Information systems are the result of rapidly emerging technological developments because human needs as information users of technology are very strong and rapid. Begin with the very rapid growth of computer technology, computers such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks and others are limited in scale. This small computer device must be connected to the Internet so that it can be used properly. And the information system plays its role as a provider of information that computer users want to access when the computer device is linked to the Internet. The information system developed in this paper is the Citizen Data Collection Information System, this system was created using the YII Framework. The YII framework uses the MVC method which makes it easier to develop a Citizen Data Collection Information System. With this Information System, information about the latest condition of the residents can be easily accessed. So that the Kelurahan, Kecamatan, RW, and RT will have the latest information about their residents and easily anticipate if needed. In the development of this system, it has staged such as literature study, observation, interviews, analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The conclusion is that this information system can carry out the desired function when it is implemented.

Recent studies in Kinshasa show how much air pollution is present in this large megalopolis of 13 million inhabitants, with levels even exceeding the recommended values (WHO, 2018).

From May 2017 to November 2019, the University of Kinshasa (UniKin: -4.42°S, 15.31°E) has equipped itself with a low-cost instrument operating in single-axis mode. Studies based on measurements made with this instrument have demonstrated the presence of NO2 with highest vertical column densities (VCDs) in June, July and August (R. Yombo, 2020). With this low-cost instrument, information such as aerosol and NO2 profile, which have major impacts on the determination of VCDs could not be obtained, leading to considerable uncertainties in the results obtained.

This work therefore supports the first one as described above, by presenting first results of a new MAX-DOAS (multi-axis differential optical absorption spectroscopy) system built at the IASB, in Belgium, and installed in Kinshsasa at the same location in November 2019. We first present the new MAX-DOAS, which is based on compact Avantes spectrometer (280-550 nm, 0.7 nm FWHM), a small computer, and a scanner. We describe the analyses for aerosol extinction, HCHO and NO2 using FRM4-DOAS. For these two molecules, we compare with model simulations (GEOS-Chem) and satellite observations (OMI, TROPOMI).

Computer vision as a tool enables automated processing of visual information and provides the possibility of significant improvement of the agricultural production process. This paper presents the results of the application of the YOLO algorithm for monitoring bees at the entrance to the hive. The applied model achieved a detection accuracy of 92.86% and was implemented on a Raspberry PI 4 computer system. This small computer system can be used for further field testing, where the activity of bees at the entrance to the hive is monitored via video recording.

Background: The contaminated healthcare environment, including operating rooms (ORs), can serve as an important role in transmission of healthcare-associated pathogens. Studies are very limited regarding the level of contamination of ORs during the surgery of a patient on contact precautions and the risk to the next surgery patient after standard room cleaning and disinfection. Objective: Here, we investigated the microbial burden on the OR environment when patients on contact precautions receive surgery, and we assessed the impact of cleaning and disinfection on the contamination of OR environmental sites. Methods: This investigation was conducted in the ORs of an academic facility during an 8-month period. It involved 10 patients on contact precautions for multidrug-resistant pathogens, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA; n = 7); carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) plus MRSA (n = 2); and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE) plus MRSA (n = 1), who underwent surgery. Environmental sampling was performed at the following time points: (1) immediately before the surgical patient’s arrival in the OR, (2) after surgery but before the OR cleaning and disinfection, and (3) after the OR cleaning and disinfection. In total, 1,520 environmental samples collected from 15 OR sites for 10 surgical patients at 3 time points were analyzed. Relatedness among environmental MRSA isolates was determined by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. Results: Overall, the mean CFUs of aerobes per Rodac plate (CFU/25 cm2) were 10.1 before patient arrival, 14.7 before cleaning and disinfection, and 6.3 after cleaning and disinfection (P < .0001, after cleaning and disinfection vs before cleaning and disinfection). Moreover, 7 environmental sites (46.7%) after cleaning and disinfection, including bed, arm rest, pyxis counter, floor (near, door side), floor (far, by door), steel counter (small, near bed), and small computer desk, had significantly lower mean counts of aerobes than before patient arrival or before cleaning and disinfection (Fig. 1). The mean CFUs of MRSA per Rodac plate (CFU/25 cm2) were 0.04 before patient arrival, 0.66 before cleaning and disinfection, and 0.08 after cleaning and disinfection (P = .0006, after cleaning and disinfection vs before cleaning and disinfection). Of environmental sites where MRSA was identified, 87.2% were on floors (41 of 47) and 19.1% were after cleaning and disinfection (9 of 47, 8 from floors and 1 from pyxis touchscreen). The A2/B2 MRSA strain was identified on different environmental sites (eg, floor, computer desk, counter) in various rooms (eg, OR2, OR10, and OR16), even after cleaning and disinfection (Fig. 2). Conclusions: Our study has demonstrated that the OR environment was contaminated with aerobic bacteria and MRSA after surgery and that MRSA persisted in the environment even after cleaning and disinfection. Enhanced environmental cleaning in the perioperative environment used for patients on isolation is necessary to prevent transmission of healthcare-associated pathogens in ORs.Funding: NoneDisclosures: Drs. SCSI is a newly emerging protocol with the goal of implementing the Storage Area Network (SAN) technology over TCP/IP,where enables to access to remote data that in attached storage disks storages - Direct Attached Storage(DAS) over IP-networked. Also it's brings economy and convenience whereas it also raises performance and reliability issues. This paper investigates about possibility , using storage technology of the SANs, and iSCSI-SAN protocol,in local system PC, to improve access to attached storage disks storages in local system, with using iSCSI-SANs as virtual storage, is rather than DAS storage in local system of PC. Explicates after experiment procedure is that improving throughput of iSCSI-SANs was better than attached storage disks storages - DAS in local system . This means is that it can use iSCSI-SANs in local system of PC as attache storage disks storages as DAS , without cost , high performance, and easy control.

This article aims to bring an alternative to carrying out manual tests of devices mounted on a production line. One of the tests done by the operator is to find out if the LEDs are present on the device being turned on and working correctly. Image processing techniques were applied in the elaboration of the dataset and the use of Convolutional Neural Networks for the classification of the colors presented by the LEDs and the recognition of their operation. An accuracy of 99.25% was obtained with a low percentage of false positives and true negatives. There were no difficulties in porting the model built to a small computer.

The home security system has become vital for every house. Previously, most doors can be open by using traditional ways, such as keys, security cards, password or pattern. However, incidents such as a key loss has led to much worrying cases such as robbery and identity fraud. This has become a significant issue. To overcome this problem, face recognition using deep learning technique was introduced and Internet of Thing (IoT) also been used to perform efficient door access control system. Raspberry Pi is a programmable small computer board and used as the main controller for face recognition, youth system and locking system. The camera is used to capture images of the person in front of the door. IoT system enables the user to control the door access.
