This research begins with the problem faced by the teacher, namely the lack of students' ability to understand the material. This study aims to improve the ability of grade IX students at SMPN 1 Gebang Cirebon Regency in understanding Indonesian subjects in the subject of "Technology" with the subject "Writing Reports" through the application of the Integrated Reading and Writing Cooperative Technique, so that learning Indonesian becomes more enjoyable and creates creativity. The method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in class IX SMPN 1 Gebang Cirebon Regency. Activities carried out in two cycles of action. The results showed that the application of the Integrated Reading and Writing Cooperative Technique could improve students' understanding in learning Indonesian "Writing Report" in class IX of SMPN 1 Gebang Cirebon

An efficient algorithm for the persistence operation of data routing is crucial due to the uniqueness and challenges of the aqueous medium of the underwater acoustic wireless sensor networks (UA-WSNs). The existing multi-hop algorithms have a high energy cost, data loss, and less stability due to many forwarders for a single-packet delivery. In order to tackle these constraints and limitations, two algorithms using sink mobility and cooperative technique for UA-WSNs are devised. The first one is sink mobility for reliable and persistence operation (SiM-RPO) in UA-WSNs, and the second is the enhanced version of the SiM-RPO named CoSiM-RPO, which utilizes the cooperative technique for better exchanging of the information and minimizes data loss probability. To cover all of the network through mobile sinks (MSs), the division of the network into small portions is accomplished. The path pattern is determined for MSs in a manner to receive data even from a single node in the network. The MSs pick the data directly from the nodes and check them for the errors. When erroneous data are received at the MS, then the relay cooperates to receive correct data. The proposed algorithm boosts the network lifespan, throughput, delay, and stability more than the existing counterpart schemes.

TVRI Bengkulu Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP) which is supposed to be responsible for the welfare of its workers, especially freelancers, is more concerned with the workload of its workers because a person's workload must be appropriate and balanced against the physical and psychological abilities of workers. This study aims to determine the commoditization of workers carried out on TVRI Bengkulu television station. This research method uses qualitative research methods which are presented descriptively. Informants in this study used purposive sampling, namely Kasubsi TVRI Bengkulu Program, Journalists, News Administration, News Broadcasters, and employees who had worked at TVRI Bengkulu from various fields such as Journalists, Production Engineering, and Program Staff. Methods of collecting data using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the method of constant cooperative technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the occurrence of Commoditization of Workers in the TVRI Bengkulu Public Broadcasting Institution is true, this is indicated by the existence of work inequality ranging from additional work to the salary system obtained. When referring to the theory put forward by Vincent Mosco the media make optimal use of energy and mind by forcing them to do more than one job as a form of employee loyalty to the media industry.

This research aims to investigate the effects of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative technique and VARK learning style student for learning School of Chemistry. This research using quasy experiment with 2 independent variables, TGT cooperative technique and VARK learning style, and 1 dependent variable, learning outcome. The subjects are students of Education of Chemistry in Muhammadiyah University. The instruments were test, documentation, and questioner. The hypothesis test is 0,00 so it achieved a significant learning outcome in experimental group class. The result of effect size show 1,415, categorized in the high category and give the significant learning outcome. Keywords: School of Chemistry, Learning Style, Teams Games Tournament (TGT)

This classroom action rresearch was aimed at improving students’ skills in translating at the English Department of the State Islamic University (UIN) Ar-Rarniry Banda Aceh by using the Student-Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Technique. Throughout the entire cycles, students worked in groups of 4-5 persons to plan and write their translations. The study showed that the average score of pre- test (66) increased dramatically to reach 86, and moved up a little higher (87) after the second cycle. It is recommended that STAD Cooperative Technique be implemented in teaching translation courses.  Key words: Teaching translation; STAD; UIN Aceh.Copyright © 2015 by Al-Ta'lim All right reserved
