ANALISIS PENAMPANG FONDASI TIANG PANCANG PADA TEPI TANAH REKLAMASI

Indonesia is a country with 4th largest population in the world. With that huge amount of population, the land capacity on the mainland is becoming more limited day by day, on the other hand, the unused land on the coast is still not utilized properly. The solution of that problem is by doing reclamation on the coast. Reclamation is an activity to increase the usability of land resources in the eye of the environmental side, social and economy by doing dropping, land drying, or drainage. Usually, the material for dropping reclamation is using cohesive soil. In this research, we will talk about driven pile foundation on reclamation land. Bearing capacity and concrete volume that would be used from every driven pile shape would be compared by paying attention from scouring effect that can decrease the bearing capacity of the pile. In this study, we will show the best driven pile shape that can be used on reclamation land.Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak ke empat di dunia. Dengan banyaknya penduduk di Indonesia mengakibatkan lahan di daratan semakin terbatas, sedangkan lahan di sekitar pinggir pantai masih banyak yang belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Solusi dari permasalahan keterbatasan lahan di daratan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan reklamasi pada daerah pinggir pantai. Reklamasi adalah sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan manfaat sumber daya lahan yang ditinjau dari sudut lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi, dengan melalui pengurugan, pengeringan lahan atau drainase. Pada umumnya material untuk pengurugan reklamasi adalah menggunakan tanah kohesif. Pada penulisan ini akan dibahas penggunaan fondasi tiang pancang pada tanah reklamasi. Daya dukung dan volume beton yang digunakan dari setiap bentuk tiang pancang tersebut akan dibandingkan dengan memperhatikan efek scouring yang dapat mengurangi daya dukung pada tiang. Sehingga hasil studi ini akan menunjukan bentuk tiang pancang manakah yang paling cocok digunakan pada tanah reklamasi.

ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN DAYA DUKUNG AKSIAL , EFISIENSI & BIAYA FONDASI TIANG PANCANG DAN TIANG BOR STUDI KASUS RUSUNAWA DAAN MOGOT

AbstrakPada lokasi ini sendiri fondasi dalam sudah direncanakan dengan menggunakan tiang bor dengan diameter ɸ100 cm serta kedalaman 40 m memakan biaya sebesar Rp. 10.658.080.000,00 (dengan PPN 10%). Lalu pada studi ini ditujukkan untuk melakukan alternatif menggunakan tiang pancang untuk melihat mana yang lebih efisien dari kedua fondasi tersebut, dan didapatkan alternatif dengan diameter tiang pancang ɸ 50 cm dengan Panjang 36 m membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp.5.945.005.364,00 (dengan PPN 10%) dengan perbandingan efisiensi biaya sebesar 44,22%.AbstractThe location itself was already planed with bored pile ɸ100 cm with 40 m depth and it cost Rp.10.658.080,00 (with tax 10%). Driven Pile Effects on Nearby Cylindrical and Semi-Tapered Pile in Sandy Clay

A pile foundation is commonly adopted for transferring superstructure loads into the ground in weaker soil. They diminish the settlement of the infrastructure and augment the soil-bearing capacity. This paper emphases the pile-driving effect on an existing adjacent cylindrical and semi-tapered pile. Driving a three-dimensional pile into the ground is fruitfully accomplished by combining the arbitrary Lagrangian–Eulerian (ALE) adaptive mesh and element deletion methods without adopting any assumptions that would simplify the simulation. Axial forces, bending moment, and lateral displacement were studied in the neighboring already-installed pile. An investigation was made into some factors affecting the forces and bending moment, such as pile spacing and the shape of the already-installed pile (cylindrical, tapered, or semi-tapered). An important response was observed in the impact of the driven pile on the nearby existing one, the bending moment and axial forces were not negligible, and when the pile was loaded, it was recommended to consider the coupling effect. Moreover, the adjacent semi-tapered pile was subjected to less axial and lateral movement than the cylindrical one with the same length and volume for taper angles smaller than 1.0°, and vice versa for taper angles greater than 1.4°.

