The development of the industry in Indonesia is inseparable from the analysis of the production process and identification of the risk of causing work accidents. In every production process in the chemical industry there are various risks that cause occupational accidents, the biggest cause of accidents comes from human factors. It required a priority assessment of workplace accidents influence on the human factor as the cause of the rising incidence of labor in the production process in the chemical industry with the method of Analytic Network Process (ANP) , of the assessment results using ANP method can be determined to set a risk management strategy causes of accidents. ANP method is done by determining goals, criteria, and sub criteria. In this case the criteria are the production process and the sub criteria are human factors that cause the risk of work accidents. Furthermore, the value of influence between criteria is determined, between criteria and sub criteria and between sub-criteria . The results obtained are the highest limiting values for criteria, namely the final product process and sub-criteria, namely human factors not using PPE . Strategies that can be taken to control risk is by giving reward and punishment, providing HSE training, as well as the management is partially responsible for HSE

Abstract International Maritime Organization (IMO) has published technical circular (MSC/Circular. 834) including nonmandatory guidelines with five main criteria about engine room layout, design, and arrangement. The purpose of this study is to present the most important priority criteria of seafarers about engine room design according to the criteria from IMO MSC/Circular.834 guidelines. Since there are no obligations, the priority and importance of these criteria are not clearly emphasized. Therefore, the determination of seafarers’ priorities for arrangement in terms of safety and efficiency become important to make decision. For this, fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique, which is one of the most used fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM)methods is employed. Introduction Maritime transportation, known for oldest and widespread transportation around the world, with 11 billion tons weight and 80% rate of world trade volume (UNCTAD 2019). Maritime transportation has many components and one of the most important and effective parts of these components are ships and seafarers. Because of the difficulty of ship conditions, ships should be present optimum working conditions for seafarers in order to achieve effective and safe operations on board. At the present time, there are previous studies about the difficulty of working studies on board. It is a scientific and cultural fact that seafarers are under higher risk of working conditions comparing to other jobs (Bloor et al. 2000; Havold 2005; Hetherington et al. 2006; Mallam et al. 2015). Due to this reason, International Maritime Organization (IMO) has made various regulations for years in order to improve seafarers’ safety and efficiency on board. One of the goals of these regulations is to design optimum working conditions on board for seafarers. Based on complex structure and having various danger conditions, engine room design is considerable to ensure safety and efficiency for engine room department seafarers.

Heavy metal contamination in soil is an important factor affecting the determination of safe redevelopment methods for industrial and mining land. In this paper, the soil environment of a typical mining city in northern China was taken as the research object, 148 surface soil samples were collected and the contents of heavy metals were measured. The health risk classification criteria for heavy metal contamination of soils and the method of priority assessment for redevelopment were used. The results showed that: the risk of potential utilization types of heavy metals in the abandoned industrial and mining land is different. When the utilization type is agricultural land, the soil environmental quality is good as a whole, and a small number of plots are polluted by cadmium (Cd)and mercury (Hg); When the land use type is construction land, the risk of heavy metal pollution comes from chromium (Cr); The priority of development in this study area is as follows: agricultural land > construction land > ecological land.

Siam orange is a horticultural commodity that is very suitable and suitable for soil conditions for cultivation in tidal swamps. Wrong one area for the development of the Siam Banjar orange in South Kalimantan is located in the Barito Regency Kuala. As one of the agricultural commodities, Siam Banjar orange has high enough risk, so it needs good management in terms of this is called risk management. This study aims to identify Siam Banjar orange distribution channels, identify and analyze risks that occur in the supply chain distribution channel of Siam Banjar oranges, as well measure the risk on each member of the supply chain and search for those members that have the greatest risk. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, methods Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Weighted Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (WFMEA) to analyze the risks that occur and find members supply chain that has the greatest risk in the supply chain distribution channel Siam Banjar oranges in Barito Kuala Regency. From this research, it is found that the distribution channel of Siam orange Banjar in Barito Kuala Regency generally consists of farmers and traders, collectors, wholesalers and retailers and applied through five structures. A more accurate risk analysis result with the WFMEA method, value WRPN obtained for price risk (151.424), transportation risk (52.875), risk supply (52.380), quality risk (51.858), production risk (50.165) and risk environment (5.888). The results of the priority assessment of the Siam orange supply chain actors Banjar with the ANP method, namely farmers (0.371), traders (0.128), wholesalers (0.360) and retailers (0.142). Thus, members of the supply chain farmers who have the greatest risk. Keywords: Risk Analysis, Supply Chain, Siam Banjar Orange, Analytical Network Prosess (ANP)
