Abstract With the development and advancement of information technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are applied in every sector of life. Among these applications, music is one of them which has gained attention in the last couple of years. The music industry is revolutionized with AIbased innovative and intelligent techniques. It is very convenient for composers to compose music of high quality using these technologies. Artificial intelligence and Music (AIM) is one of the emerging fields used to generate and manage sounds for different media like the Internet, games, etc. Sounds in the games are very effective and can be made more attractive by implementing AI approaches. The quality of sounds in the game directly impacts the productivity and experience of the player. With computer-assisted technologies, the game designers can create sounds for different scenarios or situations like horror and suspense and provide gamer information. The practical and productive audio of a game can guide visually impaired people during other events in the game. For the better creation and composition of music, good quality of knowledge about musicology is essential. Due to AIM, there are a lot of intelligent and interactive tools available for the efficiency and effective learning of music. The learners can be provided with a very reliable and interactive environment based on artificial intelligence. The current study has considered presenting a detailed overview of the literature available in the area of research. The study has demonstrated literature analysis from various perspectives, which will become evidence for researchers to devise novel solutions in the field.

Shortsea shipping (SSS) has attracted the interest of re-searchers and policy-makers as a viable transport alternative against mainly road haulage. Despite policy initiatives, SSS has not increased its market share nor attracted fresh interest in the market, so the fleet is ageing. Lately, due to the de-carbonization effort of the maritime industry and generally of greening the economy, SSS becomes an interesting trans-port alternative that deserves further research. This work focuses on the cost of decarbonising the global SSS fleet with a parallel interest on the EU fleet. This cost estimation is based on recent publications, and considers ships expected to be ordered and demolished; for the existing fleet the cost of retrofitting with greening technology is also estimated. Based on reasonable assumptions, the potential market of wind-assisted technologies is estimated too. This work is an outcome of the WASP Interreg project.

The report targets industry professionals, building designers, lighting designers, building managers, researchers and/or owners wishing to evaluate projects where lighting is supplied by a combination of electrical lighting, daylighting systems (e.g., fenestrations) and assisted technologies (e.g., smart sensors). The framework in this report makes available methods and procedures related to the evaluation of integrated lighting performance in residential and non-residential buildings and its impact on users, and it summarises and categorize methods and procedures in an accessible and industry-oriented language.

Pelvic exenteration surgery for locally advanced rectal cancers is a complex and extensive multivisceral operation, which is associated with high perioperative morbidity and mortality rates. Significant technical challenges may arise due to inadequate access, visualisation, and characterisation of tissue planes and critical structures in the spatially constrained pelvis. Over the last two decades, robotic-assisted technologies have facilitated substantial advancements in the minimally invasive approach to total mesorectal excision (TME) for rectal cancers. Here, we review the emerging experience and evidence of robotic assistance in beyond TME multivisceral pelvic exenteration for locally advanced rectal cancers where heightened operative challenges and cumbersome ergonomics are likely to be encountered.

Objective: The objective of this work was to identify, through the questionnaire, favorable points and potentially impeding points for the purchase of Smart Mobb® as an auxiliary mobility technology for people with visual impairments. Methods: The questionnaire was applied at the Dorina Nowill Foundation for the Blind, an institution specialized in the care and rehabilitation of visually impaired people. The interview consisted of questions about the socioeconomic profile; Social; technological, in the context of assistive technologies; and health, including the individual and the difficulties he faces on a daily basis using his visual impairment. Results: Eight candidates were interviewed. The results indicate that Smart Mobb® has features that display the identity with respect to the people who study, showing inconsistency only in terms of the estimated average monthly value for sale and that these items are available for payment. Conclusion: It was found that it exists or desires, on the part of users who demand as much solutions in assisted technologies that carry greater technological content, and that appear as a solution proposal for the problem of urban mobility. With regard to price, most respondents are willing to pay an average monthly percentage below the minimum stipulated for the purchase of the Smart Mobb® electronic cane, or to set up a potential impediment to adherence
