Abstract The evolution and current state of the technology for supplying ships from the shore under high voltage - alternative power from the shore (APS), known as “Alternative Maritime Power® (AMP®), cold ironing (CI) and high voltage shore connection (HVSC) are described. The structure of the system and existing methods of implementation, mandatory components, depending on the system version are considered. The need for national adaptations of the international versons, the unification of existing technical solutions and their development trends, taking into account high-voltage technologies is emphasized. Advantages and challenges of environmental impacts, expected phased tightening of environmental regulations, including the maritime legislation (the MARPOL convention), as well as promising initiatives in the context of global decarbonization trends are described. The need to take into account purposes and cargo capacity and regions of operation of ships, to develop the port infrastructure, and make clean electricity available is emphasized.

The aim of the study is to reveal the features of the use of information technology in civil proceedings in terms of compliance with its basic principles, because the digitalization of judiciary through the implementation of modern IT technologies in Ukraine is one of the most effective ways to improve the level and quality of administration, of justice, fulfillment of its tasks. Fair, impartial and timely consideration and resolution of civil cases is impossible without adherence to its principles, which are key guidelines in the formation of procedural law. The study was conducted using general and special methods of scientific knowledge: comparative, historical and legal, formal-logical, dialectical, system-structural. After analyzing current and future legislation, doctrinal approaches, best practices of foreign countries, the authors revealed the benefits of implementing information technology in civil proceedings and their impact on the realization of such principles as: rule of law, equality of all participants before the law and court, publicity and openness of the trial, reasonable time for consideration of the case by court, adversarial parties. On the basis of the conducted research generalizations and conclusions regarding the state and prospects of application of information technologies in civil proceedings through a prism of its principles are made.

The method of manufacturing casting molds and cores for steel and iron casting from liquid self-hardening mixtures has been known since the 60s of the last century. The idea of the method is very simple - after preparation, the LSS is poured into the working cavity of the core box or onto the model installed in the flask, and then it is kept for some time until the foam falls, the core or shape hardens and the gas permeability is restored to operating values. Nevertheless, the method is not widely used in existing production due to a number of disadvantages. The aim of the work is to «revive» it, taking into account modern risks and challenges. Based on the results of the information and analytical review, a critical assessment was made. The directions of improvement and prospects of its use in innovative technology for the production of thin-walled steel casting for critical purposes are determined.

Currently, the problem of antibiotic resistance of the most pathogenic microorganisms is very relevant, and therefore it is necessary to search for new ways to eliminate pathogens of the infectious process in chronic soft tissue wounds. The article presents generalized data from published scientific studies that substantiate the clinical potential of using bacteriophages for the rehabilitation of chronic soft tissue wounds. The results of domestic and foreign studies confirm the safety and effectiveness of the use of bacteriophages in the treatment of chronic soft tissue wounds. The main problems limiting the spread of phage therapy are the high specificity of phages and the technical complexity of their immobilization in the area of clinical interest. Further research is needed and promising in the field of phage therapy in order to improve the results of treatment of chronic soft tissue wounds.
