There is an ample amount of studies attempting to evaluate the success of recovery projects. However, they mostly focused on unilateral success indicators and ignored the continual lifespan and various stakeholders. This study has focused on addressing these obstacles by proposing a comprehensive success evaluation framework for recovery projects following socio-natural disasters through identifying the success dimensions and their effectual parameters. Triangulation of the results of quantitative and qualitative methods and the logic of qualitative comparative analysis were used to answer the research questions. System thinking and the concept of resiliency and sustainability, known as key performance indicators, structured the success measurements. The effectual elements on the success, critical success factors, were grouped according to the continuous life-cycle of these projects. Finally, the framework for success evaluation of socio-natural disaster recovery projects illustrates interactions among the deducted critical success factors and key performance indicators. The proposed framework may serve as more efficient guidelines to set and follow the recovery goals, comprehensively considering a wide range of stakeholders and long-term recovery. The results of this study can be subject to further research by using different methods to enhance the comprehensivity of the framework. The authors will conduct further research to verify the suggested framework by implementing case studies.

Business organization structures, which have become complex, have become unable to meet today's management needs in the globalizing world. This situation pushed businesses to organize their activities into sub-divisions, which brought the responsibility centers to the agenda. In this study, success evaluation of responsibility centers within the framework of strategic management accounting is handled in a way to meet the needs. For this purpose, first of all, organizational structure and management control in enterprises were briefly mentioned, then responsibility centers and success evaluation were discussed. Finally, responsibility centers and the inadequacies of traditional accounting in valuation of success were mentioned, and thus a holistic approach to management control was adopted.

An organization that takes the right procedures and implementation mechanisms on target (strategic), will produce encouraging results. Likewise, an educational institution such as dayah, in an effort to develop a complete human being, of course, must go through a reliable educational process. For this reason, neat strategies and implementation techniques need to be developed, managerial readiness for this is the first priority, provision of facilities as a place for activities that can support the educational process is an inseparable part, recruiting competent teachers or teaching staff, preparing curriculum learning and roster or a schedule of various activities both in the fields of education, worship, skills, everything must be well coordinated. To find out the level of success, evaluation must be held so that it can be anticipated and corrected for weaknesses or deficiencies so as not to be repeated back. Strategic educational objectives in such a way as to achieve encouraging outputs for both institutional managers and stakeholders.
