The paper discusses the information processing method developed by the Mis-sion Control Center (AO TSNIImash) specialists, used to process the infor-mation received from the Soyuz space rocket onboard video control system. Specific features of the information being received are presented. Methods of restoring corrupt information are proposed. The results of information pro-cessing during real Soyuz-FG and Soyuz-2 space rocket launches are given.

Background: The pervasive misperception that e-cigarettes are equally or more harmful than combustible cigarettes is a barrier to current smokers switching to e-cigarettes. To tackle misperceptions, public health bodies are using informational videos, although their efficacy is unknown. Methods: In our online study, current UK smokers who do not vape (n=382) were randomised to view either: 1) a Cancer Research UK (CRUK) text-only video; 2) a video featuring leading e-cigarette experts (expert); or 3) a no video control condition, and then completed questions regarding e-cigarette harm perceptions. Results: Compared to the control condition, participants in the CRUK condition and especially those in the expert condition had more accurate harm perceptions of e-cigarettes and had more accurate knowledge of e-cigarette constituents. In the expert condition, 67% of individuals reported they would try an e-cigarette in a future quit attempt, compared with 51% in the CRUK condition and 35% in the control condition. Conclusions: Our findings are encouraging in the face of mounting evidence that e-cigarette misperceptions are increasing. Whilst misperceptions are often characterised as resistant to correction, we find that carefully designed public health information videos have the potential to promote a more accurate, informed view of e-cigarettes and encourage intended e-cigarette usage. Importantly, we find this among current smokers who do not vape, a group often reported as having the highest levels of misperceptions and as having the most to gain from accurate e-cigarette perceptions.

Operating quality of automated video control systems depends on optical specifications of video camera and peculiar features of video algorithm. Specified target function performance probability can serve as criterion of automated video control use efficiency. In this work, a new performance efficiency estimation method for automated equipment of target environment video control is suggested: to estimate the probability of target functions’ (object detection, capture, and auto tracking) performance. Theoretical prediction of target functions performance probability was built upon Johnson’s criterion and the use of optimal receiver model. The results of suggested method’s experimental verification have shown that target detection occurred when signal/noise ratio level was above 6. This level can be regarded as low value to ensure that object is detected with probability 0.9.

In order to enhance the user experience of virtual reality (VR) devices, VR multi-user environments and wireless connections must support as the latest generation of VRdevices. Wireless network-based wireless communication devices (WLANs) are popular consumer devices with high throughput and low cost using incompatible bands. However, the use of WLANs can cause packet delivery delays, due to their distributed nature when accessing channels. In this paper, we carefully discuss wireless VR via WLAN, and we request an efficient wireless multiuser VR communication architecture, as well as providing communication for VR. Because the architecture proposed in this paper uses many WLAN standards, based on the characteristics of each VR traffic chain, it is agreed that it supports the efficient sending of massive uplink data generated by several VR devices, and provides adequate frame rates and video control frames. rate for high-quality VR services. We conduct evaluations that are supported to improve exceptional applications than are supported

Summary. The most formidable early postoperative complications of Lewis esophagogastroplasty (EGP) is the failure of esophagogastroanastomosis (EGA), and in the late period — stricture of EGA, in some patients there are functional disorders. The aim of the study. Assess the treatment of complications of EGP using minimally invasive methods. Materials and methods: The results of 150 operations for cancer of the middle and upper thoracic esophagus with the imposition of high EGA were analyzed (65 used cervical EGP). X-ray endoscopic techniques are used to treat patients with complications. The functional results of EGP using esophageal manometry and pHZ monitoring were also evaluated. Results and discussion. When applying EGA on the neck was significantly higher incidence of failure of the anastomotic sutures, which was associated with impaired blood supply with increasing length of the graft. Surgical tactics in case of failure of the EGA on the neck was to open and drain the deep space of the neck, conducting a transnasal tube for feeding into the stomach — there were no fatalities. Surgical tactics in case of failure of intrapleural EGA, which took place in 4 cases, consisted of drainage of the empyema cavity and conducting a transnasal tube for nutrition in the initial parts of the small intestine under X-ray video surveillance. In the treatment of failure of intrathoracic anastomoses there was 1 fatal case. At strictures of EGA which took place at 24 patients, performed balloon dilatations under X-ray video control. In 2 patients with the phenomena of pylorospasm performed balloon dilatation of the pyloric pulp under X-ray video control. In general, patients who underwent EGP showed good and satisfactory functional results, but in some patients there were functional disorders that were transient in nature. Conclusions: The use of clinically developed methods of esophagogastroplasty can reduce the number of failures and strictures of anastomoses. At insufficiency and strictures of an esophagogastroanastomosis, and also at a hypertonia of pyloric pulp X-ray endoscopic methods are highly effective and low-traumatic.

The article shows ways to improve spectral analysis of materials accuracy. It is proposed to perform image processing of a low-temperature plasma cloud during the analysis of the quantitative composition of materials. The experiment and addition of technical equipment of the spectrometer with a video surveillance system are described. An algorithm data processing is given that obtained during by testing of standard samples in various regimes in which the quantitative composition of various materials is determined This paper describes the addition of radiation control sensors to modern spectrometer. The given conditions and standard samples used to obtain the main results.
