zuxxy Gaming account get the first rank and have good account performance credibility.

The method used for this research is quantitative exploratory method. The results of this study indicate that a content creator named Zachking gets the first rank and has good account performance credibility.

Tiktok is an application that is able to change the way of using social media before with their uniqueness, namely videos that are 15-60 seconds long. The Tiktok application is not only a video, but also contains music, filters, and other interesting features. The Tiktok application was launched globally by a Chinese company with a parent company called ByteDance. It is estimated that Indonesia accounts for about 11% of total downloads globally and makes Indonesia one of the countries with the largest Tiktok application users in the world. Then with such a large number of Tiktok downloaders, it can provide opportunities for users such as smartphone brands to make this Tiktok platform or application their social media marketing platform. There are 5 smartphone brands in Indonesia that use Tiktok as their marketing platform, including: Xiaomi Indonesia, Vivo Indonesia, Oppo Indonesia, Samsung Indonesia and Realme Indonesia. This research was made using an exploratory exploratory method, with the aim of knowing how the credibility or performance of the Tiktok account of the 5 best-selling smartphone brands in Indonesia. Then the results of this study show that the Oppo Indonesia brand has better performance credibility compared to other smartphone brands.

Purpose Drawing on social information processing theory and trait activation theory, this study aims to examine the mediating effect of leader narcissism on team radical creativity via team information elaboration and explores the moderating role of inter-team competition. Design/methodology/approach Time-lagged and multisource survey data were collected from 86 team leaders and 409 employees in a Chinese company. Path analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Findings The results indicated that leader narcissism could impede team radical creativity via team information elaboration. Moreover, the negative indirect effects of leader narcissism on team radical creativity were more pronounced when the inter-team competition was low. Originality/value This study makes contributions to the literature on leader narcissism and team radical creativity by examining the detrimental indirect effects of leader narcissism on team radical creativity via team information. Furthermore, it broadens current literature by investigating the potential positive intervention of inter-team competition on the negative aspects of leader narcissism.
