Supervision is supervision of the implementation of educational technical activities in schools, not just physical supervision of physical material. supervision of academic activities in the form of teaching and learning process, supervision of teachers in teaching, supervision of the situation that causes it. Supervision activities aim to improve the process and results of teaching and learning. Its main function is to help teachers, but in its broad context concerns other components of the school because teachers are also related to the components of administration, facilities, school environment, and others.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out things related to the supervision of education Supervision is an effort made by a supervisor to help teachers improve teaching and complete assignments and help solve various problems faced by teachers in the process of activities learn how to teach. According to Suharsimi Arikunto, supervision objectives are divided into two namely general and specific supervision objectives. The main function of educational supervision is aimed at improving and improving the teaching and learning process of teachers in schools. Supervision Goals In terms of the supervised objects, there are 2 types of supervision namely academic and managerial supervision. There are two principles of educational supervision, namely, positive principles and negative principles. The role of educational supervision there are 4 namely, researchers, evaluators, improver and developers. The method used in writing this article is the literature method or literary method.

The ability of teachers to create an atmosphere of learning that is conducive, effective and fun is one part of the professional competence of educators. The use of student worksheets in the teaching and learning process is one of the main choices for a teacher in arousing interest, motivation and stimulation of learning activities. The aim of this research is to produce a Worksheet product for the Themes of the Environment Around Us, the Human Themes and the 5th grade elementary school environment that are suitable for use in the learning process. The type of this research uses research and development methods or commonly referred to as research and development. This study uses the Borg and Gall development research procedure which consists of nine steps namely, gathering initial information, planning, developing initial product formats, initial trials, product revisions, field trials, product revisions, field trials, and final product revisions. The results showed that the Worksheet Product Students Environmental Themes Around Us Sub Themes Human and Environmental grade V SD used had very good eligibility. This finding is supported by field facts where the material expert validation obtained a score of 90.00%, the media expert validation obtained 92.63%, the linguist validation was 92.7%, the student questionnaire assessment on the field test was 92.4%, and the mean score was The average daily test for students increased by 12.50% from 71.96 to 84.46.

The purpose of the article was to describe and analyze strategies of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) Teachers in Improving Students' Learning Motivation in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Class X Hikmatul Amanah. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman method, namely by reducing, presenting, and certifying data. To test the validity of the data by testing credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this article show 1) IRE teachers at Hikmatul Amanah Mojokerto Islamic School have implemented strategies and methods that are in accordance with the applicable curriculum at the school. However, there are still shortcomings where the teacher lacks varied and boring strategies and methods in the learning process so that students are less motivated to learn pie subjects 2) the inhibiting factor of the teacher's strategy in increasing student motivation to learn is the lack of communication between teachers and parents, the lack of learning media, the family environment, and the school environment can also be an obstacle for teachers during the teaching and learning process. The supporting factors for the teacher's strategy are from the students themselves, how they feel a strong desire and have high aspirations so they are motivated to learn and receive support in the form of attention, rewards, and punishment, praise from family, teachers, and the environment.

This study was a descriptive qualitative which intended to investigate the types of instructional media used and the implementation done by the English teachers. The instructional media used to become the best solution to overcome the learning problems faced by the teachers. The subjects of this study were 5 English teachers at SMPN 2 Melaya. The data were collected through observation during the teaching and learning process and interviews with the teachers. The data analyzed descriptively. From the overall findings, the English teachers used eight types of instructional media, such as; real objects or models, slides, pictures, video, web, audio, books, and the boards. The teachers had different ways to implement them, such as they used LCD Projector and speakers as the tools to show the material and the school environment as the realia. The lack of facilities became the main problem in implementing them. Moreover, the teachers tend to use the same instructional media for the other topic since they do not have enough time to prepare.

This study aims to analyze the principal's competence towards teachers implementing online learning during the 19th period to save the vital role of education itself, especially the opportunity for the principal as a leader in the school environment to give influence to the teacher in the distance learning process (online), as well as providing safety for many people, especially for students to avoid covid19. This study is a study that uses a literature review method that is where the authors make observations and reviews as well as analyzing the results of previous writings that will become a reference in this writing. The results of this study are: 1) the role of the principal is vital in term of the competencies that must be possessed by a leader in the school environment not only during the COVID-19 pandemic but also during ordinary situations; 2) and during such regular activities, the role and Principal competence must be able to provide positive space for teachers to improve competence in term of teaching and learning.

The focus of the problem statement of this article is whether the educational environment can develop English vocabulary? This study aims to find out that the education environment can develop students’ vocabulary. The significance of this study is expected to give useful information on English teaching and learning process, especially in learning English vocabulary based on the education environment. In this case, the researcher used experimental as a research method, and She used random sampling technique in choosing the sample. Vocabulary test as a research instrument, it consists of 20 items, then pretest and posttest were used to collected data, statistic analysis as a technique of data analysis. Based on the result of the data analysis and the discussion of the result in the previous chapter, the writer would like to put forward conclusion that the school environment is a good medium in the teaching-learning process especially to develop students’ vocabulary