Kriteria-Kriteria Pemancangan yang Mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan pada Pemilihan Jenis Driven Pile dan Metode Pemancangan

Pengambilan keputusan membuat praktisi berhadapan dengan berbagai kondisi yang mempengaruhi pemilihan jenis tiang dan metode pemancangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kriteria-kriteria pemancangan yang mempengaruhi pemilihan jenis driven pile dan metode pemancangan yang optimal. Konseptual model disajikan sebagai model teoritis dari literature review yang dilakukan. Survei pendahuluan dilaksanakan dengan mengidentifikasi kriteria dengan wawancara kepada empat expert yang berpengalaman melakukan pekerjaan pemancangan pondasi. Kriteria yang telah diidentifikasi oleh expert digunakan untuk survei kuesioner. Survei kuesioner dilakukan kepada 45 responden praktisi yang pernah melakukan pekerjaan pemancangan pondasi di Balikpapan. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kriteria yang berpengaruh adalah analisis deskriptif, uji nonparametrik (Kruskal-Wallis), uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil mendapatkan tiga variabel utama yang meliputi kriteria pemancangan, jenis driven pile dan metode pemancangan. Enam kriteria pemancangan penentu yang didapatkan yaitu karakteristik tanah, kondisi lapangan, karakteristik bangunan, biaya, waktu dan pengalaman sebelumnya.

Design deep neural network architecture using a genetic algorithm for estimation of pile bearing capacity

Determination of pile bearing capacity is essential in pile foundation design. This study focused on the use of evolutionary algorithms to optimize Deep Learning Neural Network (DLNN) algorithm to predict the bearing capacity of driven pile. For this purpose, a Genetic Algorithm (GA) was developed to select the most significant features in the raw dataset. After that, a GA-DLNN hybrid model was developed to select optimal parameters for the DLNN model, including: network algorithm, activation function for hidden neurons, number of hidden layers, and the number of neurons in each hidden layer. A database containing 472 driven pile static load test reports was used. The dataset was divided into three parts, namely the training set (60%), validation (20%) and testing set (20%) for the construction, validation and testing phases of the proposed model, respectively. Various quality assessment criteria, namely the coefficient of determination (R2), Index of Agreement (IA), mean absolute error (MAE) and root mean squared error (RMSE), were used to evaluate the performance of the machine learning (ML) algorithms. The GA-DLNN hybrid model was shown to exhibit the ability to find the most optimal set of parameters for the prediction process.The results showed that the performance of the hybrid model using only the most critical features gave the highest accuracy, compared with those obtained by the hybrid model using all input variables.

EFEK MODEL TANAH DENGAN BOUNDARY ELASTIC TERHADAP KAPASITAS LATERAL TIANG

Foundation is the most important part in building construction. Foundation has ability to hold axial force and lateral force. Foundation could be used for any kind of soil, for example like sandy soil and soft soil, etc. One kind of foundation that easy to use in practice is driven pile. Each foundation has its own strength to withstand load that occurs on surrounding soil. To be able to determine the capacity of the pile on the surrounding soil it is necessary to design a pile in accordance with the design requirements of SNI 8460:2017. The capacity of driven pile is really determined by lateral shear that works on surrounding soil. By giving boundary elastic around sandy soil, can be evaluated how much model of sand soil that should be modeled and determine its effect on the soil and pile. To be able to know that, it is necessary to analyze the numerical model using PLAXIS 3D program. The result obtained by giving a boundary elastic around sandy soil affect the behavior of the soil and piles analysed. Fondasi adalah bagian terpenting dalam konstruksi sebuah bangunan. Fondasi memiliki kemampuan untuk menahan beban gaya aksial dan gaya lateral. Fondasi dapat digunakan dalam berbagai jenis tanah, seperti tanah pasir, tanah lunak, dll. Salah satu jenis fondasi yang mudah untuk digunakan dalam pelaksanaannya adalah tiang pancang. Setiap fondasi memiliki kekuatan masing-masing untuk menahan beban yang terjadi pada tanah disekitarnya. Untuk dapat mengetahui kapasitas tiang pada tanah disekitarnya perlu dilakukan perancangan tiang pancang yang sesuai dengan persyaratan desain SNI 8460:2017. Kapasitas fondasi tiang pancang sangat dipengaruhi dari tegangan lateral yang bekerja pada tanah disekitarnya. Dengan memberikan boundary elastic disekitar tanah pasir dapat dievaluasi seberapa besar model tanah pasir yang harus dimodelkan serta mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap tanah dan tiang. Untuk dapat mengetahui hal tersebut maka perlu dianalisis dengan model numerik menggunakan program PLAXIS 3D. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan memberikan boundary elastic di sekitar tanah pasir mempengaruhi perilaku tanah dan tiang pancang yang dianalisis.
