This article presents a structural model of an independent assessment of the educational results of future teachers. The properties, assumptions, and limitations of such a system are highlighted. It is shown that the system of independent evaluation of educational results is a subsystem of the system of higher pedagogical education and should have the properties of objectivity, should be an activity system, be built considering the criterion approach to evaluation, following the principle of cyclicity. The article identifies groups of educational results based on the coordination of competencies and labor actions of a teacher. The form of presentation of evaluation tools is justified. A digital platform was chosen to present the model, the cycles of evaluation of educational results, and the stages of functioning of the model of independent evaluation of educational results, students, and graduates in the field of training “Pedagogical Education” were determined.

In the article, based on the criterion approach, the effectiveness of the system for assessing the functional literacy of students in computer science is proved by conducting a pedagogical experiment and conclusions are drawn about the results of practical work. The teaching experience consists of three stages. At the ascertaining stage, it was revealed to what extent the assessment tasks in computer science were compiled taking into account the directions of functional literacy of students. At the applicant stage, tasks and tasks were developed to assess the functional literacy of students based on a criteria-based approach in computer science. At the educational and control stage, the influence of the functional literacy assessment system, developed on the basis of a criterion approach in computer science, on the quality of knowledge and the methodology of teaching students in computer science was revealed. In addition, during the practice, the educational and methodological manual "tasks for assessing the functional literacy of students in computer science" was used. During the training in the control groups, the assessment of knowledge was carried out according to the traditional method, and in the experimental groups on tasks to assess the functional literacy of students based on the criteria approach.

This work proposes a sensorless control strategy for the induction motor (IM) using a Backstepping control and a nonlinear observer based on the circle-criterion approach. The Backstepping is a powerful control strategy that deals with nonlinear higher-order systems and includes non-measurable parameters related to the (IM). The nonlinear observer approach is intended to determine these important parameters. The circle-criterion approach is employed to determine the observer gain matrices as a solution of LMI (linear matrix inequalities) that guarantee the stability conditions of the designed observer. The main objective of this method is to solve the problem of the nonlinearities of the system which ensure the global asymptotic convergence of the observed dynamics and to improve the performance of the induction motors. The efficiency and correctness of the proposed scheme are proven by several numerical simulations.

The present investigation provides one of the first complex attempts of theorizing on changes in tourism sector activity within COVID-19 quarantine. Drawing from system and criterion approach weusedthe analysis of official documents and news publication to identify 8 international models of tourism sector support within the pandemic quarantine. Each model was considered with the instrument of strengths and weaknesses analysis. By reviewing Russian national model we conducted deeper analyses juxtaposing and describing experience of Russian regions. Drawing from aтopinion poll realized in Perm krai we described some special features of each tourism sector segment activity within COVID-19 pandemic quarantine. The opinion polls mentioned also showed some limitations of Russian tourism sector support model. With regard to the data mentioned, we proposed the concept of the national electronic exchange service of tourism and resort. This system will potentially support the Russian model in the condition of epidemic crisis, helping the national tourism sector to save and then to restore its activity following laissez-faire principle.
