We are at the edge of colossal changes. This is a critical moment of historical choice and opportunity. It could be the best 5 years ahead of us that we have ever had in human history or one of the worst, because we have all the power, technology and knowledge to create the most fundamental general-purpose technology (GPT), which could completely upend the whole human history. The most im-portant GPTs were fire, the wheel, language, writing, the printing press, the steam engine, electric power, information and telecommunications technology, all to be topped by real artificial intelligence technology. Our study refers to Why and How the Real Machine Intelligence or True AI or Real Su-perintelligence (RSI) could be designed and developed, deployed and distributed in the next 5 years. The whole idea of RSI took about three decades in three phases. The first conceptual model of Trans-AI was published in 1989. It covered all possible physical phenomena, effects and processes. The more extended model of Real AI was developed in 1999. A complete theory of superintelligence, with its reality model, global knowledge base, NL programing language, and master algorithm, was presented in 2008. The RSI project has been finally completed in 2020, with some key findings and discoveries being published on the EU AI Alliance/Futurium site in 20+ articles. The RSI features a unifying World Metamodel (Global Ontology), with a General Intelligence Framework (Master Algo-rithm), Standard Data Type Hierarchy, NL Programming Language, to effectively interact with the world by intelligent processing of its data, from the web data to the real-world data. The basic results with technical specifications, classifications, formulas, algorithms, designs and patterns, were kept as a trade secret and documented as the Corporate Confidential Report: How to Engineer Man-Machine Superintelligence 2025. As a member of EU AI Alliance, the author has proposed the Man-Machine RSI Platform as a key part of Transnational EU-Russia Project. To shape a smart and sustainable fu-ture, the world should invest into the RSI Science and Technology, for the Trans-AI paradigm is the way to an inclusive, instrumented, interconnected and intelligent world.

Variational quantum circuit is proposed for applications in supervised learning and reinforcement learning to harness potential quantum advantage. However, many practical applications in robotics and time-series analysis are in partially observable environment. In this work, we propose an algorithm based on variational quantum circuits for reinforcement learning under partially observable environment. Simulations suggest learning advantage over several classical counterparts. The learned parameters are then tested on IBMQ systems to demonstrate the applicability of our approach for real-machine-based predictions.

Perkembangan teknologi komputasi saat ini luar biasa sangan pesat, tak sedikit sebuah server yang dulunya hanya dimanfaatkan untuk menangani satu layanan saja, kini hal itu sudah di anggap sebagai pemborosan resource, salah satu penyebabnya adalah perkembangan metode virtualisasi yang di anggap dapat mengoptimalkan sebuah server untuk menangani lebih banyak layanan dengan cara membuat beberapa mesin virtual dalam satu mesin real untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan server, lalu apakan dalam sebuah mesin virtual dapat menjalakan mesin virtual lagi, amankah bila digunakan untuk menangani layanan sistem informasi secara optimal.  Kata Kunci- Virtualisasi Bersarang, E-Learning, High Availability.   The development of computing technology is currently very fast, not a few servers that were previously only used to handle one service, now it is considered a waste of resources, one of the causes is the development of virtualization methods which are considered to optimize servers for more services by creating several virtual machines in to one real machine to maximize server capabilities, so in a virtual machine can it run the virtual machine again, is it safe to using it for optimal information system services.  Keyword- Nested Virtualization, E-Learning, High Availability.

This report discusses the configuration of some preparatory and auxiliary commands for the Fanuc 18i TB CNC system for a counter-spindle lathe using special macros called Vericut macros. In most cases, this is necessary because the Vericut library of machines and CNC systems does not have the specific machine and system or do not correspond to the actual ones, i. e. there is no match between them. The need to configure the CNC control system is related to the fact that it is possible to perform simulation, optimization and verification of control programs in a virtual environment before proceeding to the processing of workpieces on the real machine.

Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo é realizar uma leitura do poema de João Cabral de Melo Neto, “O cão sem plumas”, utilizando-se de ferramentas teóricas provenientes da filosofia de Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari. O operador central da análise é o conceito de agenciamento e seus desdobramentos (desterritorialização, ritornelo etc.), ligado à noção de poema como máquina, postulada tanto pelo próprio Cabral quanto por alguns de seus principais comentadores. A consequência é a compreensão da poesia de Cabral como uma grande experimentação, que foge a qualquer tentativa de redução interpretativa, e o entendimento de que a linguagem poética pode exercer-se como pura literalidade, aproximando-se de um pensamento imanente irredutível a qualquer forma de transcendência.Palavras-chave: poesia; literalidade; agenciamento.Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to read the poem by João Cabral de Melo Neto, “O cão sem plumas”, using theoretical tools from the philosophy of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari. The central operator of the analysis is the concept of assemblage and its consequences (deterritorialization, ritornelo, etc.), linked to the notion of poem as a machine, postulated both by Cabral himself and by some of his main commentators. The consequence is the understanding of Cabral’s poetry as a great experimentation, which avoids any attempt at interpretative reduction, and the understanding that poetic language can be exercised as pure literality, approaching an immanent thought irreducible in any way of transcendence.Keywords: poetry; literality; assemblage.

This article describes the results of a project whose task is to research and develop a screw expander through the inversion of a screw compressor. The article summarizes aspects of the construction of an experimental device that works with an oil-flooded air screw expander. The expander was subjected to experimental and numerical analysis, the results of which are presented in the article. Numerical analysis to examine the expansion process is performed both on the basis of the analytical geometric description of the working chamber of the expander and on the basis of the geometry obtained from a 3D scan of a real machine. The results of experimental and numerical analysis will be used to integrate an oil-flooded screw expander into an energy unit for the use of low-potential heat, for example in ORC systems.

Axial vibration is the main accident that affects the normal function of the vertical hydro-generator unit and endangers the use of the unit. There are many reasons for the axial vibration of the unit. This article only analyzes the mechanism of the axial vibration of the thrust bracket of the vertical unit caused by the connection of the thrust head and the mirror plate, and gives a real machine measurement example and treatment measures.

Emerging <u>N</u>on-<u>V</u>olatile <u>M</u>emory (NVM) technologies like 3DX-point promise significant performance potential for OLTP databases. However, transactional databases need to be redesigned because the key assumptions that non-volatile storage is orders of magnitude slower than DRAM and only supports blocked-oriented access have changed. NVMs are byte-addressable and almost as fast as DRAM. The capacity of NVM is much (4-16x) larger than DRAM. Such NVM characteristics make it possible to build OLTP database entirely in NVM main memory. This paper studies the structure of OLTP engines with hybrid NVM and DRAM memory. We observe three challenges to design an OLTP engine for NVM: tuple metadata modifications, NVM write redundancy, and NVM space management. We propose Zen, a high-throughput log-free OLTP engine for NVM. Zen addresses the three design challenges with three novel techniques: metadata enhanced tuple cache, log-free persistent transactions, and light-weight NVM space management. Experimental results on a real machine equipped with Intel Optane DC Persistent Memory show that Zen achieves up to 10.1x improvement compared with existing solutions to run an OLTP database as large as the size of NVM while achieving fast failure recovery.
