The development of science and technology in various areas of human life leads to the fact that an increasing number of routine operations are automated. The construction industry is no exception, which is actively developing today with the complex introduction of digital technologies. This approach is embedded in the Construction 4.0 concept, which is directly related to Industry 4.0. The article provides an overview of Industry 4.0 technologies related to the construction industry, because of which technologies that are promising for integration have been identified in order to increase the efficiency and safety of construction production through the development of a remote-control system for a construction site.

In the context of current problems of sustainable development of the modern city, the issues of present and future of coastal areas occupy a key place. In large cities there is a shortage of the natural component of the coastal zone environment, while the priority is given to transport infrastructure, which leads to environmental degradation and deprives the coastal strip recreational use. For many coastal territories the main problems remain: expansion of transport infrastructure; intensive process of urbanization and building up of coastal territories; loss of natural components and landscape identity of coastal strips and water areas. In Moscow, these problems are complemented by the monotony and typical character of the architectural design of coastal areas. Integrated development of the environment of coastal zones can be realized by various methods, created on the principles of a balanced infrastructure. The formation of urban and landscape directions and their relationship.

A method for calculating a reinforced concrete frame under rheological deformation conditions is proposed, taking into account degradation damage as a result of corrosion during long-term operation, reflecting their real work under the combined action of a load and an aggressive environment based on the modern phenomenological theory of deformation of an elastic-creeping body. The possibility of considering the processes of long-term deformation of reinforced concrete in conditions of long-term exploitation is shown. Analytical dependencies and a calculated example are given for the considered service life.

The article deals with the damaged metal structural elements of the out-center compressed I-pillar, corner of a single corner and others. The work of the metal element in the elastic region was experimentally studied and compared with the results of FEM calculation using ANSYS software. Good convergence of results (less than 5%) is received at calculation of stresses in a place of death of the damaged basic brace of a truss of an industrial building. The reliability of the truss element with a defect (0.892) and without it (1.0) and the category of technical condition before and after damage are determined. Despite the fact that the voltage at the site of the defect does not exceed the maximum permissible, the category of technical condition changes from serviceable to serviceable category, and the design itself must be repaired with the elimination of damage on the support strip.

This article explores the possibilities of remote work. A definition is given, a regulatory framework is identified. The main advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The negative factors that make it difficult to carry out work at home are identified. To compensate for the proposed use cases of spaces, also called co-working spaces. For the organization of remote work, there are five groups of needs. To meet the needs of the appropriate jobs. These are isolated rooms, open areas, meeting rooms, creative workshops, and rooms for group activi-ties. Typical modular planning solutions consisting of four zones: an office zone, which includes the listed types of premises, a zone of administrative and office premises, a zone of administrative and office premises, a leisure and rec-reation area. If necessary, the possibility of planning decisions is provided.

The development of digital technologies serves as an important tool for solving urgent problems in the field of construction of new and reconstruction of existing real estate objects. The widespread introduction into practice of modern software systems that imply BIM technologies allows to avoid errors in the creation of design models of buildings and structures for the analysis of resistance to progressive collapse. This article examines the influence of the method of forming the design model on the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the parameters of the stress-strain state of the bearing system. The research methods are based on comparing the analysis results and the established parameters of the stress-strain state of the design model of a multi-storey building made of monolithic reinforced concrete when comparing them with the results of experimental studies. It was found that the use of BIM-technologies, in particular, the system of the graphic editor of algorithms for constructing the design scheme of the building using the SAPFIR-3D software complex, when analyzing the resistance to the phenomena of progressive collapse, does not reduce the quality of the executed design model. Together with a decrease in labor intensity and the number of possible errors, the use of the described technology for the formation of a computational model will reduce the time required for the design work, which will reduce the time required to prepare the necessary documentation.

This article is a continuation of the series of articles by the authors on defects and damages of industrial buildings, it describes typical defects in coating structures - trusses and coating plates, the causes of defects, the consequences of which can lead to the development of the revealed damage, recommendations for assessing the technical condition and recommendations for eliminating the identified damage. The article also provides a generalized analysis of the causes of defects and the most likely areas of damage formation.

The use of information modeling tools at all stages of the life cycle of a capital construction object allows you to analyze design information in order to make the most correct decision, while significantly reducing the uncertainty of processes by increasing the amount of data available for analysis. One of the labor-intensive processes at the design stage is the selection of the most suitable structural elements, including translucent structures. As part of the work, the normative and reference information related to the calculation of the heat-shielding characteristics of building structures has been analyzed, scientific developments and publications devoted to the automation of the implementation of heat engineering calculations using various software tools are considered. For the purpose of the study, two indicators were calculated: the normalized value of the reduced heat transfer resistance and the reduced heat transfer resistance of the window. To solve the problem, such automation tools as the Dynamo visual programming tool and the Python programming language were used, with the help of which a script was developed for calculating the thermal performance of windows for use in Autodesk Revit (Autodesk, Inc., USA). As part of the study, it was determined that the combined use of the Dynamo visual programming tool and the Python text programming tool, expanding the functionality of Autodesk Revit, made it possible to automate the task of calculating the reduced heat transfer resistance of a window and the normalized heat transfer resistance, taking into account conditions of a specific construction region.
