Abstract The research is targeted to identify the motivation of farming, the history of occupation, and the effects on the farmers’ livelihood employing an ex-ante approach that provides potential clues about tenurial factors. Data are collected through interviews and focus group discussions with 34 farmers and 10 key persons and analyzed descriptively. The research revealed that the farmers’ residential status are mostly migrant from Lombok Regency. They have been farming for 22 years since Perhutani Company recruited laborers for reforestation program. Economic pressure is presumably being the most reason for farmers to migrate to and cultivate the state forest areas. The changes authority of forest from Perhutani to forestry service, change the policy of forest management too, and unsettle the farmers. This anxiety can be decreased by increasing the sources of farmers’ income through training such as how to produce beverage juice from cashew fruit flesh and raising honey bees. In this regard, cooperation between industrial ministry, trade ministry, local government, and farmer groups is required, particularly for forest product marketing assistance. Additionally, a forest conservation agent is urgent to regenerate from the local farmers.

This study aims to determine the work culture of the sub-district government in providing administrative services to the community in the Covid-19 era. The research method is a direct qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The study results show a fundamental service change in 2020, namely the pattern of routine and usual ways of working that are very different felt by the people who will provide services at the Teluk Ambon District Office. Changes in bureaucratic work procedures are caused by the public's complying with the health protocol and maintaining a sitting position, which is one meter while providing services at the Teluk Ambon sub-district office.

Rapid global developments make people demand real improvements from the government so that the impact can be felt directly, such as increasing competitiveness, improving public welfare, and empowering communities. The government responded to this push by issuing several regulations that are expected to accelerate service change in Indonesia. One of them is by issuing Government Regulation No. 38 of 2017 concerning Regional Innovation which is used as a solid foothold in guarding the transformation of governance at the local level. The purpose of this study is to provide an idea of ​​guidance and supervision that the Ministry of Home Affairs must carry out, in this case, is APIP.

Background: Diabetes and eating disorders are frequently comorbid. This particular comorbidity is not only often poorly recognised, but is difficult to treat and has a high mortality. Method: In this article, we will briefly review the relationship between diabetes and eating disorders. We will review the current NICE and other guidance and reports concerning both diabetes and eating disorders in the United Kingdom. We will then describe the recommendations of the 2018 Welsh Government Eating Disorder Service Review and the 2021 the Scottish Government Eating Disorder Service Review regarding diabetes and eating disorders, which will lead to service change. Conclusions: We conclude that this is a relatively underdeveloped but important area where there needs to be further service development and more collaboration between diabetes and eating disorder services.

Abstract Regression testing is required in each iteration of microservice systems. Regression testing selection, which reduces testing costs by selecting a subset from the original test cases, is one of the main techniques to optimize regression testing. Existing techniques mainly rely on the information retrieved from artifacts such as code files and system models. For microservice systems with service autonomy, development method diversity and a large amount of services, such artifacts are too difficultly obtained and costly processed to apply those approaches. This paper presents a regression testing selection approach called MRTS-BP, which needs the API gateway layer logs instead of code files and system models as inputs. By parsing the API gateway layer logs, our approach establishes the service dependency matrix, which in further is transformed into a directed graph with the services as nodes. Then, to find out which test cases are affected by service changes, an algorithm based on belief propagation is presented to compute the quantitative results of service-change propagation from the directed graph. Finally, the relationships between original test cases and service-change propagation results are established to select test cases with three strategies. To evaluate the efficiency of MRTS-BP, the empirical study based on four microservice systems is presented. A typical technique RTS-CFG is compared with MRTS-CFG and four experiments are setup to investigate four research questions. The results show that MRTS-BP can not only reduce the number of test cases by half compared with the retest-all strategy while ensuring the safety, but also save at least 20% testing time costs more than that of RTS-CFG. MRTS-BP is more practical than the techniques relying on the artifacts when the latter cannot be implemented due to the artifacts are difficult to obtain and process.

In Spring 2017, Southampton and Portsmouth Sexual Health Services (SHSs) replaced an overstretched walk-in service with a telephone-triage service: patients calling that were symptomatic, vulnerable or at high risk of having an STI were invited into a clinic, whereas others were signposted to remote self-sample NHS postal testing services. This study aimed to establish whether patient care was disadvantaged by the introduction of the triage service. Electronic patient notes for all patients attending for treatment of gonorrhoea for two years before and for two years after the service change were interrogated; the site of infection and duration of symptoms before testing were compared. Of all patients attending for treatment of gonorrhoea in the study period, 499 patients (39% of cases) were symptomatic at testing: 364 had urethral symptoms, 45 had rectal symptoms and 18 had pharyngeal symptoms. 72.4% of patients with urethral symptoms were seen after the introduction of the triage system. Median wait times for patients with urethral symptoms rose from 6 (IQR = 3–7) to 7 (IQR = 3.75–14) days – although this increase was not statistically significant ( p = 0.064). There was not a statistically significant difference between the rectal symptom groups ( p = 0.422) and too few patients attended with pharyngeal symptoms to warrant analysis. Despite some outliers, the telephone-triage service did not increase wait times for patients attending STI services with symptomatic gonorrhoea and may have inadvertently increased access to services for those most at risk.
